Emporia JNL is a wonderfully decorative and vintage wood type named for a city in Kansas, and modeled from just a dozen images of individual type blocks spotted for auction online. The release of this typeface is also a milestone for Jeff Levine Fonts. The foundry started in January, 2006 with only ten releases, and has now grown to be an impressive library of unique lettering designs from the past. The collection also contains numerous original and novelty creations. Emporia JNL is proudly released as the 500th font design to join this extensive library.

Burdigala is a clean-cut, modern yet classic typeface inspired by Didones and Aicher’s Rotis family. The Semi Serif is ideal for larger amounts of (printed) texts in brochures, magazines and books. It is slighty narrow in order to conserve space, but spacious enough to faciliate reading and overall clarity. My affection for Slab Serifs began in the early 1960s in Kansas City with Rob Roy Kelly and his fabulous collection of wood type. In the 1970s tried to re-create a Nebiolo Egiziano for Roger Black. Again for Roger, in the 1980s I designed a Slab Serif logo for Newsweek Magazine. Finally, in 2003, designed the Sutro Family. There were things I didn't like about it, so when I did Version 2 for Open Type, I changed it around a little, making it a much nicer Sutro.

In 2012 the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd will celebrated its 850th anniversary, and in 2014 it was host town to the State Garden Show of Baden-Württemberg. These both celebrations were the background to create a special font for my home town and give it the town’s ancient name. Inspired by Excoffon’s Diane, I drew and digitized a new, multilingual script font which covers the main European languages written in Latin or Cyrillic letters. For users typing in the Serbian language, I recommend to activate the OT feature Stylistic Alternatives.

Galle is a very distinctive and specific typeface. It has 356 glyphs that are coherent in their own way. We have two versions to use: regular and italic. It is a display font with very characteristic letters, each of which has been developed separately, but in such a way as to match the rest of the typeface. The inspiration taken to design the cut is Sri Lankan typography - a lot of squiggles and sharp edges, hence the name of one of the prettiest and atmospheric cities in Sri Lanka - Galle.

Biscayne is inspired by the old and classic Art Deco art and architecture found in some building ads from the 1930's in the Art Deco District of Miami. The name of the font family is one of the most emblematic and representative places in Miami City. Biscayne can be used mainly in titles, display and short texts. This typeface family supports East Europe languages. It also includes standard and discretionary ligatures, alternative style of uppercase, fractions, numerators and denominators, end and/or terminal forms and other OpenType features.

Hilda is an ode to countryside. This typeface is inspired by the peace that comes with escaping the city and drinking a cup of coffee while listening to the chirping of birds. The name comes from a cartoon series “Hilda” based on comic series by Luke Pearson. I describe it with 2 words - elegant and playful. It is an all caps, display font that can be used for titles and short texts. Hilda is multilingual and if it gains enough recognition I am willing to add more weights and styles!

Ponzastura typeface was inspired by Aldo Novarese's Eurostile, but in this case, monolinear strokes took on contrast and stress. The classical appearance of Ponzastura, whose name is inspired by the Italian city Pontestura where A. Novarese was born, is more of a reaction and interplay. The character set supports most European languages and contains ligatures as well as symbols, figures and alternative characters. Its strength is in a simplicity and format; recommended for use in headlines or short sentences. Ponzastura typeface can fill in a gap of high-contrasted fonts of nowadays.

Hurstmonceux is a distressed, antique Victorian-esque typeface. The eroded style is based on the aged quality of printed books from the Victorian time. Capitals are ornately decorated, with lowercase set in small caps.

Quartz 974 is a typology of font inspired by simple and geometric lines as triangle. It is very suitable for titles, logos, posters, that’s why it is composed by only capital letters and numbers.

Art Nouveau serif capitals and numerals in the 1917 instructional book “A Roman Alphabet and How to Use It” were the inspiration for Show Card Roman JNL; available in both regular and oblique versions.

Copperplate Modern is my personal version of Copperplate with lowercase letters that contrast the standard rounded capitals. For good measure I designed a glitzy "Chrome" version for each weight. Yours very glitzy Gert Wiescher

Rhapsodie was originally developed from some freehand calligraphy that I used for a series of posters. It has proved effective in headlines and is remarkably legible and strong with some interesting, somewhat cursive capitals.

Igor is a hand drawn font designed for display use - it is mainly all cap with different glyphs for capitals and lowercase. Its purposefully messy design will look great on invitations, posters and headlines.

EQUALIZER is a bold font. The capitals have a set of alternates that can be used to give more personality when needed. EQUALIZER is great for display projects such as packaging, posters and branding.

Sans-serif with ornate, swashy capitals, AcornSwash is an elegant decorative face. The differences between the two versions of the font are in letters I, Z, a, e, f g, j, k, and o.

The font "Lugo" is a heavy typeface designed for use in headlines and caption text. Their design has a strong visual impact, a persuasive and seductive personality throughout its organic shapes. This is a versatile and expressive font. Lugo can create an appealing atmosphere, conveying a gamut of message and emotions. It is well suited in the jobbing areas like packaging, logotypes, magazines, web pages and advertising, etc. Lugo has all the advantages of OpenType features that allow a variety of combinations: You may choose to set types in connected or unconnected ways, being used as body text or headlines for its good legibility, visual impact and accurate kerning. It has more than thousand glyphs: swashes, standard and discretional ligatures, stylistics and contextual alternates, old style numerals, word ending and tails. It has also an extended character set to support Central and Eastern European as well as Western European languages. Lugo is a city in northwestern Spain in the autonomous community of Galicia. The Celtic name Lug suggests that it may have been a sacred site. Augustus founded the Roman town of Lucus Augusti in 15-13 BCE following the pacification of this region. It is the only city in the world to be surrounded by completely intact Roman walls.

This font was created in honor of my husband for our 12th wedding anniversary. 14 years ago, I met this tall, skinny guy from Indiana in the lobby of a hotel in Hong Kong. We talked. The next day, we had lunch together. And that night we had dinner together. And the next day. And the next. We met just before my 19th birthday, and on my birthday he took me to the top of Victoria Peak, where we looked out over the city of Hong Kong- such a beautiful place to begin a lifetime of love! We spent 4 months together in Hong Kong, falling in love with each other and with the beautiful city we were privileged to call home for that short time. We married the next year. We've lived in Indiana, Texas, China, Kentucky, and Florida over those 12 years of marriage and have welcomed 2 daughters into our lives. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he completes my life in a way I didn't know was possible. And I know that I'm blessed beyond words to have a supportive, wonderful, encouraging husband who is also a loving, involved, caring dad to our daughters. This font is for you, Keith!

Hayden Creek started as a few letters chosen from vibrant brush lettering. It evolved into a unique font that has an underlying movement with a wonderful energy. The jaunty kick-outs on some of the lower case letters are both fun and elegant.

Originally executed using a stick and sumi ink, Babaloo is Lisa's first digital font. While great in larger point sizes, Babaloo is surprisingly legible in small point sizes as well. Its quirky, spontaneous nature makes it ideal as a casual, fun, display font.

Refinery is the newest font in the Evanston Collection of square typefaces. With a similar capital structure to Tavern and Alehouse, Refinery includes both lowercase and small caps, making it an ideal typeface for paragraph text settings. It also comes in a wide array of weights and widths, with 85 font files in total. DESIGN Refinery has it’s roots in early 20th century signage and saloon typography, but has been modernized - even future-ized - to fit the 21st century digital landscape. The design was aimed at providing a type family that could work in many modern design fields, from sports, tech and military to gaming, HUD, virtual reality and augmented reality. Take the small capitals, raise them to level with capitals and underline at the baseline. Other ligatures include Co. and No. • Catchwords: These are common words that bring emphasis to a design. In English these words include ‘and’ ‘as’ ‘by’ ‘in’ ‘of’ ‘the’ ‘to’ ‘when’, among others. Refinery also includes multilingual catchwords of ‘el’ ‘la’ ‘oder’ ‘go’ ‘para’ ‘pour’ ‘und’ ‘y’, among others. For the full list, please check out the specimen images. EXTRAS To round the typeface off, a set of over 150 ornaments, icons, arrows, patterns and line breaks is included to provide complimentary graphics. PL Davidson Americana is an all-capital typeface based on woodcut designs from the nineteenth century. The PL Davidson Americana font was designed by M. Davison in 1965, during the revival of American headline faces.

Broadwindsor is part of the "Staunton Script Family" of fonts designed by Ted Staunton for his historic novel. The Broadwindsor font is a neatly written script with capitals and lower case in a close relationship.
