This is a new version of our popular DIN Stencil family designed with a wider cut than the original. This overcomes the diminishing effect of the stencil at smaller sizes where the cuts tend to disappear, whereas it makes a bold statement at display sizes. Traditionally, stencils have been used extensively for military equipment, goods packaging, transportation, shop signs, seed sacks and prison uniforms. In the old days, stencilled markings of ownership were printed on personal possessions, while stencilled signatures on shirts were typical of 19th century stencilling. DIN Stencil B manages to preserve several traditional stencil features, but introduces additional modernities which enhance its pleasing characteristics and make it an ideal choice for a large number of contemporary projects. It consists of 7 diverse weights from Extra Thin to Black. This version supports Latin, Cyrillic, Eastern European, Turkish and Baltic. Delphi grew from a logotype Lily Feinberg produced using Greek-column-inspired letterforms. As that concept expanded to include more and more letters, the typeface had its beginnings. Intertwined, kinetic, and deliberate, Delphi carves itself onto the page and screen, encouraging variation and experimentation. The letterforms’ unique construction and predispostion for experimentation inspired two varying sets: Delphi Dio, comprised of two-line strokes, and Delphi Tria, built of both 2- and 3-line strokes. I have completely redone the spacing in this font, making the sidebearings more conventional. And after replacing the kerning with fresh pairs working together with the new spacing the font looks like a real gem. I love it! Conrad X. 'Cobb' Shinn (Sept. 4, 1887- Jan. 28, 1951) was a Fillmore, Indiana-born post card illustrator who sold a series of successful novelty postcard lines which included (among others) Charlie Chaplin, automobiles and the Dutch culture in the beginning years of the 20th Century. After serving in World War I, Shinn found the market for novelty postcards dwindling, and he also lent his artistic skills to cartoon features and illustrating many children's books [including his own, under the nickname 'Uncle Cobb'] which taught easy step-by-step drawing methods. Some time in the 1920s, he eventually migrated into the field of supplying electrotypes and stereotypes of 'stock cuts' of photos and line art to the printing trade. In the days of letterpress printing, this was the forerunner of paper clip art and its successor, electronic clip art. Purchasing many of his designs from 'journeyman' artists of the time, the diversity of Cobb Shinn's stock cuts library grew with the passing years, reflecting changing times, styles and topics. Some of the illustrators whose signed works were presented in Shinn's 'CUTalogs' [as he called his stock cuts catalogs] include Mary Clemmitt, Louis H. Hippe, E.C. Klinge, Nelson White, Harvey Fuller, Bess Livings, Lois Head, Harvey Peake and Van Tuyl. Upon his passing in 1951, it's not known how long the Indianapolis-based company existed before finally closing its doors. One of the more popular series of cartoons were the line illustrations of men and women affectionately called 'little big head guys' by many modern fans of these cuts because the heads of the characters were drawn somewhat larger than the rest of their bodies. Gens De Baton is based on a charming lower case alphabet that appeared in the Almanach des Enfants pour 1886 (Paris 1886) under the heading “Amusing Grammar Lessons.” Gens De Baton means simply “Stick People.” The unknown designer turned the bare letter forms into drawings of people for the enjoyment of the children for whom the almanac was intended. The letter forms themselves were based on the French Romain du Roi (King’s Roman), except for the ‘g’ and the ‘j’ -- which were based on Baskerville. The letters ‘w’ and ‘y’ were not included, as they are seldom seen in French. We have left the letters somewhat rough, as they appeared in the Almanach des Enfants , resisting the temptation to clean up all the lines and render them with digital perfection. We have used our HiH Firmin Didot to supply an upper case and auxiliary characters, as Didot was originally a modified version of Romain du Roi. It is interesting to observe the contrast between the polished look of the Didot upper case and the rough, hand-drawn look of the lower case. Purchasers of this font have our permission to use it for the amusement of adults as well as children. We recommend setting Gens De Baton at 24 points or larger.

This handmade looking brush font is inspired by the titles of the 1959 movie, Imitation of Life, by prolific film titles artist, Wayne Fitzgerald. The 'pastiche' of the font's name derives from the 'imitation' of the film's title, and from the imitation of the brush. OpenType enabled software can make Pastiche Brush feel even more handmade. There are alternates for every letter and number, and most punctation marks and symbols. Every letter has at least one alternate glyph, and more commonly used (in English at least) letters have up to three, so when contextual alternates are enabled, the font automatically cycles through glyphs in a pseudo-random manner. This means no double letter combination will ever contain two identical glyphs. Not only this, but it's highly likely the same word will look different elsewhere in the sentence. The contextual alternates feature also takes care of start and end forms of letters, for an even more handmade feel. This is a great font for headlines in fashion glossies, food packaging where an organic look is desirable, posters, perfume bottles, wine bottles... the list goes on. The source of inspiration for MFC Decatur Monogram is a beautifully styled blackletter from JM. Bergling’s 1914 book on Monograms and Engraving Alphabets. Rather than being directly derived from any one sample, some common characteristics have been emphasized to give it a more coherent and distinctive look, with the accentuated single-looped strokes on many of the characters suggesting a fully flourished style, but showing a bit of restraint. Cheddar Gothic is a hand drawn, 8 style typeface family including Sans, Serif, Slab, and Stencil with Italics that all include 92 matching catchwords and icons to add variety and interest. Great for a variety of uses: packaging, posters, t-shirts, stamps, branding, headlines, etc. An all caps family, simply switch between upper and lowercase for alternates. Lowercase offers a classic, condensed look; uppercase adds a little more character, including extended crossbars and sliced terminals.

Camper is an original font collection of sixteen display fonts and extras. Camper’s core is a low-contrast connected script with three weights. In addition there are Sans, Serif and Slab fonts. All Camper fonts have a coherent style of solid forms with soft edges. They all play well together but work as themselves too. Camper’s Print is the same family with rugged “printed” edges and print texture. Camper Script is packed with several OpenType features: Contextual Alternates and Standard Ligatures help to maintain smooth flow while typing and they’re normally on. Camper Script is PUA encoded and you can access extra characters in most graphic design softwares even without OpenType support.
