The saying comes from an informal name for Wellington Boots; Wellies - named after The Duke of Wellington. Hence, ‘Big Welly’ the font, this font is bold and big on the one hand and handwritten on the other. When I checked whether the name was already taken, I found out that Black Cluster is a term from Star Trek.
