CIAO MAMMA is a vintage-style font, inspired by old almanacs and classic comics. It is ideal for auteur comics as well as commercial products. It is made with a marker, has contrast-free letters and regular spacing helping its legibility and clarity. The font is elegant and graceful and is reminiscent of the history of comics, evoking great, timeless comic strips.

The inspiration for this typeface—originally called Elefanta—enjoyed popularity stateside in the late nineteenth century, an import from the Karl Brendler & Söhne foundry of Vienna. Its graceful yet playful elegance makes it suited for a wide range of projects where projecting warmth is desirable. Both versions contain the complete Latin 1252, Central European 1250 and Turkish 1254 character sets.

This typeface made its first appearance in Schelter & Giesecke's 1915 specimen book. It exhibits the cleanness and crispness one might expect in a sans-serif face, along with a few unexpected grace notes that make it warm and friendly, as well. Both versions of this font include the complete Unicode Latin 1252, Central European 1250 and Turkish 1254 character sets.

Carlos was inspired by a Spanish typeface designed by Carlos Winkow called 'Elektra' (c. 1940), available elsewhere as Casablanca. Trade Gothic Next is Akira Kobayashi's 2008 revision of Jackson Burke's 1948 design. Developed over many years, the original Trade Gothic was filled with many inconsistencies. Under the direction of Akira Kobayashi, Linotype's Type Director, the american type designer Tom Grace, a graduate of the MA Typeface Design in Reading, was commissioned to redesign, revise, and expand the Trade Gothic family. Kobayashi and Grace refined many details such as the terminals and stroke endings, symbols, and the spacing and kerning. Moreover, there are newly added compressed widths and heavy weights perfect for setting even more powerful headlines. In the late medieval period appeared a "semi-cursive" writing, the French "écriture de civilité". Quickly, it is carved and melted down in lead for printing. It is a very elegant running font, with numerous variants, both final than initial characters, many of the accented small characters were present in the model I was inspired by, after “Fournier Le jeune ”, in his catalogue "Modèles des caractères de l'imprimerie et des autres choses nécessaires au dit art nouvellement gravés par Simon-Pierre Fournier le jeune" published in 1742 in Paris. A render sheet, included in the font file, makes all characters easy to identify on keyboard. This font, very attractive and decorative may be used for web-site titles, posters and flyer designs, editing ancient texts, labels, greeting cards... and anything you want! It supports as easily enlargement as small size, remaining elegant and pretty.

Original type work designed in unconventional technique by type and graphic designer Yuri Gulitov. The shapes of signs were built up in a very specific routine. At the first stage signs were drawn on the black sheets of paper by the PVA adhesive, then a white sheets was placed above, and finally after some time the white sheets were torn off. The scraps of white paper presented the signs. Inverse style shows hypothetic result of tearing off the black sheets. The style together or separately can be used in display and advertizing works for demonstration of fight between the forces of good and evil or vice versa. Analog version of the font was awarded by diploma on Third International Biennale of Graphic Design “Golden Bee”. Digital version was released by ParaType in 2008.

Many vintage pieces of sheet music employed hand-lettered titles and cartoon illustrations to emphasize the topic of the song itself.

1769® Display is an elegant and modern serif typeface inspired by the history of France and more particularly the Romantic movement (1700s and 1800s). The roundness of its characters and its numerous ligatures reflect the grace, refinement and sensitivity that were omnipresent during the 18th century. Its name refers to the birth of Napoleon Bonaparte, the fascinating or revolting emperor, the emblematic figure of this period.

Although less prevalent today, a cover charge was added to better class night clubs of the 1930s and 1940s to discourage patronage by people of questionable social graces. The general idea was that the lower strata of society (meaning the "average Joe" or "hoi polloi") would balk at paying an extra fee just for entrance to a place of good entertainment and fine dining.
