Schelter & Giesecke's grotesk font family, widely used for their marketing and in-house prints, now revived and extended with a Cyrillic character set and old-style numerals.

RefSpecialty is a unique font that was originally developed for inclusion in a Microsoft product. The RefSpecialty font is available in TrueType with a custom character set.

Austrian Cartoonist Wolfgang Ammer lent his handwriting to this font, which was produced by Miriam Surányi. Wolfgang already uses the font in his daily routine: It facilitates corrections and translations of his cartoons for international newspapers. Rich in contextual alternates, Ammer contains about 1800 glyphs. Each character has multiple alternates. And a complex OpenType substitution feature makes sure that the same variant does not appear twice in a line. As a special gimmick, the font contains a Tic Tac Toe game: To activate it, type a # and turn on stylistic set 20. Then use digits 1–9 for setting the naughts and crosses on their places. The enclosed TT variant has a reduced glyph set and therefore a smaller file size, hence it is better suited for use on the web.

English Engravers Roman is inspired by the beauty and eccentric detailing of British stone carved lettering. After observing many beautiful inscriptions around London and southern England, Robbie Smith decided to create a font family in homage to this rich heritage. English Engravers Roman features a set of beautifully balanced uppercase Roman, and a characterful lowercase alphabet with some endearing quirks. Included in the each font are two forms of lowercase 'q', one very similar to an uppercase 'Q' with a tail, and a traditional 'q'. Each font in the family features a comprehensive character set with many ligatures, added to enhance letter spacing. The fonts all feature an additional set of old style numerals. Newsreel Caps JNL is a novelty caps-only outline letter with cast shadow set inside film frames. Although the design idea itself is not new, this version is based on lettering from a vintage piece of sheet music for a song featured in the movie "Fox Movietone Follies". The font is a wink and nod to Fox's long-running newsreel series called "Fox Movietone News". The upper case keys have black letters on a white frame, while the lower case keys have white letters on a black frame. A blank white frame is on the period key; a blank black frame is on the comma key. Use this font for individual initials, set the characters loose for effect or set them tight (as provided) for a continuous film strip.

This family is inspired from the set of two styles, Roman normal and Italic, and the ornaments used by an unknown printer working around East Switzerland, circa 1750's. It is a Dutch style font, slightly bolder than usual Fournier's or Caslon's Roman fonts, with some emphasized serifs and finals parts and special letters as capital "U" for example. A set of initials, fleurons, ornaments and frame elements is joined to the family as a supplement. The two styles, Normal and Italic, are containing standard ligatures, a few alternative characters and titlings (who are more preferable than enlarged capitals). They are "small eye" or "Small x-eight" fonts. The standard characters set is completed with accented or specific characters for Western (Including Celtic) and Central Europe, Baltic, Eastern Europe and Turkish.

Font family Opticum is not just a set of fonts, it’s a maze construction kit that hides letters inside. Each inscription is a little brain-twister with variable difficulty, where the level is defined by the style. The third one is the most difficult. When you type with these fonts you fill the space entirely without spaces because characters in the fonts don’t have side bearings and the leadings are set to zero. This converts you into an artist who produces geometric abstractions containing verbal messages. Texts set with this font not only catch an eye, but keep it for a long time. The duration of attention period can be adjusted by selection of the font style. The third one keeps longer. Opticum was designed by Erken Kagarov and released by ParaType in 2009.

Our Grand Hotel Pro finds its inspiration from the title screen of the 1937 film “Cafe Metropole” starring Tyrone Power. This condensed upright connecting script has a classic flair and weight to it that feels subtly tied to Holiday and Bakery themed designs, even though it can work outside that genre. Stylistic Alternates offer a non-swash set of Capitals, and a SmallCaps feature gives this upright script an exciting visual twist. Elegant, reserved, sophisticated, and yet festive all at once. Grand Hotel Pro is a style revival that still finds a strong visual appeal today. Dingos is a display typeface specially handcrafted for potent usage. It is compact, solid, and dense, with a heavy-built structure, tight internal space, and a versatile touch. Dingos is perfect for large settings due to its precise shapes. The 'Display' and 'Display Outline' styles have sharp and clean paths with angular ink traps, while 'Stamp' and 'Stamp Outline' have round ink traps and irregular, soft, curvy outlines optimized to ensure high-quality contours. Stamp textured styles have three sets of alphabets that slightly differ from one another. Thanks to the Contextual Alternates, these alphabets are automatically alternated to avoid repeating the same curvy textures. Slacker is a carefree brush script with soft features, low contrast and well balanced character forms. Slacker is excellent for creating easygoing yet catchy headlines, logotypes or even longer texts. Slacker is equipped with Standard Ligatures and Contextual Alternates - they help to keep the flow lively and balanced and connections smooth so you should normally keep the features on. In addition Slacker has Stylistic, Swash and Titling Alternates for more showy letterforms. If you want to keep letters connecting to one another at maximum try turning on Stylistic Set 01 (SS01). On top of these Slacker has even more alternates in the Character Window making the total glyph count to 660. Slacker Extras is a set of 50+ brush strokes with the same style as the brush and a set of catchwords.

An offbeat alternate caps typestyle inspired by the title screen of a 1968 Walt Disney film titled, The Horse in the Gray Flannel Suit. This playful and childish font comes with an extensive language set, a stylistic alternates feature that auto-alternates between capitals & lowercase (alt caps), as well as a contextual alternates feature that auto-alternates between sets only where double characters are typed like SS, TT, etc. The contextual alternate feature also enables a few titling word options like " the " " in " and " in the ". As noted in the quotes, when these word sets are typed with a space before and after them, it will trigger the swap when contextual alternates is on. Switching on Contextual Alternates enables automatic alternations between caps and alt caps like AlTeRnAtIoNs to create a more randomized look.

Reminiscent of circuitry and wrought iron, Anachrony constructs the forms of an Old English Blackletter with the strokes of a Modern Geometric Sans, and lands in the vicinity of Art Deco. Catchwords: In Anachrony Royale, turn on Discretionary Ligatures for a variety of decorative articles and prepositions.

And due to six types of faces one can choose what material should the fence be made from — from Thin steel rods to   the Black stone blocks. In their simplest appearance Mrs P&P are  intended for the solid blank composition in victorian or industrial style. They are quite decent, a bit old-fashioned slab serif and grotesque with closed aperture. All my types have layers. Walker and Palkerson also do. Besides the standard set of symbols, they have 4 add-ons. 1. Alternate glyphs, including unicase ones. 2. Ligatures with A letter. 3. Extra tall small caps. 4. Two-storey ligatures. All this options are intended for the complex composition. The additional letters are rather eccentric as their main function here is to imitate the victorian oddities. Imitate, parody, just not repeat. There are lower-case As and Es in the set in height of small caps and uppercases. They can turn every writing into the unicase.    The lower-case A (as well as uppercase and small caps version of it) has deliberately by my taste grown a ludicrous tail. To compensate it I’ve built all the possible ligatures - ад, ал, ая. There are 35 of this ligatures all together. Take a closer look at the Russian letters D, L, K, Ya from the main set as well as their alternates. The additional glyphs are one more comic than the other — on purpose to imitate (not to repeat!) the victorian set. This sets have lowercase numbers. And small caps numbers as well. What a modern typeface without them. They also have an У-letter with a generously curvy tail. As if before the WWI. The Latin of course has alternates as well. It has letters to make the perfect French sound more like the russian provincial version of it. The tails of Js and Ts can be made a little bit more open — or a little bit closed. My favorite feature here, an invention of a kind - extra tall small caps. It allows to compose logos with the small caped uppercases directly from the keyboard. The small caps of this typefaces are usually much taller than the customary ones. This is the kind of small caps that Palker and Palkerson have. More to that, the strokes’ weight and the letters width are corresponded to the uppercases. Just a ready set for making a logo a la 1913 style. With a unicase, one has to mind! One more trick with the tall small caps is a possibility to make them work like lower uppercases. Their height is just in between of lower- and uppercases. Isn’t it great to have an additional set of uppercase working ponies in stock for the case of emergency. And finally — the trademark of Palkers family, two-storey ligatures. They are made in the height of uppercases and turn every writing into an ornament or a puzzle of a kind, while at the same time making them much shorter. Each face has 90 of them. Mainly those are twins: CC, BB, DD and so on. ll this things are for the unhasty compositing, even for lettering. Which means that for the things which are not there you always should have Command+Option+O and some patience. Also — among the two storey ligatures one also can find some belvedere villas. The typeface Brush Poster Grotesk is designed in 2017 for the children exhibition 1,2,3 Kultummel from Labyrinth Kindermuseum Berlin by xplicit, Berlin (Annette Wüsthoff, Alexander Branczyk, Mascha Wansart (illustrations)). Manuel Viergutz extended the font with some further glyphs & extras.
