Chift is a quite narrow serif font for both body text and headlines in periodicals, where economy of space is needed. Precursors to Torrone, the fonts are found among the type experiments of Art Deco artists in 1930’s Europe. Ribbons is a sincere and well-conceived approach to providing a reliable solution to ribbon and ribbon-styled type for creative professionals when a lettering artist just isn’t available. LTC Spire with alternate caps was designed by Lanston’s type director Sol Hess in 1937. Spire Roman was designed without lowercase. Lunisolar, according to the dictionary, means “of or caused by both the sun and the moon”. I liked the name, therefore I used it! Lunisolar is quite an interesting font: it is fat(tish) and rough, very neat and legible. It could be used for product packaging, book covers and starships. Comes with an abundance of diacritics.

A collision between fine, fat caps developed by legendary letterer Alf Becker, and a squirrely, curly, uncredited lowercase uncovered by artist Leslie Cabarga produced this merry romp through the alphabet. Meatball is a fat and happy display font based on some lettering on a mid-20th century poster for the movie Bringing Up Baby. Malino is a humanist sans serif that gives a slightly stiff and strong feel but still presents a harmonious blend.
