I like fonts that look like scribbled notes… so I made one! Delivery note was made with a sharpie pen on paper. I didn’t ‘clean’ the glyphs too much, as I wanted it to look like a genuine note script. It comes with double letter ligatures for the lower case glyphs and a fun doodle pack!

Six Hands is a set of handwritten fonts based on various writing tools, such as pencil, felt-tip pen, ball-point pen, and brush. Most of the styles also contain additional alternatives that have the capability of automatically interchanging in the setting, which significantly variegates and humanizes the text. Six Hands is quite a rare combination of diverse display fonts that work well together. Inspired by early cool cartoon fonts, early rock and hippie posters, I created the casual 'DT Stoner Toon' font. I decided to draw the Regular style of Trivia Humanist not too light and the Bold not too dark. Delicate anatomy and moderate contrasts of serifed humanist typefaces aren’t usually born by interpolating between extremes, but rather by meticulous care for each individual letter. A delicious blend of a trace of punchcutter’s tool and calligrapher’s hand with as few historical reminiscences as possible. It stays away from any strong aesthetic colorations as well, which is a common feature of the Trivia family system. I wanted a clear and majestic typeface for book jackets, LP cover designs, posters, exhibition catalogues and shorter texts. But at the end it turned out excellent for largest books as well.

Centennial appeared in 1986 in honor of Linotype’s 100th birthday. The roman and light cuts of the font are reminiscent of the Century typeface, particularly on that of Linn B. Benton and Morris F. Benton, designed around the turn of the 19th century for the American Type Founders. Like Century, Centennial too embodies a cool, reserved neutrality.

DINosaur is the typographical mise en scène of a calligraphic standard for technical writing, found in a 1967 manual. Although its base is a regular grid and its main reference is the DIN norm, it is full of a multitude of small original features. The microtypographic details refer to the tools originally used for its reproduction.

A loose, casual felt-pen script, Chantal comes in three weights plus italics, and a Cyrillic version too. Originally designed to letter the RoboHunter series that Peter Hogan and Rian Hughes produced for the comic 2000AD.

This is not a brush font! This is an imitation of brushstrokes, done by pen. But I guess you've already noticed that - the brushstrokes are way too obvious, to have been made by brush. Although being a "fake", the letters leaves you with quite a good impression. Letters were inspired by an old horror movie poster, but is very useful for something less terrifying!

BearerFond has been in my pen for years and I've used this way of writing a lot on cassette cases. Anyone still using cassettes? Me neither, so in order to keep it alive I have made a font out of it and named it bearerFond; as in bearer bond, since it looks like it could be used on official documents. Nothing too official though.

Monocto is an upright italic, clearly evidenced by the lowercase letters a, e, f, g, i, k, l, v, w, x, y and several capitals. On one hand, the design is inspired by an historical German running hand written with a pen angle of 45°, and on the other, by rational, utilitarian monospace types, similar to those designed for the mechanical typewriter during the Industrial Revolution. As the writing tool touches the paper, a double-square with broken corners is produced, which then, according to ductus, transforms itself into letter components that are either 90°-verticals or 45°-diagonals. The systematic geometry of Monocto offers unexpected design possibilites.

Dime Store is a font inspired by childhood memories of dime stores in downtowns and shopping malls in the 1970s. Have you ever searched for a font that looked like it was really someone's handwriting, only to find that it was too feminine or too hard to read? I used to want a font like that, too, until I discovered that a font like that had been residing in my attic, in letters to me from my late grandfather. Not only was I thrilled to have a font like this at hand, but also one that would be a memory of my grandfather every time I used it. He was a hard-working man, raising a family during the Depression, yet was still fun-loving, kind, and generous. We called him Grandhappy. As a wedding present, I received from him rolling pins and a cutting board made of 8 different kinds of wood that he pieced together. In this font, the bullet is a rolling pin in honor of that! Other than the fact that this is a font from the hand of one greatly loved, my favorite thing is that although a True Type Font, it has some features of an Open Type font. There are many alternative letter choices available through the use of little-used keys on the keyboard and alt codes. This font was chosen to portray Jay Gatsby's handwriting in The Great Gatsby (2013).
