Adorably messy handwriting.

The typeface Ruano was inspired from “Lettera cancelleresca formata” by the Vatican calligrapher Ferdinando Ruano, carved and cast in 1926 by Nebiolo of Turin on the advice of Raffaello Bertieri who designed the capital letters and numbers, missing in the original. The difficulty of the design of this chancery font lies in its original vertical layout, bending the calligraphic harmonies to the Gothic style, thus distinguishing it from contemporary cursive alphabets.

Shock and Awe is a family of two display typefaces drawn up from lettering that has been at the centre of major historical events. Enola Gay is based upon nose art from the B-29 Superfortress bomber that dropped the first atomic bomb, on the Japanese city of Hiroshima, in 1945. Tomahawk is based upon the fuselage lettering of the original (then) General Dynamics manufactured Tomahawk cruise missile. Tomahawk missiles were introduced into military service in the 1970s and have been deployed by US and UK 'coalition' forces in a number of conflicts, including both the 1991 Gulf War and the 2003 invasion of Iraq. A Bottle Brush (a.k.a. Callistemon) is an Australian shrub. Its flowers resemble, well, bottle brushes, hence the name. Bottle Brush is also a very messy, yet quite lovely brush font. I made it with a Japanese brush pen. It comes with a bunch of alternate glyphs, some ligatures and a whole lot of diacritics!

Kheops is a slab-serif style typeface, with a contemporary scent and designed for long texts, without giving up on big headlines, it is accompanied by an authentic cursive with a dynamic rhythm and a skeleton with humanist reminiscences, it also includes a set of ornaments based on in simple geometric shapes, and an extensive range of OpenType functionalities to meet the needs of the most demanding designer, an all-rounder that cannot be missing from your typographic palette.

Combustible is a hot, handwritten script font. I don’t really know why I named it Combustible - maybe because I scribbled this one down with near frozen hands. Combustible was made with a medium sized Japanese brush pen. It is a messy script, yet highly legible. Comes with double letter ligatures and a matchbox full of diacritics.

Script Love is a connected cursive script appearing as hand written in three weights: fine pen, pen & marker. Script Love features extended characters, containing West European diacritics & ligatures, making it suitable for international environments & publications.

Hundreds of handwritten custom letter combinations make this font look like it was scrawled with a pen, not typed with a computer.
