Accolades C and C2 share the same main ornaments but differ in finishing. Accolades C uses pearls and diamonds, C2 does not. Accolades CX is an additional fitting set of borders. A biscuit and a cup of coffee, a biscuit and a cup of tee ... both are obvious - but what about a biscuit and a glass of juice? I loved that combination as a kid (and I even crumbled the biscuit in the juice...yuck...I wouldn't do that today!!! Anyway, here you have a legible uppercase font with a nice handmade look. I've added 4 different versions of each letter, which makes the font look really nice and slightly jumpy. I even added two nice swashes to the N and K. Enjoy!

Shelley Script was designed by Matthew Carter and appeared with Mergenthaler Linotype in 1972. It is based on intricate English scripts of the 18th and 19th centuries. The musical terms Andante, Allegro and Volante were chosen by Carter to describe the mood of the three different cuts of his font. Andante is the most reserved, Allegro has a few more flourishes, and Volante’s capital letters are surrounded with swirling strokes. Perfect for invitations or other cards, Shelley Script, like other fonts of its kind, seems to appeal particularly to America.

Mikagi is a textured form of the 2008 Miyagi typeface, giving the original creation a new personality along with its makeover. The rough texture is a different direction from the original, smooth line style of its predecessor, instead creating something that might be described as lean and tough. Worn and weary, Mikagi emphasises everything it says, taking care to slow itself down and not get caught up in the speed of its youth. Use Mikagi for a range of design work, to add a blend of smooth easiness and faded cynicism to your creation.

Delaguerra is based on a lettering style originating in the California Arts & Crafts period commonly associated with 'Mission Style'. It is still in common usage in signage at historical sites in California. This version is a sort of idealized hybrid of several different variations on the style from samples we were sent by a customer who wanted to use the font in a set of invitations. It features a basic character set on the lower case and then relief initial versions of the same characters for the upper case.

New-Yorker-Type was one of the first typefaces I tried my hand at in 1985. I meant it as a revival of the typeface used by the New Yorker magazine. I did not scan it. I just looked at the type and redrew it completely by hand. Only much later did I come to know, that there is a bundle of similar typefaces of that period. Rea Irvin's design for New-Yorker magazine was just one of them, maybe the best. In the next step I repaired some of the mistakes that I made more than thirty years ago. Now on the eve of 2020 I gave the font a complete overhaul and added a set of Swash Initials, Cyrillic and Greek glyphs and many ligatures. The font now has 1075 glyphs and is all set for most latin writing systems. On top of that I made two versions, a Classic one with rounded corners and a pointed Pro version for a more up-to-date look. Take your pick. Tertius, with its high ascenders and clubbed serifs, is a modern interpretation of the classic Carolingian style (7th - 9th centuries AD). There was no capital form in the Carolinian hand and Roman square capitals were originally used with it. The Carolingian hand began, after a while, to develop more cursive tendencies as people looked for a way to speed up the writing process. I have “capitalized” on this trend and have devised an appropriate and dramatic set of flowing capitals for this family. With its elegant swashes and bold letter shapes, Tertius embodies the romance of medieval life, of knights, castles, and chivalry. Homework font was specially conceived/designed for teaching cursive writing. This resource allows tutors and parents to create worksheets for individual or class teaching. Associated with the dashed version of the font, students can learn and exercise their handwriting abilities. All capital letters, excluding I, F, T and P, link to any following small letter: the sequence of the previous letter stroke always follows the angle of the initial stroke of the subsequent letter. This, in the real world, means that words built with the font can be handwritten without having to lift the pen from the paper (except to cross t and f and dot i and j) or interrupt the writing flow. All the letters are base aligned and all small letters have the same ‘x’ height in order to fit a ruled worksheet. Homework font letter stroke widths are uniform in order to emulate regular pens. Homework font also mimics genuine handwriting, making it useful for online stores gift cards, thank you cards and all applications where a real world feel is desired.
