NerdishHex is a hexagonal distortion of NewNerdish that I thought was rather interesting.

LinkeHand Pro was based on the handwriting of Oliver Linke. Due to its rather compact appearance with short ascenders and descenders LinkeHand can be used with rather tight line spacing. Both Regular and Bold come with Small Caps and a multitude of special ligatures to make LinkeHand look really manually written.

Vintage Designs JNL is another collection of images re-drawn from illustrations found in catalogs and sign painters' idea books from decades past.

While there can be similar handwriting styles out there, no two handwritings are exactly the same. I like to think that I have the same handwriting style as my father, but I had never seen him write with lowercase letters, only in all capitals, except when signing his name on something in cursive. I recently came across a letter my father had written long ago to a friend. It was returned to sender, yet he kept it intact. The letter primarily thanked his friend for his hospitality when my father unexpectedly dropped in for a visit while traveling. I was so taken by the handwriting, that I decided to make it into a font, not only to remember my father, but also to forever preserve his handwriting. Generous Hospitality not only taps into the character of the person the letter was written to, it also reflects the personality of my father. If you are looking for a masculine handwriting type style for your designs, I think this font could be a nice fit.

Greene and Hollins of Wolverhampton were a rather smart gentleman’s outfitter, much frequented by my late grandfather and altogether redolent (in memory and actuality) of a bygone age of retail service and respect. I believe they’re out of business now, but we’re rather pleased to offer them this very small if rather random memorial. Greene and Hollins is a set of seven display typefaces, with uniform metrics, which can be overlaid to create multi-coloured ‘engraved’ effects. Also ideal to recreate traditional sign-writing, garment labels, signage and anything else where a period flare is required.

Playwright JNL and Playwright Slant JNL are versions of the perennial Art Deco font Broadway—with a look as if lettered by a sign painter.

Ornamental font, based on samples of Alphonse Mucha, who was an Art Nouveau painter and decorative artist. In this collection assembled typical wavy shape secession.

Fat Kitty Kat is a hand made, rather bouncy and happy font. It was thought up, drawn and vectorized during an unusually long rainy period in a small Porto hotel room. Kitty Kat's glyphs are rather rough, but legible and fun to use. The font comes with extensive language support and a full range of alternates for the lower case letters.

Adelanto JNL is a wood type revival featuring a condensed sans serif face with chamfered [rather than rounded] corners.

Printy Things JNL gathers together another collection of dingbats, border elements, embellishments and other images from vintage source material.

Patron is a sans serif influenced by two dissimilar type designers, Günther Gerhard Lange and Roger Excoffon. Patron is a sans serif influenced by two dissimilar type designers, Günther Gerhard Lange and Roger Excoffon. Patron unites their contradictory approaches to create an expressive, yet versatile grotesk. As a result, Patron is characterised by a generous x-height, flared stroke endings and an unconventional shift in balance, inspired by Excoffon and a rigorously precise, modern interpretation for which Lange was most famous.

PixelZoo gathers over 70 animal species turned into pixels. They are wild and domestic animals, mixing mammals, fishes and birds.

Quilted Butterfly is a rather elegant, yet messy font. It has some interesting glyphs and comes with all the accents.

A rather light humorous font that can be used for many purposes. Updated in 2022 to add further bold versions

As once a sign-painter in my younger years I loved the quick brush strokes used to turn out quick 'Sale' posters. I tried to relive in this font.

Hey Buffalo is a rather unique handwriting script with 55 very beautiful ligatures, as well as several alternatives in the lowercase.

Print Spots JNL once again gathers together various and sundry vintage letterpress ornaments, embellishments, borders and spot illustrations from various sources.

This font represents the type style created by this very famous classic typewriter. Remington was considered the father of all typewriter companies.

Printing Press Cuts JNL gathers vintage cartoons, sales helpers and decorative ornaments into one handy collection for embellishing any retro-oriented project.

First off, Slivowitz is written with a v (SlivoVitz), rather than a w, but I liked it better with a w. Slivowitz is a plum brandy from Eastern Europe. My father used to be an international truck driver and he often had to go to Eastern Europe. He took all kinds of ‘western’ goods with him to give away (plastic bags, beer, cigarettes - remember, Eastern Europe at the time was still communist!). He always came back with bottles of Slivowitz. I never tasted it, as I was too young, but I liked the name and I decided to name this font after a fond memory! Slivowitz is an easy-going handwritten script font - it looks good on fashion items, book covers and fancy magazines, but greeting cards will look just as great. Comes with a bunch of ligatures, alternates and a whole lotta diacritics!

Reindeer is a bold script font with many features, make great your Christmas and winter designs. Get inspired by the deer antler style!

Edessa JNL is a Greek-styled alphabet found in an old book used by sign painters. Its simple, angular lines and clean approach add a taste of the past to your work.

Casual Stencil JNL was modeled from a set of stencils used for store display work that are reminiscent of brush style casual lettering made popular by sign painters and show card artists.

Inspired by a workshop with iconic American sign painter Mike Meyer, Ulrike of LiebeFonts set out to create a versatile, lovely typeface for sign painting that looks not at all like a font but rather like the letters on a unique, hand-painted storefront sign. LiebeDoris combines the best of two worlds: the beauty of all-American sign painting and the meticulous craft of German engineering. This typeface came about when playing with felt tip marker settings in Corel Painter and is derivative of my own handwriting. Up until Workstation Clutter, all of my fonts were designed on paper, then scanned or reproduced into a digital format. With the use of Painter, the non-digital steps were removed, making this the first fully-digital Zang-O-Fonts typeface. Brian J Bonislawsky of the Astigmatic One Eye Typographic Institute helped round out the character set and additional needed characters. The name was inspired by an ex-girlfriend's disorganized desk.

The characters in SafetyPinned are composed of interlocked safety pins. The typeface lacks true lower-case letters but rather has two sets of capital letters.

This typeface is one of a number of sign painter-oriented fonts named in honor of Jeff Levine's good friend Albert Eckhardt, Jr. (who ran Allied Signs in Miami Florida from 1959 until his passing).
