Dragonflight Pro is a script collection of four modern calligraphy fonts. Each glyph was hand-drawn with a brass folded pen dipped in ink. The tip of the folded pen resembles the shape of a dragonfly’s wing, hence the name. By tilting the pen variations in line width are made. Dragonflight Pro Extra offers an additional 117 swashes, doodles and ink splatters. With Discretionary Ligatures activated you can type an underscore in front of a letter and (when available) this gives you the rough version of the glyph.

We used to have a composite worktop in our 'old' kitchen. It was cheap and the kitchen-guy warned us not to put any hot pans on the worktop, as it could crack due to Thermal Shock. Duh... When we installed our new kitchen, we opted for a ceramic worktop, which can handle hot pans being placed on it! Thermal Shock font is a very nice, handmade brush font. If you ever bought any brush fonts of mine, you will know that I almost always use Chinese ink and cheap brushes to create 'the look'. It is always a bit of a surprise how a Chinese ink brush font turns out: I created one the other day and it looked horrible, so it was banned.. Thermal Shock turned out to be a looker. Thermal Shock comes with one set of alternate glyphs, extensive language support (including Greek and Vietnamese) and a guarantee it won't crack in super hot designs.

“The Film Daily” issue for August 30, 1927 ran an ad for Tiffany Pictures in which all of the main text was hand lettered in a sans serif style displaying the beginnings of the Art Deco movement. With their rounded terminals, the characters were designed using a round nib lettering pen. Redrawn digitally as Silent Cinema JNL, it is now available in both regular and oblique versions.
