“LAPOYA” (meaning in english “the coolest”) is a large slab serif typeface family, with a certain Italian inverted contrast touch. Specially designed for advertising big shows and commerces, Lapoya has 36 variables and four axes, including a text and decorative versions, where the drawing and width of its counterforms vary. It also has icons that remember the old aesthetics of wood types from the early 20th century, and more than 400 characters with a multitude of signs and ligatures, that make Lapoya ideal for up to 89 languages. Sihmitree is a gimmick typeface in which all glyphs have reflective (mirror) or rotational symmetry (or both). Sihmitree has two weights and is caps only, with most of the lower-case letters identical to the upper-case letters. It includes only those accented characters that are symmetrical. The letters of the alphabet are often used to explain symmetry. BCDEK are given as examples of shapes that can easily be formed with symmetry over a horizontal line. AMQTUVWY can easily be formed so that they mirror over a vertical line. Letters HIOX can be formed so they mirror over both horizontal and vertical lines, and as a result they will also have rotational symmetry. Letters NSZ can be formed so that they reproduce themselves with a rotation of 180º. That leaves letters FGJLPR, which are usually considered examples of asymmetry. However, there are script versions of J, L, and R that can be formed with symmetry, and variants of lower-case f and g can be made that are symmetrical. P looks a lot like the thorn character. Some of the numbers also present challenges when trying to form them symmetrically. The symmetrical alphabet is not stylistically harmonious and has limited use other than as an exploration of symmetry.

Broken letters or Gothic letters, also known as German letters, are the typeface used in Europe West from the 12th century to the 17th century. Meanwhile, Danish spoke it until 1875 and German, Estonian and Latvian spoke it well into the 20th century. Fracture is one of the broken typefaces that is often considered to represent the entire broken typeface. Broken letters are sometimes also called Old English, but not in the Old English or Anglo-Saxon sense that was born centuries earlier. This group of letters is so named because it contains Latin letters that have breaks in the curvature of the letters, either in part or in whole designs. The fracture arises from a sudden dip when writing certain parts of the letter. In contrast, letters with perfect, unbroken curves, such as Antikua, are created from smooth, flowing writing movements. Callimathy is a font inspired by the Blackletter typeface, made with a modern impression but still looks strong and unique. In addition, Young Best font is also supported with multilingual characters that can be used in several international languages. Callimathy font is very suitable for use in making music album cover designs, tattoo logos, wishkey labels, packaging pomades and so on which are made with dark and strong concepts.

Seriguela is an ultra condensed sans serif typeface with a unique personality. It comes in normal and display versions, each with 9 weights, as well as italics and reverse italics totaling 54 fonts. Seriguela is flavor in motion and each part of its system works together to captivate you, combining emotion and usability, allowing you to create attractive and unique designs. Seriguela followed a very distinctive recipe to design its alphabet: it started with a grotesque base and applied movement and joy in a very original way. Syntax was designed by Swiss typographer Hans Eduard Meier, and issued in 1968 by the D. Stempel AG type foundry as their last hot metal type family. Meier used an unusual rationale in the design of this sans serif typeface; it has the shapes of humanist letters or oldstyle types (such as Sabon), but with a modified monoline treatment. The original drawings were done in 1954; first by writing the letters with a brush, then redrawing their essential linear forms, and finally adding balanced amounts of weight to the skeletons to produce optically monoline letterforms. Meier wanted to subtly express the rhythmical dynamism of written letters and at the same time produce a legible sans serif typeface. This theme was supported by using a very slight slope in the roman, tall ascenders, terminals at right angles to stroke direction, caps with classical proportions, and the humanist style a and g. The original foundry metal type was digitized in 1989 to make this family of four romans and one italic. Meier completely reworked Syntax in 2000, completing an expanded and improved font family that is available exclusively from Linotype GmbH as Linotype Syntax. In 2009 the typeface family was renamed into a more logical naming of "Syntax Next" to fit better in the Platinum Collection naming."

Quayside is a deliciously thick and bulbous baseball script, with a wealth of OpenType features. Features include: Contextual alternates - I would suggest having these on by default; they make letters connect more smoothly (uppercase letters like M and H, which are normally non-connecting for all-caps purposes, connect to lowercase letters. The swash variant of J, and all o and b characters connect to any e character at a lower junction for a smoother join). Contextual alternates also make sure special end-forms of lowercase letters are used at the ends of words. Ligatures - A nice collection of useful ligatures which make the text flow smoother. Swash - Gives you more exuberant capitals. Not recommended for all-caps usage! The swash function also gives a variation of the ampersand and turns # into a nice numero symbol. Oldstyle Figures - lining figures are default but with the flick of a switch in OpenType savvy applications, you get expressive oldstyle figures. Quayside is a versatile typeface. Depending on the mood you're after, it can easily be retro or modern, fun or (fairly) serious. I'm often pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of uses my fonts get put to, and I can't wait to see what you do with this one!

In parts of Africa, in the poorer, rural and peri-urban areas there are many small shops or convenience stores which are called "Spaza" shops. The owners of these shops often don't have access to commercial signwriting and write their signs themselves. The font "Spaza" is based on these hand-lettered signs. This lettering has a refreshing simplicity and spontaneity, yet retains great legibility. In the font "Spaza", there are three styles: - Spaza Regular - with normal upper and lower case; - Spaza Small Caps - in which the lower case is a true "small caps" and not a shrunken version of the upper case (generated by the operating system); - Spaza Double Caps - in which the lower case characters have been replaced by an alternate set of capital letters. The font thus contains two sets of differing upper case characters. You can use characters from both these sets to give a true feeling of randomness because if the same character occurs twice in a word, different versions of the character can be used. Spaza can be used with great effect in a great variety of applications such as advertisements, flyers, posters and in magazine pages. Spaza contains a full character set and has been carefully spaced and kerned.

Trump Gothic is a reconception of ideas from Georg Trump's seminal 1955 Signum typeface and its later reworking (Kamene) by Czech designer Stanislav Marso. Originally cobbled together for a variety of film projects in the late 1990s and early 2000s, the Trump Gothic family was made available for the general public in 2005. Shortly thereafter, it became a common sight in movie credits, on posters and magazine covers, in fashion branding and on corporate web sites. Though countless attempts have been made to emulate it, its unique totality and attractiveness to layout designers was never really topped. Its appeal is largely due to its double-duty toolbox: An economic functionality that allows it to pack large amounts of information in small spaces, and a clear, modular aesthetic that gives it the ability to emphasize short text in large sizes, all without sacrificing legibility or giving in to dated or over-rehashed industrial gothic forms. The typeface was redrawn, refitted, optimized and greatly expanded in 2013, and the result is Trump Gothic Pro, a multiscript family of six fonts, each containing over 1020 glyphs and a wealth of OpenType features, including small caps, caps-to-small-caps, stylistic alternates, unicase/monocase alternates, fractions, ordinals, class-based kerning, and support for Latin, Cyrillic and Greek locales.

Ralf Herrmann, the designer of Wayfinding Sans, started this project with extensive field studies, driving tens of thousands of miles to explore the legibility of road signage typefaces in dozens of countries around the world. After building his own theoretical framework of relevant legibility parameters, the design process used a unique custom real-time simulation software, which could simulate difficult reading conditions (distance, fog, halation, positive/negative contrast) while the letters were actually being designed. This process made it possible to optimize even the tiniest details of each letter for maximum legibility. Being made specifically for wayfinding purposes, this type family does not compromise on any aspect of legibility — and yet, the typeface is a beautiful, clean and modern sans serif. With its broad language support and the large number of available styles it is perfectly suitable for any possible signage project anywhere in the world. The original concept behind the font was that I wanted to create a massive heavy sans which would give the sense of tranquility within the user not unlike watching an object float through space. Redshift was designed by Dathan Boardman during 2016. Strongly rooted in the tradition of other notable geometric sans faces however much attention was paid to create a soothing experience for reading both large and small bodies of text. At the turn of the 20th century monolinear alphabets were often despised for their dullness. Typographers, therefore, took great pains to breathe some kind of individuality into the monotonous sans-serif scheme. They started with subtle differentiation in the thickness of vertical and horizontal strokes and finished by improving details. By this they arrived at a more decorative appearance of the type face which thus became more regardful of the eye of the bourgeoisie. Ideal Gothic is no exception. It is characterized by a correct stiffness which will improve the morals of every idea printed by this type face. The awkward curves of the italics are a little suggestive of openwork iron products or the bent iron of the decorative little railings in a Prague park. The so-called "hidden" and, furthermore, curved serifs complete the inconspicuous "charm" of this type face. All its above-mentioned features, however, suddenly turn into advantages when we need to design a magazine, a brochure or an annual report, in short whenever illustrations dominate. It is not by accident that the basic design of "Ideal Gothic" has such a light tonal value - it competes neither with fine pencil sketches, nor with sentimental landscapes. On the other hand, Isento has a much more straightforward approach to the particular genre. Loosely inspired by Times Gothic, introduced in the American Type Founders Specimen Book and Catalogue from 1923, soon followed its very own path. Is our first typeface that clearly shows a distinct weight difference between the uppercase and the lowercase and the spacing is very open to provide a much more mechanical feeling. Isento and Isento Slab ranges from Thin to ExtraBold with perfectly matching italics. Immediately seemed very clear that a slab serif companion would follow the sans, therefore Isento Slab is the perfect companion to Isento, with very strong rectangular serifs, ideal to set short passages of text or to become the key actor in a big headline.

At first glance you might think of it as a display typeface, but the generous x-height and openness of the lowercase makes Covent BT very legible at text sizes. This font family is inspired by printed work made by the Elzevir family back in the XVIIth century at Leiden (NL). They worked with material from several type designers, but further investigations sends us to the tracks of one in particular: Robert Granjon. Granjon italics were way ahead of his time, making some really beautiful signs like swashy ampersands and minuscule v letters. This font also contains old style figures in the same fashion as they were printed, like the flipped number 8 and open forms in 6 and 9. This is as much a revival as an original design, because of their weights bold and heavy (both with italics) that were inspired on some titles. In this font you can also find a lot of ligatures, small caps, diacritics and even a fleuron for each weight and variation. Leidener came up from two books: Constantini Imperiatoris (1611) and Exercitationum Mathematicarum (1657), printed by Louis and John Elzevir on their Leiden Workshop, back in the day.

There's literally dozens of ligatures in this font so It works very well for flyers, package, stickers and posters, also you can use it as a text font if you're looking for something slightly bold. Supertuba has multilingual support and useful open type features. Letter boards that used to be seen in churches, dive bars and butcher shops are the main inspiration for this typeface. The name Supertuba came from an old supermarket that no longer exists in the city of Indaiatuba , I just believe this name is super fun (at least in Portuguese) and wanted to keep it alive. I was in Indaiatuba when I get started designing this typeface so this is fair enough. Supertuba the third piece of a particular trilogy of fonts that Stubby and Stubby Rough take part, from the lazy vernacular drawing to an unusual geometry. Enjoy!
