Jozef is a serif typeface family with modern character and a firm voice. It is equally suited to setting text on screen and in print. With eight weights, matching italics, and decorative capitals it offers a plentiful typographic range, and provides language support for extended latin. The sharp serifs equip this typeface with a strong tone and clear legibility, while the italics offer a softer but equally solid appearance. Andes Rounded, designed by Daniel Hernández, is a display typeface that has neo-humanist characteristics. Its different terminals, among other elements, give it a look of mixed typography. Andes is a typeface with 10 Upright weights, 10 Italics & Condensed versions, ranging from Ultra Light to Black, each of the same x-height. This typeface contains additional italic glyphs (a, y, z, g) that help to emphasise text or words. Andes is based on the design of Merced and both of them share several features. This type is well-suited for use in retail, magazines, logotypes, books, etc.

Amasis is a slab serif design which has been drawn with a humanist approach, rather than the traditional geometric construction associated with this style of letter. The result is a typeface that has an affinity with the Ionics, although in character it belongs to the latter decades of the twentieth century. The Amasis italic fonts, rather than being sloped roman or cursive in nature, are related more to the Old Style italics. Amasis works particularly well in small sizes where readability is important. Amasis has proved excellent for use on low resolution printers and for facsimile transmissions.

This is a complex typographic system which includes three different but complementary styles so far: Slab, italic and script, with nine weights each one; plus three sets of ornamental fonts: labels, negative labels and ornaments. The soul of the family is a slab feeling applied judiciously to the italic and script styles to make it coherent with the whole system. Each style has three sets of figures: Proportional lining, tabular lining and old style. You can mix the three styles in a single piece to obtain more expressive results without worring about the uniformity and complementing the design by using the ornamental sets.

Cavita Rounded typeface is a mix between both grotesque and calligraphic models: regulars have a rough grotesque spirit, while the italics where inspired in calligraphic gestures. All of these details are reinforced with an inverted modulation (horizontals strokes are thicker than usual). The italics seem to move away from the traditional concept of type system, but work very well alongside. This typeface has very particular shapes and rhythm, itís different and identifiable from the rest, making it a very good option to use on any piece of design. Cavita Rounded is designed as an upgrade Cavita.

Must a letter always have a symmetrical basic form? What happens when the shape of the letters stretch like an arc in the reading direction? When writing with a broad nib, this is easily achieved. The HGB Santo examines the effect of this formal principle on the readability of a text. First attempts have shown a warm and reader-friendly typeface. Six shades from Light to Black, each with an italic should be sufficient for most applications. Small caps and old-style figures are available via OpenType features as well as some ornamental forms in the italics.

The ANATOLE FRANCE retains the hand script character in spite of its stringent composition. An old portfolio of script patterns from the 1920s or 1930s, which appeared in the Georg D. W. Callwey Publishing House in Munich, includes among its pages one with a handwritten poster script, as was very typical for the 1920s. To begin with, there is the emphasized decorative character, which stands out due to stressing the stems. Next, the attempt to portray the character forms with the help of a few but always recurring basic elements is driven to the limits. Theoretically speaking, that which should have led to a contrived, geometrically determined type, obtains a likeable and pleasant look through the ductus of the manually guided brush. The classic version of ANATOLE FRANCE includes 5 fonts: Light, SemiLight, Normal, SemiBold, Bold. The variable font allows seamless font weights from 300 (Light) to 700 (Bold). Above the Beyond is a font family that contains a high contrast Contemporary Garamond Serif and a Casual Signature Brush script. The serif comes in two styles - Regular and Italic - the italic angle is similar to the one used in the Script font. The main difference between traditional Garamond and Above the Beyond Garamond is that the ascenders are significantly shorter which makes the serif fonts more suitable for branding design and helps to reduce the distance between lines without scarifying the legibility. The Catenary typeface was designed with the goal of creating an extremely-readable sans-serif font that could weather the future. Inspired by the beauty of the catenary curve, it's a blend of the transitional and the geometric that allows it to be readable while keeping its forms precise and consistent. Every character in its set is unique, leaving no confusion between similar letter forms. Sixes and nines can be distinguished even when they're upside down or sideways. The number one, the lowercase-L, and the uppercase-I can never be confused with one another, even without context. Throw b, d, g, p, and q into a jumble and the challenge of distinguishing the characters can easily be overcome. Spectrum font is based on a design by Jan van Krimpen, who worked on his font from 1941 to 1943 for use in a Bible of the Spectrum publishing house in Utrecht. The bible project was later cancelled but the font was so beautifully formed and universal that the Monotype Corporation in London completed it. Distinctive are the reserved elegance and unmistakeable beauty of form. The italic was kept fine and is a wonderful complement to the other weights, making it perfect for emphasis in text. The form of the lower case italic g is reminiscent of van Krimpen's italic for Lutetia and Romanée. A similar font in form is the Perpetua from Eric Gill. It displays not only similar forms to those of Spectrum, both fonts also have uniquely designed old style figures. The 7 is particularly unusual with its slanted horizontal stroke and marked bend to the left in the lower third of the form. Spectrum is an extremely legible font even in smaller point sizes and is just as suitable for headlines as for long texts.

This font is an orphanage where all the beautiful details of classical grotesque typefaces from the early twentieth century are gathered, and thus living together, are forming a ‘new’, happy family. The aim was to collect my favorite characters in one font. The start was an eclectic collection orientated on British types from the Caslon Doric No. 4, the Monotype Grotesque, the Gill, the Franklin Gothic up to the Transport. In this amalgamation I avoided the narrow apertures in the ‘e’, ‘c’ and in the numerals ‘5’, ‘6’ and ‘9’ and enlarged the x-height dramatically. To the classical slanted form of the italics I added real italic forms for ‘a’, ‘e’ and ‘g’ in order to obtain a more distinguished italic style. DF-Dejavu Pro supports all Latin-based languages (Western, Central-European, Eastern-European, Baltic and Turkish) and includes small capitals, ligatures, inferior & superior numerals and letters, fractions, various numeral styles: proportional lining, tabular lining, proportional old-style, tabular old-style and last but not least a slashed zero.

Poetica font was designed by Robert Slimbach in 1992 with particularly generous characters. The typeface family consists of 21 weights to allow for an unusual variety of design possibilities within one typeface family. Numerous swash letters, ornaments and ligatures remind one of the early Renaissance and its unforgettable masters, for example, Giambattista Palatino, who later gave his name to Hermann Zapf's creation. Slimbach used the Lettera Cancellaresca as a model for his typeface, the cultivated humanistic italic which later served as a point of departure for the development of italics of the Renaissance and thereafter. Lettera Cancellaresca is very legible, extremely harmonic and impressively beautiful. The early forms display two different compositional tendencies, namely the static of the simple vertical capitals and the italic dynamic of the slanted lower case alphabet, as shown in the weight Chancery 4. The capitals later conform to the slant of the lower case, as shown in the weights Chancery 1-3. Poetica font should be set according to the included suggestion in order to see the full benefit of its grace and beauty.

My goal in designing Zentral was to create a distinctive sculptural font intentionally in Regular and Italic only. I believe Zentral Regular and Italic has the latitude and flexibility needed in most type scenarios without having to resort to multiple weights. Zentral Regular upper/lowercase provides a very pleasant contrast and can be varied by using Zentral Regular capitals. Zentral Italic is ideal for creating emphasis of words, quotes or phrases.
