It was our initial intention to develop a suitable lowercase for Les Usherwood's Elston typeface, based on a few characters from an old German typeface called Hermes Grotesque (Woellmer, Berlin). However, the new design quickly took on a life of its own, and we decided to call it ‘Creighton’.

The thing is that many sans-serif typefaces are usually intended for universal usage. But sometimes faces that work fine in body text look not so good in large point sizes for display purposes when all the contrast in non-contrast sans-serif, or ink traps, become visible to the naked eye. Golden Ticket is a digitization of hand-drawn poster lettering by Otto Heim from 1925. Opinion varies regarding the role of Claude Garamond (ca. 1480–1561) in the development of the Old Face font Garamond. What is accepted is the influence this font had on other typeface developments from the time of its creation to the present. Garamond, or Garamont, is related to the alphabet of Claude Garamond (1480–1561) as well as to the work of Jean Jannon (1580–1635 or 1658), much of which was attributed to Garamond. In comparison to the earlier Italian font forms, Garamond has finer serif and a generally more elegant image. The Garamond of Jean Jannon was introduced at the Paris World’s Fair in 1900 as Original Garamond, whereafter many font foundries began to cast similar types. The famous Stempel Garamond interpretation of the 1920s remains true to the original Garamond font with its typical Old Face characteristics. The bold italic was a modern addition at the end of the 1920s and the small caps provided an alternative to the standard capital letters. Kostic Serif is a classic transitional typeface (like Baskerville, Bookman, Caslon, Times) with tall, clean characters and a large glyph set to support all European languages - Greek and Cyrillic script included. Excellent for setting multiple pages of text and packed with OpenType features (proportional lining and oldstyle numbers, tabular figures, superscript and subscript, numerator and denominator figures, fractions and 31 ligature in 659 characters), it should meet the demands of even the most demanding typographic works. Kostic Serif is made with fairly large x-height, so the text is legible in very small sizes. Zoran began the work on Kostic Serif around 2002 and after completing Regular, Bold and matching italics, he wasn’t too pleased with the design, so he dropped further work on it to make other fonts. In 2010 Nikola came upon unfinished files for Kostic Serif, and decided to redesign the letters, while retaining basic proportions and widths that Zoran established earlier. When they were both pleased with the new look of the font, they made Medium and decided to add CE and Greek script to the glyph set, to make it pan-european.

Thermal is an exploration of balance and contrast. Combining the elegance of classical typography with the sharpness of contemporary design. It was conceived to be a variable font with two axes: weight & optical size, providing a wide range of options for texts & display applications. The regular and italic text weights breathe a warm atmosphere, their design inspiration is a relaxed interpretation of the work of 16th-century French type designer Robert Granjon, evoking a comforting rhythm and a sense of familiarity that makes reading enjoyable. On the other end of Thermal's design spectrum lie the extreme weights – thin and heavy –, specifically designed for larger sizes. These weights borrow stylistic cues from several distinct influences: the characteristic woodtype from the 19th century, the sharp lettering styles from the 70s, and the bold work of Oscar Ogg. One of Thermal's disctint features is its italic's 20° inclination, an significant inclination by all standards, this design choice finds its roots in the "Ascendonica Cursive" of 1571, but is a contemporary interpretation that generates a captivating contrast with the regular version. Thermal studies the past and analyzes the present to create a unique blend, bringing a dictint dichotomic identity.

Canilari is a post-modern type family inspired by Diaguita pottery and contemporary serif typefaces. The Diaguita culture—developed from 10th century A.D. until 16th century A.D.—settled in the area of the present-day north Chile and northwest Argentina. Surviving cultural expressions of the Diaguita people are reduced to just a few pieces of beautifully decorated pottery of high technical quality. Canilari itself is a scream of identity with an incomparable tone that borrows elements from native America and proudly show them to the world. The intense and consistent personality of Canilari makes it a functional font for a wide range of uses: from continuous text in the most challenging environments to pithy, high-impact headlines.
