Hello, Morgan Nice Two is here. This font is inspired from our previous font, Nice One. In Morgan Nice Two we have three versions: light, regular and bold. It has modern and strong looks with a little decoration on it. We hope you enjoy in using Morgan Nice Two! :)

Named for a Manhattan neighborhood, Morningside Heights JNL is based on lettering found on a 1920s-era piece of sheet music. Part of the charm of hand lettering from the Art Nouveau era is found in the non-standard line thicknesses, experimental character shapes and varying character widths.

The Stephenson Blake foundry in England, made two fonts, Flemish Expanded and Flemish Condensed. In our view, one was too wide, the other too narrow; so we redrew it and renamed it Brussels. Why not? Belgium is one of the few places where you may still hear Flemish spoken.

Ever been tired on a Sunday? I have...and actually that was the feeling I had, when I started making this font. Nevertheless, when working on this font, my Sunday just got a whole lot better! Hope it'll make your Sunday (or any other day!) good as well! :)

“The Secret Library” perfectly encapsulates the vintage scribbled italic while adding a contemporary twist. It intentionally retains inky edges in an effort to convey the feel of antiquity. This font looks great in books, illustrations, posters, and on stationery. All uppercase/lowercase letters have at least one alternative glyph.

Pinkus is a nice, uncomplicated serif font. It was hand drawn on plain white copy paper, hence the roughness. Pinkus is an all-caps affair, but upper and lower case letters can be interchanged. Pinkus can be used on posters, postcards, books, magazines and whatever else you fancy. Enjoy!

Olde Nouveau JNL is an interesting Art Nouveau typeface based on lettering found on some vintage sheet music. It's name is a contradictory pun, since "Nouveau" means new in French, and Olde (spelled in the archaic form) is the total opposite of what the Art Nouveau movement embodied.

Calligrapher Uncial Font, is one of the calligraphic group of fonts called “21 alphabets for Calligraphers“. All graphemes are taken from calligraphic pages written on traditional Uncial calligraphic stile. This font is ideal for calligraphic sketches or for imitation of ancient manuscripts. It contains all the Latin glyphs.

Lettering on a 1927 menu by prominent poster artist Razzia provided the inspiration for this decidely Deco typeface. The restaurant itself was the setting for one of Georges Simenon’s many Inspector Maigret novels. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

Blob, designed by Superfried, is available in two formats Round and Square. It is an experimental, sans-serif display typeface based on simple geometric shapes. Although unorthodox, care has been taken to ensure that it is completely legible. Blob has been featured on the Behance curated typographic gallery TypographyServed.com.

Dalliance Script is based on the elegant handwriting found on a map of a horrific battle between the Habsburg Coalition and France which took place at Ostrach, in southwest Germany, in 1799. A roman style, and flourishes, were added to turn Dalliance into a fully functional typeface family.

Viareggio is a city in Northern Tuscany, Italy. Viareggio is famous for its carnival and its mascot, the clown Burlamacco (designed by Uberto Bonetti in 1930). Viareggio font was based on the hand lettering found on a 1931 poster, advertising the carnival. Viareggio font comes with extensive language support.

After its period of exclusivity expired, the corporate typeface of the Saubermacher recycling company was revised and expanded. Now it is available for everyone! Whether on fresh buttermilk, a Honolulu surfer bar, or a hotel on the Arlberg, this preppy script face is versatile and full of character.

Public Utility JNL digitally duplicates the look of those small white-on-black self-adhesive stickers used by cities, power companies and telecommunication firms in order to identify utility poles and other service locations. A blank rectangle is available on both the solid and broken vertical bar positions.

The Phaistos series contains 47 unique characters based on the cryptichieroglyphic symbols depicted on the infamous Phaistos Disk. Measuring approximately 16cm in diameter, the Phaistos Disk was excavated in 1908 at the Minoan palace at Hagia Triada in Crete. The glyphs have not been conclusively deciphered to this day.

Potpourri was based on an energetic alphabet written by expert calligrapher Gottfried Pott. To create the elegant yet rugged strokes, Pott cut a pen with a unique fringed tip — from a drinking straw! He then produced an huge series of drafts before deciding on the final alphabet for digitization.

Shervington Engraved is a re-drawing of our previous Shervington typeface, showing it as it appears hand engraved on copper-plate with a stylus, with the letter forms shaded in diagonally. It combines excellent clarity with a rustic distressed look, and is ideal for use on signage and headings.

This face was part of a continuing evolution of an almost unreadable typeface. There are two styles, one with stripes and one without. The striped style can be placed in a layer above the unstriped style to give the letters two colors. Zebraw was derived from the typeface Porker.

All the fonts work great on their own but try putting them all together for a complete display font setup for a project. Here’s a short introduction on what’s included: Boardwalk Avenue Pen is a connected Script. It’s great for headlines, quotes or in packaging. It has a casual hand drawn vibe to it but it’s clean and legible. It’s equipped with automatic Contextual Alternates that keep the connections smooth and versatile. For instance when you type double letter another of them will automatically change to add variation. Or if you type “i” for example, as a first letter after space or after capital letter the code will add starting point to the letter to keep the letterforms more balanced. Tambau is a display typeface crafted by Matheus “Fio” Gonçalves, a Brazilian design student, still in college, inspired by Brazilian concert urban posters and wood type that I saw at the Oficina Tipográfica São Paulo. The font was first made for a magazine project in design school, making it beautiful on giant pages headlines, billboards, signs, etc. There’s no lowercase, the character set is dramatic and objective. The uppercase is actually expanded letterforms causing some eyes and breathing paths to the very condensed and very modular glyphs, which creates a quite interesting striped texture between form, counterform and spacing. The lots of ligatures come to give it more closure between the letters, when they try to form blank spaces. So do the diacritics, fitting in the space given to them by the dynamic letterforms, making dense rectangular blocks. You may use Tambau as big as you can or do a high tracking to it and still it will be pretty. The titles can be dynamic, just condensed or just large. It’s on your own. Don’t be afraid to play with Tambau, it’s an alive typography. Curiosity: For the magazine in design school, the pilot project of Tambau was cut in a MDF board, to print it with texture and paint. Later was added more characters, languages and special glyphs to it. Set: Tambau is a singular font typeface, with extended and condensed characters, numbers, ligatures, punctuation and symbols for Basic, Western, Central and South Eastern Latin languages.

Sánchez Niu is a redesign of Sánchez—one of the first font families by Latinotype designed in 2011. In the typedesign industry the terms ‘nova’, ‘neue’, ‘next’, ‘new’ are often used to refer to a typeface that has been modified in different ways: redesign, technical readjustments, greater number of characters, etc. At Latinotype we are now starting to use the word ‘niu’ to refer to these kinds of typefaces. Niu is an adaptation of the original word ‘new’, i.e., we have adapted this English word to the phonology and spelling of our own language but keeping the original meaning. Race mixing, diversity, change and adaptation are part of the essence of Latin American culture and, at Latinotype, we are all constantly expressing these elements in everything we do. Latin Power! This new version includes improvements that make it work well with longer text. Such improvements have not had a major effect on the look of the font, though.
