Meet Grand Cru – a new approach to serif type. The type family is divided to three groups – Small, Medium and Large – according to the amount of contrast in letterforms. Forget about those old Text/Display categories – it’s up to you how to use your typeface. While the Grand Cru Large fonts are highly decorative, the Small versions function as reliable workhorses. Siberian is a geometric unicase sans-serif. It was inspired by Russian avant-garde typography and old Siberian runic scripts (Orkhon-Yenisey script). The idea was to create a typeface so simple, cold and beautiful as the snow in Siberia. And varied of course, as the snow too (according to a legend snow has more than 100 names in the north Siberian people’s language). So, every letter in this typeface has 7 stylistic alternates. And you can choose how cold your typography should be today. Siberian was initially designed for the I'm Siberian project (the tourist branding of Siberia).

Mr Jones was originally conceived as a family for print design consisting of a sans and a headline. The lowercase are wide for legibility at small sizes while the caps are narrower to save space and keep an even balance of negative space when used in body copy. The overall widths of certain characters have been adjusted to almost extremes to keep an even balance of white space around each letter. He works well in body copy, but will need decreased tracking for larger settings. He comes with small caps; proportional, oldstyle, and tabular figures and discretionary ligatures.

Bodoni expresses the beginning of the Industrial Revolution; its serifs are flat, think and unbracketed, while the stress is always on the mathematically vertical strokes. Bodoni believed in plenty of white space and therefore descenders are long. The M is rather narrow; in the Q the tail at first descends vertically and the R has a curled tail. The italic, like most continental modern faces, has roman serifs. Monotype Bodoni provides a clear-cut effect due to its simplicity. It reproduces well, particularly in sizes over 12pt. This font is slightly darker than Bauer Bodoni. The contrast makes Monotype Bodoni appear more condensed.

The Roundup family was inspired by fonts from the late 19th century, though it is not based on any one of them. Roundup-Caps was the first of the group to be constructed. It has two sets of upper-case letters that have minor differences. It has reverse contrast, that is, the verticals are thinner than the horizontals. Unlike most of the "Old-West" fonts with reverse contrast, the serifs are not square but have an odd, rounded shape. Roundup-Regular replaced the second set of caps with lower-case letters. A bold style strengthens the vertical elements so that it no longer has reverse contrast. Both the regular and bold styles have matching oblique styles. Finally, there is a hollow version with a shadow to the lower right. This shadowed style has had its inside taken out, creating RoundUp-ShadowInside. The spacing is the same as RoundUpShadowed so it can be layered over RoundUpShadowed to easily create two-colored lettering.

Codec Pro is the newest incarnation of the Codec family, developed in 2017 by Francesco Canovaro, Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini and Andrea Tartarelli as a research on the subtleties and the variations on the theme of the geometric sans-serif design. The original typeface has been completely redesigned and expanded to feature a wide range of eleven weights, from the hairline thin to the bulky fat, while the character set has been extended to include not only latin, cyrillic and greek but also arabic, farsi and urdu scripts. A veritable swiss-knife for the designer, Codec Pro also includes a wide range of alternates and stylistic sets that cover all the subfamilies and the moods of the original type system. So while the standard set (Codec Cold) has terminals cut parallel or perpendicular to the baseline, emphasizing geometry for a more constructed look, stylistic set 4 (Codec Warm) uses open diagonal cuts and humanist shapes to give the typeface a gentler, warmer feeling. Celsius was handwritten with a scratchy nylon marker creating a rougher than normal effect - almost like trying to write in the cold with a pen that doesn't cooperate very well. Dedicated to all snowboarders everywhere!

Anachronic is the polished version of our Chronic font family and preserves its libertarian dna. It's kind of strong, while friendly. Because sometimes you've just got to be bold — pero sin perder la ternura jamás!

Rodeo Clown is a revival of an old classic font that you may have known under the name of Carnival. The Rodeo Clown family includes Fill fonts that you may layer behind the letters to add color or set to white so any background image doesn't show through the letters. The half fill should be layered on top to change the color of the top inlay design. The fill font for Rodeo Clown may also work as a stand alone black weight. In our sales images you'll see a sample of the fill font being used, we've intentionally offset the fill font to give it a misaligned printed look which was common to see with fill fonts in the 1800's

Frontage Condensed is a layered type system inspired by eye-catching and colorful facade signage. Its main aspect is — like many typographic installations on storefronts — three dimensional. The narrow, generously spaced letterforms lend the typeface a bold and eminent voice. The more ornamental layers like Bulb or Neon bring nostalgia to the family, while the Shadow layer maximizes the spacial impression. The system’s ten layers can be used alone or combined making the family a versatile toolkit. The use of color reveals Frontage Condensed’s full potential, yet for stark applications it works great in black and white too. Check the specimen PDF for examples. Frontage Condensed features 52 catchwords. They can be simply activated through OpenType’s Discretionary Ligatures and are an easy way to enrich the typographic texture. The word Text" in Goudy Text™ is short for Textura, and textura is the style of blackletter or gothic writing developed in Northern Europe in the middle ages. The use of space in blackletter is quite different from what we know about Roman letterforms. Lowercase forms in blackletter writing and typefaces must be evenly textured with black and white elements, like the texture of weaving or fabric. Capital letters can provide either an integration of the even texture (by the use of decoration in their construction) or, if they are wide and open and filled with white, they provide bright spots of visual emphasis. Goudy, despite being an American in the twentieth century, understood well the fundamental texture of medieval blackletter and the importance of both density and light. He designed Goudy Text in 1928 for Lanston Monotype after studying the type in Gutenberg's 42-line bible; still one of the best models for designers of blackletter typefaces. The lowercase of Goudy Text has impact and medieval authenticity. The standard caps have some Victorian eccentricities but are mostly well drawn. The alternate, or "Lombardic" caps are spectacular - they set beautifully with the lowercase letters, providing the proverbial shafts of light through the Gothic cathedral's stained glass windows. Use this potent font in sizes 14 point or larger, for Christmas greetings, certificates, wedding invitations, advertising, or music collateral pieces."

I like ‘magical’ fonts and it’s been a while since I created one, so here is Fairy Godmother. Hand made, cute and curly and full of magic!

Favarotta was a small settlement on the medieval times. in the Gulf of Castellammare near Palermo, Sicily. Favarotta font is inspired on the style of writing based on Carolingian models, which continued to be used for handwritten liturgical works in Italy. The style show close affinities with the Italian printed books of the period. It combines Roman cursive writing ideas with some of the Celtic innovations in insular writing, including four guide lines, with strokes that flow smoothly from the ascending and descending. Favarotta font family contain five weigh and its corresponding italics. The Italic style are clearly legible and attractively set out, without obvious idiosyncratic tendencies. These fonts can be read and display with pleasure. Each font of the family contain standard ligatures, small caps, old style numerals and support CE languages.

Cloverdale JNL is another addition to Jeff Levine's revivals of classic wood type fonts from the 1800s. Bold, broad and in the "cowboy" style, this typeface goes well with projects featuring the Old West, Victorian times or old-fashioned nostalgia.

Mellow Sans is a soft and friendly rounded sans serif. Its bold styles are great for packages of something tasty, while light and regular ones work well in rather long texts, from a children's book to a reading app, or a family restaurant menu. The typeface was created by Natalya Vasilyeva, an expert in designing text and calligraphic typefaces. Mellow Sans’s forms are based on humanist sans serifs. The nobility and liveliness of Renaissance calligraphy reads beneath its curves and makes the typeface even friendlier, while helping the eye to move along the line. The typeface supports extended Latin, extended Cyrillic (all major languages of the Russia’s peoples) and Greek. It also has old style figures, arrows and non-alphabetic signs. With Mellow Sans as a heading typeface (in that case bold styles fit the best), calm open sans serifs, f.e. Vast or Fact, are its optimal text companions on the screen. Calm serifs, f. e., Octava, Scientia or Aelita, will work as its companions on paper. And to create expressive typography, for example, in packaging, you can match Mellow Sans with quirky rounded serifs — Cooper or Epice.

Nurom is a contemporary sans-serif typeface influenced by the early grotesque style which is neutral and legible in purpose with a fresh personality. The goal wasn't about historic revival; it was to make a new Grotesk that could compete in an overcrowded market while offering strength, clarity and function across a vast array of applications. Details include six weights (bold free), a regular italic, and over 400 characters per style. Opentype features include decimal figures, fractions, case sensitive punctuation and language support for Western, South, and Central Europe.

Wakandan is an alphabet designed by Hannah Beachler, and used in the 2018 film Black Panther. It is based on Nsibidi symbols. In the film it is used to transliterate English text in the credits and other on-screen text. Another script used in the film was developed by Oluwaseun Osewa and inspired by Nsibidi, a system of symbols used in southeastern Nigeria between about 400 and 1400 AD. In addition, the symbols of several different ancient languages ​​were also used for the alphabet. Like Old North Arabia, Old Tifinagh. I did not draw for this font, except for a few letters. I transferred the sound values ​​from the ancient writing languages ​​fonts that I had made before to the Wakanda font, so I did not take much time, I finished it in 4-5 hours.

Evil Spin is inspired by some old horror poster. It has this eerie feeling to it, which leaves you with terror...no matter what you write!!! I've made 4 different versions of each letter, and they automatically changes as you type. And that goes for every layer if Evil Spin - mix and match the layers for even more creepy effects!

Privé is a display handwriting font. The typeface is a distinct uppercased style hand drawn font and designed to be easy to read. Privé name is Old French for “private” or “participating in secret”. Privé is great for display work, invitations, writing, architecture, posters and headings. Privé is designed by Thoma Kikis and is currently available with Latin, Cyrillic and Greek character sets.

A while back I created a nice font called Harimau. It is a childish font, with a happy feel to it. Harimau had some unusual glyphs, most notably the 'g' and the 'j', which, for some designers, were a little too unusual. Therefore I have created a new font based on the old Harimau: it is similar, but comes with 'normal' glyphs.
