Smeethe manages to look almost out of focus while being slightly degraded and distorted, but has a smoothed outline.

Usually fonts that are related to computers, space, future are not handmade, but rather digital made. Autoray is 100% handmade, and I am not sure which category it fits in. It has this futuristic and intergalactic look, but at the same time the handmade details are pointing in a more grafitti and comic way. I will let you decide where to go with Autoray! I have added 5 different versions of each letter, and they automatically changes as you type - and of course, there's multilingual support - and even intergalactic gravity! :)

ITC Highlander font is the work of Dave Farey and loosely based on the handwriting of the late American graphic artist and lettering master Oswald Cooper. ITC Highlander is a unique font family, but not so unusual that it is limited only to display applications.

Garagin Rock was developed from the studies for the title of a publication called Garagin in 1999. Its use is indicated for the titles on posters and stuff like that, but feel free to dare. Anyway, it really was not made ​​for small sizes and is not a WebFont obviously, but again, feel free to dare. Wasabi is one of the key ingredients in the Japanese kitchen. Also known as japanese horseradish, it is an extremely spicy condiment made out of the graded root of the Wasabi plant. Its spiciness is different than that of a chili pepper though, more like a hot mustard. The spicy taste shoots right through your nose, but does not last for long. Wasabi is traditionally used in sushi and sashimi dishes, soba noodles, and in a number of Japanese snack foods. Equally sharp and stingy, VLNL Wasabi Turbo was designed by Donald Roos. Despite its japanese outward appearance, the font has its origin in lettering found on a German book. It is hot, and edgy like a samurai sword. Wasabi Turbo will stand out as headline and logo!

Rataczak is a stiff, awkward serifed font that was inspired by similar fonts from the 19th century. It is legible as a text font but not graceful. In addition to plain, italic, bold, bolditalic, extrabold, condensed, and condenseditalic styles, there is a striped style and a font of swash capitals.

Lectores is based on 18th century chronicles of Benedictine monastery manuscript, so it is definitely oldish, rough but elegant. Thanks to many ligatures and alternate characters it is varied handwriting font. Lectores is decorative, it works nice with many occasional papers such as invitations, stationery and quotations. It is perfect not only for oldstyle and antique typography but also for modern designs.

Avayo is a modern sans serif typeface. It is perfect for creating alphabet logos, branding, titles, headlines, but also looks great when being used casually, in copies and texts. Squat may be vertically challenged but hey, even the vertically challenged need love too! And you know what? Squat is worth much more than Diddley Squat! It gets the tough jobs done in half the vertical space with its sturdy, low profile. Randy Newman may not care for it, but Squat shows that short fonts got plenty of reason to live! So there.

You may not know it, but you've been looking for a font like DISPOSITION! Yeah, it's a font...but it doesn't act or look like one! Why?! Because there are 6 different versions of each letter! Yes, SIX different versions! Enough to make your design look soooo cool and handmade! The font uses "contextual alternates" which makes the font cycle the different versions as you type! We used to have a composite worktop in our 'old' kitchen. It was cheap and the kitchen-guy warned us not to put any hot pans on the worktop, as it could crack due to Thermal Shock. Duh... When we installed our new kitchen, we opted for a ceramic worktop, which can handle hot pans being placed on it! Thermal Shock font is a very nice, handmade brush font. If you ever bought any brush fonts of mine, you will know that I almost always use Chinese ink and cheap brushes to create 'the look'. It is always a bit of a surprise how a Chinese ink brush font turns out: I created one the other day and it looked horrible, so it was banned.. Thermal Shock turned out to be a looker. Thermal Shock comes with one set of alternate glyphs, extensive language support (including Greek and Vietnamese) and a guarantee it won't crack in super hot designs.

LOOK OUT! It's kinda creepy, we know, but we're convinced that this font does whatever a spider can -- in fact, we believe it can actually spin a web of pretty much any size, and even catch thieves as if they were bugs of some sort -- let's say flies. In fact we'd almost go so far as to say that, in the chill of night (perhaps at the scene of a crime) this font may just arrive like a streak of light in the nick of time. We're releasing this font now not for wealth or fame, we ignore those things, action is our reward. Here at Comicraft we think of life as a great big bang up, and whenever there's a hang up, you won't find us climbing -- or crawling -- the walls... well, not without STICKY FINGERS anyway. Find yourself a pair of webshooters and this font is the perfect complement to any Halloween costume.

Sonetto is a typeface designed for the making of poetry books comprised of two styles: Regular, for setting prose, and Italic for verses. It is the result of a typographical exploration carried out at the UBA Type Design Master’s which sought to relate italics and cursive italics. Initial drawings were based on Griffo’s italics and early 16th century italian manuscripts that showcased connections between letters. Sonetto is in fact a historical revival, not of a particular style, but rather of a broader concept.

Abrikos is apricot in danish. A lovely and sweet fruit, often underestimated and not very well known - but if you ask me, it is delicious! The letters were drawn using a small brush, and as you can see, I almost ran out of ink - leaving the letters somewhat rough. I made 4 different versions of each lowercase letter, and these cycle automatically as you type in order to make some randomness. I threw in an extensive set of international characters as well! Enjoy!

An informal decorative sans serif was designed by Gennady Fridman and released by ParaType in 2004. Based on informal lettering. In Russian 'Zubilo' means 'Cold cutter' or 'Chisel'. Colorful letterforms seems to be cut by an amateurish but strong hand used to operate with rough metal tools, not with pen or pencil. The face is good for use in advertisements, posters and headlines, especally for comic editions and youth press. Decorative styles were added in 2011 by the same author.

Nutcase is a perfect example of a font that principally designed itself. I created a hexagonal template (the most economical form in nature by the way) and took out the center to increase the decorative element. I played around with it, creating some pleasing characters at first but it soon became clear it would translate into a complete alphabet, so I set to work applying the idea to both upper and lower cases. It wasn't all straight forward though, avoiding awkward characters and retaining legibility took a little perseverance but it eventually paid off. I thought of this primarily as a decorative display face but having tested it out, found it reads surprisingly well as body copy too.

Beletrio was made as companion to Beletria, it has many shapes in common. We already have plenty of sans-serif fonts with classical proportions in the Stormtype library, such as John Sans, Sebastian or Andulka, but Beletrio is certainly the most peaceful of the bunch – it shares not only the feel of its serif originator, but its soft curves provide lovely visual caress as well. The smooth endings are not visible at first, they are balanced for easy reading as they solve some critical relations such as "rv, ry, rt", but in larger sizes you'll fully enjoy the picturesque details. It handles the smallest point sizes as well as large billboards, fashion magazines and philosophic tractates.

With its slightly rough edges, Thumbnail Text works well where lettering is required. Letterforms wiggle a bit here and there but are generally quite uniform. Characters are a bit imprecise - but not showy or bouncy. They appear more adult-looking than childish and are very legible. Put Thumbnail Text to work as drafting notation or on blueprint projects that need to be easily read. It¹s also useful when concept or sketch stage lettering needs to look serious but not highly stylized. You might experiment with it inside cartoon thought balloons or in callouts. This design is based on an old showcard style from the 1940s. It's been dusted off and reissued for modern use. A lowercase has been added for greater functionality. Thumbnail Text Regular is now available in the OpenType Std format. Some additional characters have been added to this OpenType version as stylistic alternates. This advanced feature works in current versions of Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Creative Suite Illustrator, and Quark XPress. Check for OpenType advanced feature support in other applications as it gradually becomes available with upgrades.

A long-set aside Art Deco typeface design begun (but not completed) may or not have been from a vintage source, but its roots go well back into Art Deco lettering. Taking the existing letters and thickening their weights, removing the counters and ending up with a completely new, solid alphabet design resulted in Deco Redux JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

BuffaloStance is keeping your arms crossed high in front of your chest. Perfect for designs that need a quick, casual handwritten look. A complete character set with numbers and most (but not all) special signs.

CTM Sans is a typeface of the grotesk category, it is designed based on a previous Herokid typeface, but with greater freedom to creative tastes and at the same time with more rebellion and errors (quite a few, but well-intentioned) than its predecessor. This makes Bellavista a somewhat messy clone, for the grotesk style. This font does not seek to be a correct typography, but rather fun and useful for the designer. I hope you like it
