Hamuel Nine Five was inspired by two sources, both with few letters, and different styles. The first one was a fresco in the el-Transito Synagogue, Toledo, built in 1357 by order of Samuel Abulafia, treasurer to the king of Castile. DF Maraschino Black - A sleek, sophisticated swash capital font with elegant thick and thin weight distribution. Bold yet poised, direct yet refined. This font features a complete uppercase alphabet, including accented characters, as well as numbers and standard punctation. Lowercase characters are an assortment of useful dings and things. To create very low-load GIFs, compose your type in Photoshop (or equivalent) at 8 point (or multiples thereof), with anti-aliasing turned off. Caldicote is a formal and conventional serif typeface, with slightly broadened verticals. The Tab version is the same as the ordinary version, EXCEPT the Tab version has monospaced numerals and zero kerning between numbers - useful where you might like columns of numbers all vertically aligned in a Tabular display. Slightly off-kilter to give this rigid geometric a little personality, Contraption started as a digitization of a film typeface called Intrigue by Lettergraphics. From there, this mechanical typeface was expanded into a giant family of useful widths, weights, and obliques: from spindly thin and light weights, to chunky bold and blacks. This is an American face designed by Lucian Bernhard for ATF in 1929. An extra light face with tall ascenders and stylized bars that extend off to the left.
