The name "Sticky Love" is taken from a song by Kate Bush. Perhaps not one of Kate Bush' most famous songs, but nevertheless, the song is about love (Which I think is what Kate Bush sings a lot about!) The Sticky Love font is also about love - that kind of love you just can't control. In this case, the love is about wacky letters! :) Sticky Love is handmade and just a tiny bit cleaned up. Not much though. The font has kept the handmade love!

The On Hangers family is a collection of fonts consisting of font-bats on hangers. Upper-case are on hangers and lower-case are not. Mix and match and have fun.

FG Callie is a Calligraphy font, but it shouldn't be taken too seriously :) With curly ends on the descenders and her not so straight lines it's more of a fun font.

This display stencil typeface is extension from Gazeta font family, where the letterform cuts are more mechanical without loosing their own natural structure. Italic versions are not available, only roman characters.

Duesenberg was designed to be similar to turn of the century fonts used primarily in newspapers. It has roman characteristics, yet is clearly not, and really doesn't fall under any category.

Threva is a stylish sans serif font with 2 styles, solid and outline. You can combine the two into something creative. The shape is not too stiff, looks modern and elegant

Haldane is an Art Nouveau 'punctuated' (i.e. not joined) script, ideal for certificates, calligraphic lettering and signage. Stroke width vary from almost hairline to extremely wide. Great fun for every application!

Preta, portuguese for a very pure kind of black, has its name very related to its concept: I wanted to make the fattest/darkest script ever. People who follow my work may notice its forms are very related to works of my past (1) but this time the challenge was to be very cautious with the white spaces between letters. Not only I followed some rules and ductus of the copperplate style of calligraphy but also I took a lot of inspiration in posters of the early Art Nouveau (specially in Alfred Roller of the Vienna Secession) where letters forms looked like black squares if not looked from a close distance. With Preta, I wanted to achieve that same idea of “darkness” and thanks to the always welcomed question -what if?- the font grew a lot. The result is a very fat font, that looks delicious. Due to possible customer needs, I designed Preta Small, so it can be used in smaller sizes. Preta Ao Sol (which literally means under the sun!) is a style with those lovely tiny details to give the sensation of bright. Preta Ao Sol Solo was made to be used as a layered font with Preta. Finally, Preta Capitals serves as a company for Preta. Hope you enjoy the font as much as I did when designing it: The fact that it’s full of alternates, swashes, ligatures and swirls makes it really pleasurable at the moment of using it. The name Dash Wisher is a wordplay. The letters of the font are also quite playful - you never know what comes next, when typing. There is no exact x-heigh, the baseline is jumpy, the descender and ascender are messed up...there are no real rules for Dash Wisher! But with all that in mind, it comes out surprisingly legible, which means it does have a wide range of use. Let your fantasy and imagination break the boundaries and Dash Wisher do the rest - or maybe the other way around! :) I've added both ligatures to substitute double letters and a set of alternate letters as well.

Columbia Titling is a titling-caps display family based on wide Clarendon-style wood type and industrial signage design from the late-19th and early-20th Century. Columbia Titling includes a small set of OpenType features, including both tabular and proportional figures, special superscript ordinal suffixes, underlined superscript alternate letters, and OpenType fractions. Columbia Titling can have a ‘period feel’ depending on its use, but is fresh enough to use in contemporary designs, like magazine headlines, invitations, or stationery. The typeface — released in four weights — takes its name from the historic S.S. Columbia, a steamboat launched in 1903. Lettering found on the ship’s wheelhouse provided initial inspiration for Columbia Titling.

Nyala is an Ethiopic font designed by John Hudson and Geraldine Wade. The Nyala font features Ethiopic harmonized with Latin characters for bilingual documents. Rutherford is clear, robust and authoritative, and reads well at small text sizes while also having the required heft for larger headlines. A wide range of weights makes it a versatile choice for magazines, branding, brochures and advertising. A slightly condensed obround serif with squared stroke terminals. The t, j and f curve around to harmonize with the terminals on the a and g, as does the tail of the Q. The italic incorporates cursive forms on the ends of the lower right and upper left strokes, and uses a single-story a. Jan Regular combines an experimental, bold, mono-weight geometric sans serif with the Arabic writing system's means of joining letters. Diaria Sans Pro is a sans-serif counterpart of Diaria Pro. With its extensive 9 weights and corresponding italics, extensive language support, and various OpenType features it is meant to build visual heirarchies of any detail and complexity in editorial design. This modern sans-serif typeface designed as a universally legible medium for both titles and paragraph text. Its large x-height and static exteriors allow comfortable reading in printed narrow columns as well as in screen graphics. Evergreen is Koziupa and Paul going all Zeitgeist after a few Malbec drinks. Two fonts praise nature from when the lights go out to the crack of dawn, and vice versa. That's 24/7/365 of wild leafy Kumbaya. Even butterflies and flowers were mystified so much they had to get in there. Evergreen is local, organic, and certified free trade. At some point we wrote down the name of the jungle where it originated, then lost the parchment in the hot springs a few hours later. But that's immaterial. Crank up your Deep Forest sound, prep your Earthtone and Foliage palettes, and get into the big herbal.

The techno sound of the 1990s, a personal computer, font creation software, and some inspiration all came together to inspire the F2F (Face2Face) font series. Alessio Leonardi and his friends had the demand to create new unusual typefaces, which would be used in the leading German techno magazine of the day, Frontpage. Even typeset as small as 6-points, in nearly undecipherable layouts, it was a pleasure for the kids to read and try to decrypt the messages. F2F Poison Flowers is a psychedelic trip back in time to the era of peace and love. Who would have ever thought that grunge or techno could be so groovy?

Indoo is a modular geometric design that owes much to the typeface designs of Theo van Doesburg (1883-1931) and the De Stijl principles of abstraction, simplicity, clarity and harmony. That inspiration, combined with the lettering of signage often found in the Indian quarter of Paris, led to the connecting block letter motif of Indoo. The text fonts are joined by a common horizontal stroke positioned at the baseline. There is an accompanying Ornament font for building borders that includes various stylized fleurons and the like. Each font has a drop shadow companion that allows you to build three-dimensional and multi-colored lettering.

An image found online of a vintage storefront sign for the Kraus Photo Shop was the inspiration for Photo Developer JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions. The sign featured a thick and thin Art Deco style lettering with an inline cutting through the thicker strokes. Before the advent of digital photography, and way before chain stores offered in-house processing, neighborhood photo labs were the only place for getting prints from your roll film (unless you wanted to send the film into Kodak for developing and printing). Customers of these stores could also purchase additional film, cameras and photographic accessories from the same location.

About 7 years ago, I released a beautiful (imho) Art Deco inspired font called Weltschmerz. Weltschmerz was an all-caps font and I always wanted to do a lower case version as well. But as things so often go in life, I never found the time and forgot about it. Some time ago, I ‘rediscovered’ my good old Weltschmerz font and remembered that I wanted to create a lower case version. Without further ado: here is Neuer Weltschmerz (‘New Weltschmerz’). I redid the whole font, better kerning, better spacing, better looks… and with a proper lower case! I did keep the original handwritten look intact - because, well, it IS hand made!
