KampIngriana was originally constructed in 1995-6. It was not constructed to meet any specific purpose but out of curiosity, to see what the result would be if two quite different faces were blended. KampIngriana is the offspring of Ingriana, a friendly, soft face, and KampFriendship, which mimics a serifed face drawn by hand. The original blending had many oddities that I did not clean up until 2020. It originally had five styles: regular, italic, bold, bolditalic, and extrabold. Medium, mediumitalic, semibold, semibolditalic, and extraboldItalic were added in 2022.

I present you Trečiokas typeface. This two font family is based on written letters that were sketched by using paint markers and afterwards pollished digitally. Glyphs mostly are connected, leaving some separate, as a contrast to round and soft letter shapes. It includes extended latin character set. In 2013 I made the Aerofont project, which included custom music instruments that were made based on Trečiokas Normal letter shapes. The roots of this font go back to 1967. A book title in trendy letters was created in a completely ingenuous way as a film prop for a Super 8 fun film. I drew the letters with felt-tip pen and poster paint without thinking too much about it. It wasn't until a good 50 years later that I realized, this was a first awkward typeface draft. The flower power vibe was captured here subconsciously. In 2019 I completed the few glyphs and created variants that I would not have thought of at the time.

BachelorScript is the preliminary design for GraduateScript, released in june 2013. You can clearly see the resemblance between the two, but while Bachelor is frisky and authentic, Graduate is more polished and staged. GraduateOrnaments was originally designed to complement GraduateScript, but it can be used just as well in combination with BachelorScript. BachelorScript has a casual look and feel and comes in two weights: regular and bold. It offers multiple language support, five numeral styles, real fractions and ligatures for double letters. Banret is built using simple geometric shapes. It is mostly the result of my experiments on the other font I made earlier in 2016, called Inventor. Font is inspired by old fonts of the beginning of the 20th century. Capital letters are built with one to four proportions. The font has four weights: normal, and bold, and two alternatives: ribbon, and flag. As far as it is a decorative font, it is not designed for large amounts of text. But it is perfect for creating branding elements, logos, slogans and posters.

Chop chop! VLNL Cleaver is an important tool in the Vette Letters’ kitchen. It’s a butcher knife of a font. Razor sharp, ultra heavy and with pointy slanted serifs. At first glance it seems straight-lined, but a closer look revails that all straight lines are curved inward slightly, which enhances the sharp image even more. Cleaver was originally designed by DBXL for cutting meat - hell, it even hacks right through bone. It can easily splice a chicken in one slash or seperate ribs, just like that. You can also very well use it to chop up hard vegetables like pumpkin or squash on the chopping block. It gets better, the opposite blunt side can be deployed to crush ingredients like garlic, nuts or spices like black pepper. You could use a grinder, but with Cleaver it’s more fun, isn’t it? VLNL Cleaver is suitable to give a sharp edge to flyers, posters, logos (Heavy metal bands and other) or magazine headlines.

This font looks like the best effort of small children (when they are trying to be very neat). It is cute.

VIP is a humanist sans serif uppercase and figures combined with a freshly redrawn revival of the classic Constanze initials originally designed by Joachim Romann for Stempel in 1956. Started during 2012, LCT Palissade is a letter type belonging to the Didone classification. It takes over the Italian characters from the XVII century. Century affected by a huge artistic and industrial mutation, we assist to the eruption of the railroad network and Turner’s paintings. In typography, the Didones(XVIIe) begins to concede the place to the Egyptians XIXe. We noticed an evolution to rectangular drawings, that were heavier and darker. LCT Palissade is in fact the study of a history flow, crossing through the industrial revolution and romanticism; the result of a strong letter type, solid, strict the drawing is orientated towards very dark, reminiscent of the characters beginning XIXe. The serifs are the summary between the British characters from the end of (XVIe) and the Italian ones beginning of (XVIIe). In order to spread out the romanticism, they are very fine to allow a largest contrast and keep the elegance of the global shape.

The first purpose of this typeface was to provide an original and systematized style of calligraphy adapted into a modern digital font. The forms are inspired by some illustrations created for a tarot card game, itself inspired by the work of Colombian literature Nobel prize winning author, Gabriel García Márquez, "Cien Años de Soledad".
