When drawing a new font, there is a time when the final form is found – almost – but the curves are not slick and clean yet, that's what I call the "raw" form. Raw – no sweeteners added! In this family I redefined this moment in type development for the eternally beautiful "Franklin Gothic". I call the design "Franklin Gothic Raw". This packet is the semi-serif addition. There never was a Franklin-Gothic with serifs but actually the font lends itself perfectly to a slab-serif. I started with adding a half serif and eventually add a full slab-serif later on.

Skaligari is a sharp and energetic typeface, somewhat expressionist, somewhat eighties, punk, new wave, always edgy. It's an all-caps font with two options for each letter and also for each numeral. Turn on the Contextual Alternates OpenType feature to instantly cycle these glyphs. There are yet stylistic alternatives, as well as graphical elements to add a twist here and there. Wild and full of energy, Skaligari is a winning choice for sports and music-related ideas, skate films and labels, logos, apparel, zines. And, as creativity has no limits, how about some wedding invitations? Just play it loud!

Are you looking for a new casual and organic script font? Please take a look at Junius! The Junius font is the perfect combination of sleek and casual that is best used in OpenType compatible software. This font contain 797 glyphs, equipped with plenty of OpenType features. Upper case letters can alternate between at least two different forms. Lowercase letters have at least six more options to avoid repetition. These effects include initial and final forms of lowercase letters.  In addition, there is a set of 65 ornaments designed to support the font (accessing the ornaments through the Glyph palette). Auntie Pat is a new script font in my continuing objective of designing scripts that I can really use. Of course, I am looking for readability in booklets. In many ways, Auntie Pat is a very unusual script in that it has caps, lowercase, small caps with the appropriate figures for each case. This is font has all the OpenType features in the set for 2009. I didn't bother with the CE accents (though I can add them upon request). There are several ligatures for your fun and enjoyment: bb gg ff fi fl ffi ffl ffy fj ft tt ty Wh Th and more. Like all of my fonts, there are: caps, lowercase, small caps, proportional lining figures, proportional oldstyle figures, & small cap figures, plus numerators, denominators, superiors, inferiors, and a complete set of ordinals 1st through infinity.
