I bought a new coffee machine - the piston variety. It is shiny, made in Italy and I can make a killer espresso or latte with it. I usually start off the day with a pour over coffee and save my milky coffee for later. I also have two grinders: one for a coarse grind (pour over) and one for a finer grind (espresso and latte). Yes, you will probably say that it’s quite extravagant to have two grinders, but I do like my coffee! Anyways, this is what I thought of when I worked on Coarse Grind. Coarse Grind is a well balanced all caps display font. It comes with extensive language support and a set of alternates for the lower case letters.

Astrum Heart is a very decorative script font using elegant caligraphic handwritten letters, that are all mutually interconnected, creating a unique look & feel of a personalized human handwritting. It’s clean and prefined lines makes Astrum Heart very appealing and modern, although it being very classical in it’s core essence. Capital letters are projected in a way to contain a stylized heart in it’s construction. Heart, as a symbol of love, makes this font unique for writting love letters, Valentine Day postcards, wedding invitations, etc. Idea for the creation of this font had originally came up from the need to create a beautiful design for Saint Valentine’s Day, but none of the existing fonts cut it - so I decided to create a new and unique typeface to fill this need. Letters and other characters are recognizeable by prefined ornaments, incorporated in a very subtle way. Whitespace between capital letters, lower-case letters, numbers and other characters are done in a way to minimize the need for kerning. Font Astrum Heart, besides being a celebration of class and exclusivity, is a very luxurious and elegant handwritten font. Words consisting of lower-case letters have the possibility of being decorated by adding a small heart at the beginning, anywhere between the letters, or at the end of the word. Character set for this font contains all western and central-european latin characters.

Ark is a combination monogram set based on the ATF Virkotype design. By combining variously shaped characters, you can produce initials within an oval frame. Just select a left-hand letter, a center letter, and a right-hand letter. Then place all three on an oval frame of your choice. Great for stationery and company logos. The Ark Monogram Set comes with easy-to-read instructions and a useful character map. Additional alternate characters have been provided for better identification and letter fitting within each font. Ark Monogram is now available in the OpenType Std format. Some new stylistic alternates have been added to this OpenType version. FonteysPRO is the new and improve version of the Fonteys font family by Fernando Fuentes and the Eysner award nominated Albert Monteys. It is an informal font family designed to letter comics. With a unique handwritting style is also perfect when you need an informal typography. FonteysPRO has a lot of variants for each letter to enhance the handwriting feeling. It’s feels like actual hand lettering. And, if were not enough, the Fonteys supports almost all latin languages, cylliric, greek, and even vietnamese. Its early version Fonteys, available at "pay what you want" in the designer webpage, has became in a success in the Indie Comic scene from Spain. Now with the PRO version FonteysPRO will surely become in one of the most used comic books typographies in the world. (In our modest opinion, of course)

A new 100% handmade brush script font family with lots of swashes, alternates and extras. Caps letters in the script font can also be used as a separate font, so you are getting three, not two, fonts + some extras such as catchwords & design elements. Each letter was carefully traced by hand and have clear edges so both fonts can be safely used on a website (sans serif is 61kB and script is 150kB only!). The font is fully unicode mapped. Most letters in the script typeface have few different swash styles that can be accessed via OpenType panel of your application such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshope and even MS Word. If you are working in Sihouette Studio, to get an access to all glyphs you may need an additional software (for example, PopChar or Ultra Character Map).

My Copperplate Classic is a completely new design, based on some old samples. To make it look more up-to-date and elegant, I gave it some extra swings here and there. The old fonts were all designed with clogging corners or points that can break off in the minds of its designers. Today we do not have those problems any longer, so I could give my Copperplate Classic real sharp pointed serifs. My Copperplate Classic is a completely new design, based on some old samples. To make it look more up-to-date and elegant, I gave it some extra swings here and there. The old fonts were all designed with clogging corners or points that can break off in the minds of its designers. Today we do not have those problems any longer, so I could give my Copperplate Classic real sharp pointed serifs. To give you more choice I now added this light cut in three variations, light, sans and rounded! Enjoy! Gert Wiescher

Adolf Rusch von Ingweiler, was in the 19 th century known mysteriously as the “R'' printer. He was the first printer North of the Alps to introduce the new Roman style of type known now as Antiqua. He was active in the city of Strasbourg from around the early 1460's to 1489. One wonders if the unusual form of “R'' was a personal conceit. This font is, therefore, an Antiqua style font and has over a 1000 defined glyphs with wide support for medieval characters that have since fallen out of use. The baseline was slightly tidied up in order to give the printed text an even cleaner look than the original. The letters are very close approximations of the original type catalogued by the “Veröffentlichungen der Gesellschaft für Typenkunde des 15. Jahrhunderts” as Typ.1:103R GfT1197.
