Brushin is an handwritten display font inspired by the straightforward rigidness of Grotesque sans-serif fonts. It features two stylistic sets for every glyphs in font so it gives you the choice to not repeat the same glyph design in big titles and/or small statements. The font was designed on paper with a brush and then scanned, vectorised through Photoshop and finally compiled in Glyphs as and OTF font file.

The sans serif Angro was designed in the weights light and bold by Erwin Koch. The figures are based on the form of a rectangle which along with the high xheight and short ascenders and descenders gives the forms a static character. Lines of text in Angro are very compact and close set. Due to the reserved ascenders and descenders Angro can be set with very close line spacing.

Triumphant, vigorous and strong. These were the keywords for the design of Girga, named after an Egyptian city in the Sohag Governorate. The power and strength of the Egyptian letterforms were balance with a few sans serif forms so the darkness of the text and the fatness of the overall glyphs could be kept. We never intended to design a revival of the nineteen century egyptian typefaces, but we included a series of features that can be found in many wood letters from that era. Reba Samuels is based on the 2007 release Rebecca Samuels. While Rebecca was largely intended for text use Reba aims to be more versatile with an extended weight scope and added cut varieties. While Rebecca’s slab character is developed in the Reba serif, the ’seriffed’ italic of Rebecca is abandoned in favor of a simple italic sans, better matching the serif in plain text. The weight extremes are very useful for headlines while the middles do better in text. The robust and angular shapes of the serif matches the straightforward sans. The extreme contrast between the thin and the black cuts opens up great opportunities in any design project.

Apparently, Lexicon is the most expensive font in the world. ‘Skiart Lexiconic’ has been on a long growing path getting to where it is now. This font family was originally inspired by the san serif font ‘Skia’, by Mathew Carter for Apple. ‘Skiart’ was designed to feel more like a serifed font, but without any actual serifs. It took a small step between sans serif and serif fonts. Next on the path towards a serif font came Skiart Serif Mini, with tiny serifs added. This was a true serif font, although they were subtle. Then came ‘Skiart Serif Leaf’. and now... We present to you... DT Skiart Lexiconic. Having evolved from the Skiart family, we chose to give it the serifed styling of Lexicon. This is no way a copy or clone of Lexicon. It still has the basic bones of the original Skiart font, but the position, shape and size of the serifs were very much influenced by the world famous Lexicon font. DT Skiart Lexiconic is not the most expensive font in the world.
