Premier font was designed by Colin Brignall. Premier Lightline displays all the elegance and sophistacation of the 1920s and 30s and consists of a refined lowercase with high ascenders and generous capitals which can also be used alone. FA Berlewi is inspired by stencil lettering of a vanguard creator, Henryk Berlewi, who was a precursor of contemporary typography, a painter and a creator of the mechano-facture (Mechano-Faktura) theory. In 1924 he designed a poster for his mechano-facture one-man show in Warsaw Austro-Daimler car salon. An attention-grabbing composition with stencil lettering was doubtless a real innovation and according to Berlewi - the first typographic poster to be made in Poland.

Kanna Aoki had fairy tales in mind when she designed MVB Greymantle. She drew dots with a felt pen to build up the forms, giving them their particular rough character. In 1966 and 1967 a series of weird events spooked Point Pleasant, a small town in West Virginia. Townspeople described a creature that looked like a man, with red eyes and moth-like wings, which appeared at several locations around town. The Mothman myth was born. Mothman font is spooky as well. The first ideas about creation this font appeared in spring 2005. I took gothic fonts and a technique of feather as the base and create something unusual. Zholud's Modern Ghotic font has only A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and . , : ; ' " ! ? - characters. I recommed you to use this font in headers. It looks better if you'll start each word with Caps. Please use an application that supports kerning in order to display the spaces between characters correctly.

This font was inspired from the medieval Dances of Death patterns, as a modest tribute to the famous engraver Hans Holbein's Alphabet of Death. We have tried to keep the spirit of the time -- its sarcastic humor mixed with its objective and frozen realism. The font, consisting in two complete capital alphabets: Initials and caps, and a lot of separate figures added, is especially improved by strong enlargements, 72 pts and more, and has very good results when printed.

Buttered Toast is something a lot of people enjoy every day; when I was working on this font I was hoping to create something similar: an uncomplicated font enjoyed by many. The resulting typeface is exactly what is promised on the package: Buttered Toast is unobtrusive, yet quite refined. It may even be taken for granted, but I sure hope it will be used and enjoyed by many. Buttered Toast comes with a generous helping of diacritics.

When I am working on a new font, I usually play some music, or have a song in my head. When I was working on this font, an Audioslave song called Getaway Car was playing in my head. Again: naming a font is not that difficult! Getaway Car was made with a cheap brush and expensive Chinese ink.
