Cooks call thinly cut - like matchsticks - vegetables "Julienne". I found that was a fitting name for this very narrow typeface. Julienne Slim is the extreme cut of the two. Personally I do not use narrow typefaces very often, but from time to time they come in handy if there is much text to be crammed into little space. Kisik is a handwritten font. I got a request to put my handwriting into a font, so I decided to take the challenge and design a whole typeface with three different weights (light, regular, bold) and 638 glyphs to cover all 104 Latin languages. The concepts of this font come from the Palmer’s Penmanship guides and manual from XIX century.

SCALTER was designed in the early April and published in July 2020. Scalter Serif is inspired by the characteristics American vintage sign then the sans serif it’s combination retro typeface. All shape of this typeface is make strong and more contrast, giving a more dynamic and retro feel. Scalter are available in 5 Widths (Condensed – SemiCondensed – Normal – SemiExpanded – Expanded) with matches 4 style (Serif – Semi Serif – Sans Bold- Sans Black - Script) with a total 42 Styles. Inspired by the elegant, rounded geometry of classic sans-serifs like Harry™ and Cirkulus™, Evcial was designed in 2000 to serve as the logo font for EVCco's website. The composition of each alpha-numeric glyph in Evcial is restricted solely to circular curves and lines of either 90 or 55 degrees, thus lending an air of chic consistency to this sophisticated typeface. Comes packaged in both TrueType and OpenType formats with standard complement of alpha-numeric glyphs, punctuation marks, mathematical symbols, and Western European diacritics.

Maybe I should have named this font “Communist Block”. But it also works well for Colonial-style tavern signs. It’s square, geometric and rigid, and is the perfect thing for totalitarian themes. The family consists of three fonts: Kolega (“Comrade” in Polish), Kolega Tall, and Kolega Podrobska (Fake Comrade). Kolega and Kolega Tall are fully charactered with U.S., European, Greek and Cyrillic glyphs. The latter font is meant to use in English only; although it contains many accents and character variations, they mean nothing. It’s a joke.

Both fonts of the Remus family are complete redesigns of turn-of-the-century fonts. The regular style is based upon an inhouse design of Schelter & Giesecke in 1889, called Romanisch. This font was adopted by other German foundries and slightly modified and a bold version was added. Due to their proportions, these fonts fit perfectly into narrow columns, and still they are very legible. In January 2023, an Italic style was added. Here too it is recommended to use both ligature features Standard and Discretionary.

Pich is a typeface that imitates vivid and free hand-drawn lettering. Each lowercase letter has three alternates and Contextual Alternates feature substitutes them producing random-like effect. Also you can choose required letter from the Glyphs palette. In addition to this Pich has a set of ligatures (both Latin and Cyrillic). All these features allow Pich to look hand-crafted, unique and natural. The font was initially created for Pichshop company. Pich was selected among Top-100 of Russian design (2010) according to the Kak magazine.

HS Almaha is a modern OpenType Arabic Typeface. It combines the features of linear Naskh and modern Kufi. Segments of its letters are curvy and sharp. They are refinement more readable and present in extended texts in magazines, newspapers, books and other publications. This typeface supports Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Kurdish languages and it contains four weights; light, regular, medium and bold which can add to the library of Arabic fonts contemporary models that meet with the purposes of various designs for all tastes.

Lumios Brush is a new addition to the Lumios Extended Font Family. It was written with Pilot Brush Pen on a glossy paper (which allows a really smooth brush movements) and then carefully digitized. Just like Lumios Marker, its Brush sibling has multilingual (including basic cyrillic) support. The font also benefits from 2- and 3-letter ligatures (again, multilingual), stylistic alternates and swashes, underlines, arrows and a few symbols. Whitehaven is the spirit of the Art Deco movement made into a very solid and blocky Sans Serif font. The name owes its inspiration to Whitehaven Mansions, a block of flats where that greatest of 1930s detectives, Hercule Poirot lived. Use this to make bold statements, to give posters and designs a taste of thee 30s, and wherever you want to be clear and definitive. Whitehaven is offered in two widths and a range of embossed and engraved styles for flexibility in design work.

Laricio is the italian name of the larch tree. This typeface has naturalist and renaissance connotations. The design of the stems is organic. The general feeling is slightly prickling like the foliage of conifers. In french, the word "fût" qualifies the "stem" (of a letter) and also the "bole" (of a tree).

Binario is a simple and friendly font with three weights and matching obliques. The geometric and modular characteristics of this typeface subtly reference the Art Deco and early modernist periods. It is an ideal choice for achieving a clean, distinctive, and contemporary aesthetic, making it suitable for branding, posters, and screen-based designs. The light weight of Binario is good for body text. The regular weight exudes confidence, making it suitable for both body and heading text. For impactful headlines, the bold weight is superb. The clear weight distinction of this family make it easy to create organized text. Binario was designed in Siena, Italy taking some inspiration from train stations and shop signage. The name Binario means train platform in Italian. Other aspects that informed the design of this font are modularity and efficiency. The interior rounded forms of the letters (counterforms) are based on shape of the Roman arch. Binario has a sibling, Binario Soft. This version has gently rounded stroke ends, which make a softer impression on the page.

Hoyle is a dynamic high-quality serif typeface. Lu Nolasco, also known as Lunol, is a fresh representative of a new generation of Souther American lettering artists. She was born in Lima, Peru. After learning from some of the region’s best teachers and exploring the pointed nib on her own, she became a prolific lettering workshop instructor herself. Miraflores is one of Lima’s main tourist attractions. An upscale district with a great window on the Pacific ocean, it is the place where Lu looks for inspiration. It particularly inspired this “Looking flowers” (Miranda las flores), Lunol’s first typeface, designed in collaboration with Ale Paul. It is a comprehensive informal script that comes with many alternates, swashes and ligatures, along with small cap and quite a few ornaments. The fonts cover an expansive range of Latin languages, and are intended for use in stationery, menus, packaging, and general design where the main objective is to relay a sense of fun, playfulness and sensibility.

Influenced by the ornamented capitals found in late nineteenth century specimens, this layered font was designed to decorate publication covers, labels, stationery or any other piece that needs to be embellished. This family intends to dress any work. Eastlake was a popular furniture style of the period when the MacKellar, Smiths & Jordan foundry brought out this font. As with many types, we find it difficult to see the connection between the name and the face.

Nazare Exuberant is the Poster version of Nazare. This version makes the vintage design more elegant and luxurious. It has super high contrast and the semi-serifs were turned into opulent serifs. Some shapes were redesigned by adding a slight calligraphic feel, making it even more vibrant. This way this design got more organic, more human, more serious, more trustworthy and more luxurious. This is the design for your posters, headlines and actually anything where the letters have a big point size. If you need a more text suitable version you can always use the original Nazare. Another feature is the insertion of some Opentype features: Ligatures were added as well as old style numbers. With its six weights you will have plenty of room for many variations. From the Regular that focus more on elegance to the Heavy that focus more on the lavishness. Regardless of which style you choose Nazare Exuberant is so unique that your designs will not remain unnoticed.
