Lunokhod type family (four weights) was designed by Oleg Karpinsky for ParaType in 2005. Lunokhod is an original wide sans serif with square shapes of oval glyphs. The fonts in this series are based on the typefaces used on U.S. Highway signs from the 1930s to the 1950s.
