MVB Embarcadero lies in a space between grotesque sans serifs and the vernacular signage lettering drawn by engineers. It’s a style that happens to convey credibility and forthrightness without pretense—it’s anti-style, actually. All of this makes for the most versatile of typefaces, capable of delivering any kind of message while staying out of the way. As is often the case with a type design that develops over several years, Embarcadero isn’t the realization of a specific concept. In the ’90s Mark van Bronkhorst began digitizing a blocky slab serif from the Victorian era, which was then set aside for many years. He later revisited the design, paring it down to its bare essentials, and as more time passed, it evolved from a grid-based outline to curves that echoed the rigid skeleton of the original. Eventually it became a complete family with all the readability requirements of a text sans serif, yet maintaining the subtle eccentricities of its inspiration. Functionally, the Embarcadero family is as adaptable as its design. The OpenType Pro set of 20 fonts contains two widths and five weights, each with italics, small caps, a full set of figures, bullets and arrows, and support for most Latin-based languages. In all, Embarcadero is suitable for headlines or text. And—thanks to its simple, square form—it’s ideal for type on screen too.

Bouquet font is a cursive fat typeface influenced by brush writing and skilfully flavored with elements of fractur. The result is really amazing – a font with bespoke personality, strong unique presence and classy standing out amongst the other look. Type designer Dzianis Serabrakou really did well in every single letterform, aperture, curve and line, but this was probably below satisfactory and he didn’t stop here – Denis developed the font to a higher level by making it fully open-type compatible. Festivo Font Family is a handmade layered font which includes several textures, shadows. Different font types can be created using various combinations of Festivo Fonts and colors. All fonts of Festivo letters are created as hand-drawn design based on F.L. NO:8 Font's Letters. The fonts No:16, No:17 and No:19 have the same metric and kerning structure than the other Festivo Fonts except No:18. So each one of these 3 fonts are a layer. But they can also be use as wide spaced fonts. No:18 is specific with its metric and kerning structure which was formed by No:17 but No:18 is its bold version. It was designed as a supplemental font. The fonts No:12 and No:15 can be used as shadows. This font family also includes a few ornaments. For your convenience, the files of the fonts were termed by their numbers. Bronto is a typeface that mutated many times: it went from being morphologically conventional, to have soft features, to finally have some inverted contrasts that made it more dynamical; but all this without losing sight of the meaning of a typefamily, and the aim pursued by this work: Bronto doesn’t behave as a piece of art, but as a tool. In some weights, this typeface possesses fluffy characteristics and is boldly bighead, while in other versions is slightly contrasted and controlled; this in order to maintain the essential features of the typefamily along the versatility and usability of the 20 variations that composed it. Bronto it’s inspired in neo humanists typographies of the 20th century, and in Chilean lettering. This kind of work was made by the spontaneity of the paintbrush, which gave an inverted contrast to some characters. This typeface has plenty of OpenType features, specially an extensive set of ligatures in all weights. Bronto is well suited for motion graphics, letterings, web, advertisings, magazines and books.

Display typeface originally created by French graphic designer Marcel Jacno in 1950. Digitised, designed and expanded by Jeremia Adatte with Małgorzata Bartosik from original source material and typeface specimens. THEATRE is inspired by stencil letters found on cargo warehouse wooden crates. "With this unexpectedly-shaped alphabet, I wanted the words to take center stage and create an image in the printed matter" said Mr. Jacno. THEATRE has a second version of each of its letters, painted by hand by Jeremia Adatte and meticulously vectorised and implemented in the font to create words with a hand-made and random effect with no two letters alike, thanks to an opentype feature (enable CALT feature in your favourite design program). Carefully designed ultra detailed letters, for ultra large headlines use without the cheap made-on-a-computer look, but painted-by-hand look, just as it was originally made. THEATRE has more than 50’000 kerning pairs and speaks more than 80 languages. Teo Tuominen’s Trevor took its first breath as a revival of an 18th century antiqua, but culminated in an entirely new and good-natured family. Trevor is an affable slab serif in nature: both heavy and kind. Known for their familiarity and their dark colour, the terminals of slab serifs put additional weight along the line to maintain an inky presence. Their clunky forms reveal slight immaturity and arouse the reader’s sympathy for the subject at hand. Trevor connects with others by consciously riding the line between being personal and commanding. One goal with Trevor was to pair the robust nature of a low contrast slab serif with more sophisticated elements, such as the ball terminals. So wherever one looks in Trevor, rounded corners rule the day, softening the overall appearance by mimicking ink spread made by old metal type. The easygoing look is tempered by very few inktraps and sharp corners, mostly to the inside of characters and in acute angles. Whatever Trevor is paired with, it has an altruistic outlook in that it sees the best in others. It’s the neighbourly type family
 — the neighbour you actually want. Trevor’s almost monolinear weight and high x-height give it a typewriter look in the extralight and light weights, but the whole family was made to work with many other font styles, design work, and information structures. It certainly finds its home in packaging and advertising, its sturdy verticality and narrowness fit the needs of headlines and intro text, and its seven weights are primed for plays and involved text needing many layers of distinction. The black weight is treated like a separate display style with altered ball terminals and serifs to capitalise on the added heft. Trevor’s seven roman weights cover the Latin A Extended glyph set to bring its kindly and commanding outlook to your projects. Along with alternate version of the ‘R’ in the black weight, its OpenType features include both tabular and proportional lining and oldstyle figures, ligatures, and fractions. ETTORE is a font for onomatopoeia. Friendly-looking, it is inspired by the lettering of the classic French comics with an adventurous and humorous font-style. It is chunky, marked, with low contrast. The kerning is perfectly balanced. It is made with a chisel-tipped marker determining its thick, square, flat stroke.

Ceebo is a friendly sans-serif, which show some aspects of a humanist and grotesque typeface. It retained more details of writing and got some forms and characteristics of an italic. The font contains some alternative glyphs. It also contains some ligatures and discretionary ligatures. In addition, there are adjusted figures and additional character for uppercase letters, lowercase letters and small caps, which react by OpenType-Feature. The font was designed to stay legible also in small sizes: beside as possible open counters, a tall x-high, distinct vents and cuts, it especially are the details of the glyphs which make it discernable. The regular weight is slightly thinner than other sans-serif fonts, moreover the diacritics and small glyphs were designed for small sizes by taller and more open forms. The resulting “ruggedness” is mellowed by half-rounded stems and pointed stem ends.

KIGELIA is a stylish display serif font inspired by fashion magazines and romance. It is great for short headlines and titles, but it looks great in advertising, vintage mood board, branding, logotypes, packaging, titles, editorial design and modern and vintage design.

Gingerbread is a soft and sweet holiday font with extended character set, inspired by soft shapes of sweets and bakery. It is good for greeting cards and other holiday stuff. Especially for Christmas it has a dingbats companion font — Gingerbread House.

Dortmunder Ecke ("Dortmund Corner") is a clean, all caps font inspired by Cubism. It really has nothing to do with the city in Germany, but the name stuck and I kept it that way. Comes with a square amount of diacritics.
