Nightshade was my attempt to bring the Old English fonts up to date. The capital letters still contain flourishes, but they look more machined and less calligraphic. I called the font Nightshade after the plant of the same name. Like the plant, it may be considered to be beautiful or poisonous depending on one's outlook. As a result, it can be applied when an attractive, ornate look is required, or it can be used when there is a need to create a more chilling effect. Rough-hewn industrial geometric typefaces have been used and admired from early wood types through the digital age of Machine and beyond, but they have lacked an expansive enough family to become a true workhorse. The Tradesman family finds its origin of inspiration in the Craftsman tool company logo, and from there expands to type megafamily. Tradesman celebrates the angular octagonal forms of industrial lettering, transcending its brand inspired origin to give birth to a font family that pulls on modern and historical styles. It inherited its reliably tough tone from the all capitals lettering that inspired it, and goes on to include a lowercase, small caps style, and a comprehensive range of widths and weights, creating a straightforward, uncompromising collection of typefaces that lend a solid foundation and a broad range of expression for designers.

Rapier, designed by Martin Wait for ITC in 1989, is an impulsive, energetic script font with strong ties to the brush and advertisement typefaces of hte 1940s. The zestful capitals contrast with small, narrow lower case letters, lending the font its dynamism and liveliness. Desinger Wait reached the energetic, almost aggressive feel of Rapier with snappy base forms and especially with ascending strokes. For an optimal look it is advisable to set Rapier's forms near to one another, so that the ends of the strokes of one figure touch the beginning of the next. Rapier is best used for headlines and short texts.

Mecanica is an original design by Alex Kaczun. It is a display font not intended for text use. It was designed specifically for display headlines, logotype, branding and similar applications. The entire font has an original look which is strong, dynamic, machine generated and can be widely used in publications and advertising. Mecanica is a futuristic, techno-looking and expressive typeface with an appearance of metal-like parts with some very sharp edges. This attractive display comes in roman with lower case and lining figures. The font also is available with true-drawn slant italics. Other design style variations include Swash as well as Ornamental Italic Capitals along with a few Ornamental Symbols to embellish and enhance the possibilities.

Neue Konstrukteur Round is an engineered, mechanical typewriter font with a hint of heritage blackletter. Inspired by a trip to Germany this font has five weights from Thin to Black with accompanying italics. That makes 10 font files in total, enough for the most demanding projects.
