Inspired by an old Russian book about Moscow’s plan to take over the world, this font was designed to give digital prints the taste of hand lettering. It’s vivid outlines and slight differences in boldness between characters give it an accurate and realistic imperfect letterpress look. It works amazingly well as a text font in small sizes and shows it’s crippled outlines only at larger sizes. »CA Moskow has a plan« has got an extensive character-set including Russian Cyrillic, the Russian Rubel and the Turkish Lira sign. Due to the delicate grey colors it gains within long texts, Chercán is good for immersive reading, where one wants to avoid readers’ eyes fatigue. It can be a great choice for setting texts that require a slightly informal atmosphere without losing authority. Chercán is the Chilean name for the melodious little bird Troglodytes aedon usually found all across the Americas. Available in Std and Pro versions with all the usual OT features, Chercán addresses all modern needs of the demanding typographer.

Fox is a completely new typeface based on my previously designed Fox family font, which has been in distribution by T26 type foundry since 2001. Old Fox typeface design decisions were reconsidered in a way to improve legibility without sacrificing its originality. This new Fox family consists two subfamilies: Fox TRF and Fox Sans TRF. Fox TRF is upright italic typeface with light, regular and bold weight styles. The most distinguished Fox characteristic is the lowercase letters. Their curly, playful and vivid letter forms were derived from handwritten lettering then carefully shaped and adapted onto sans serif category. Fox typeface is recommended for use as a display font, and has been generated in a single OpenType format with Western CP1252 character set.
