The typeface was designed at the Polygraphmash type design bureau in 1949-61 (project manager Elena Tsaregorodtseva). Based on Shkolnaya ('School') typeface, 1939 (project manager Evgeny Chernevsky), a version of Century Schoolbook of American Type Founders, 1915-1923 by Morris F.Benton. The low-contrast text typeface of the Ionic-Legibility group, it is designed expressly for schoolbooks and children books.

WIP Sugar Baby depicts the handwriting of a young woman with opulent curves that spread juvenile charm and warms the hearts of all of us. The (lower case) characters are joined as it is usual in German speaking countries. Originally designed in 1995 the font has been extended by a lot of new characters such as accented characters, punctuation, symbols and currency symbols.

f-line is a special handwriting monoline font face, with one constant line from glyph to glyph and variable width. It was drawn for the designer’s thesis in 2010 and expanded until 2021 with a lot of open type features. It’s built up with three glyph sets to let the glyphs rotate automatically, and amongst other type features initial forms are available.

One of the rare, huge script, true cursive and signature family. It has 30 styles, that range between weight and slant, and with alternates. Positive Vibe JNL is a meeting of two eras... The model for this font was Jeff Levine's Two Reeler JNL, modeled after title cards in a Charlie Chaplin movie from the beginning of the 1900s. With a few stroke weight shifts, this versatile font takes on the image of the "Peace and Love" generation of the mid-60s and early 70s.

This font took a long time to create, because we spent a lot of time thinking about how to produce an original and real-looking signature font. As a result, we created Masculin! This real signature font is a clean script and has unique character! It's perfect for logos, name cards, magazine layouts, invitations, headers, or even large-scale artwork.

Paquita was my first foray into the turbulent world of typography. Created in full in about three hours drawing directly into the program, technically speaking was a disaster. Once achieved the highest levels of misery I decided to get serious and after a lot of studies and tweaks, is now in its Pro version on sale in this prestigious store.

Bit Part JNL is an extra condensed monoline sans serif typeface that's well suited for movie credits, disclaimers and other forms of tight-fit word copy. Inspired by just the numbers "65" on the cover of a 1965 high school yearbook, this retro font will fit a lot of copy into a small area. The typeface is available in regular and oblique versions.

Imperia is derived from my Classic font Imperium – the Roman Original from the Trajan column. I pushed Imperia a lot further, adding two versions of swings. To make the family more usable I threw in my own version of lowercase letters for free; Roman did not have lowercase letters of that kind! The other three cuts – A, B, and C –have classic smallcaps.

Zanderley was inspired by a small, almost random sample from a turn-of-the-last- century calligrapher’s instructional manual. It’s a bit Roman, mixed with a little blackletter and a lot of random decorative fun.The family consists of two typefaces- Zanderley regular is a heavy, friendly an d fun display face. They are well complimented by Zanderley initials. Try them out soon!

At the apex of the 1960s-70s Hippie movement, San Franscisco's Haight-Ashbury district was the epicenter of the Love Generation, and the Fillmore (East and West) were the city's musical venues. Inspired by a 1970 concert poster, the Art Nouveau influence was strongly felt in the hand lettering from that poster, which is the basis for Flower Children JNL.

Valkyrie was designed following the idea to have realy strong letters taking a lot of room. This results in a heavy appearance and gives Valkyrie its special look. It is possible to give it an even more uniform look by using the alternate characters. What can a strong font be used for? Valkyrie hopes to break rules. Use its power.

DeVinne Ornamental is a display typeface from the famous Parisian typefoundry Deberny & Peignot, developed around 1900. Its style has become synonymous with the Art Noveau period, which was raging internationally when DeVinne Ornamental's letters were first drawn. The typeface is named after the renowned American printer Theodore Low DeVinne (1828-1914). Optimal uses for DeVinne Ornamental include headlines in magazines and newsletters.

Based on Morris Fuller Benton's 1905 oeuvre American Extra Condensed, this titling face packs a lot of information into very little horizontal space. Its champfered corners give the font an industrial feel which remains fresh even after more than a century. Both versions include the complete Latin 1252, Central European 1250 and Turkish 1254 character sets, with localization for Lithuanian, Moldovan and Romanian.

Coupler is a sturdy text face with low contrast, airy counters, and a strong baseline for smaller sizes and extended reading. Par Avion's design draws something of its inspiration from the wings of the old BSA Motorcycles logo and was developed in parallel with our Vinea typeface family. “Par Avion” means ‘By Air’ - remember those little blue stickers in the Post Office - for sending Air Mail? We think this typeface design has a lovely streamlined feel of the early jet-era about it.

Curves accent is based on the idea of accents. We add small details to increase interest. Some say small details make all the difference; the font seeks to prove this. This font is fun, open, and ready to accent any work it is placed on. It may very well be used to add the special touch most people would love to see.

From Okaycat is the Azsion font, hand-lettered with loving hand in a distinctive style. This font is artistically textured with great detail, yet highly legible with a soft pleasant look. Azsion matches well with Okaycat font, Azsitra. Illustrated pen & ink, artistic typography for that hand drawing look. Coquillage is French for seashell or shellfish. Since I’m going to France this year for a camping holiday with my family, I thought it was a good idea to give this charming connected script a ‘holiday name’! Coquillage was handmade with a Japanese pen. It is a lovely connected script and comes with double-letter ligatures and a full range of diacritics.

Leisoll Reef is an elegant modern calligraphy script created mostly for feminine designs - branding projects, social media, wedding invitation, labels, greeting cards, packaging, logo design, news, titling, headlines, posters, signboards and more. Stgotic, designed in 2006, was the first digital font designed by Daniel Hernández. It is a blackletter typeface designed for low resolution screen devices. Stgotic was designed to be seen at 8 pts (and multiples of 8). In the year 2006, it was recognized as the best screen font by the TipoGráfica magazine in the context of the Bienal de Letras Latinas.

Neverland is my attemp of a lettering font. I was inspired by the letters in displays of retaurants. It will work great in posters, shirts, magazines and displays because it has a charming feel. I received a lot of help from my good friend Maximiliano Sproviero (Lián Types). The name is based on the tale of Peter Pan from James Matthew Barrie.
