Nosta is a modern text typeface. It was designed to be easily legible and therefore expressly suitable for setting sizeable lengths of continuous text such as magazine articles, books and essays. It achieves this through, amongst other things, finely balanced proportions, optimal character spacing and an adherence to predictable letter forms. Set of ornaments based on the decorative motifs used by the first typographic workshop in Buenos Aires: “Imprenta de Niños Expósitos”, between 1780 and 1824. This set is the product of an extensive historical research that aims to identify the type that came from Europe to the City during colonial times, and during the first years of Argentina’s independence. This group has a lot of diversity, which fluctuates between organic baroque forms and geometric neoclassical. Its characters can be used in editorial design along with Roman typefaces, they work individually or grouped to form different figures, guards or frames. It was baptized in honor to the first printer who worked in the workshop: the Spanish Agustín Garrigós.

Choplin is a modern and clear geometric slab serif with a sturdy heart. It was designed based on the Campton Family, with the same principles in mind: geometry, simplicity and neutrality. As a consequence, Choplin could be seen as an immediate companion to the Campton Family. However, during the process lots of details were changed in order to sharpen the slab serif character which resulted in a slightly different interpretation. Similar to Campton, it is perfectly suited for graphic design applications ranging from editorial, corporate, web, interaction to product design. In addition, it has an extended range of alternative glyphs, ligatures and opentype features which provide flexibility and uniqueness wherever it is placed.

This font was inspired by the paint brushed letters in use in the 60 - 70s for protest slogans tagged on the cities walls. In those days, we didn't commonly use aerosols like today, so we used paint brushes, with paint or tar cans, drew the letters, and ran away quickly ! Capitals and lower case have the same size, and a lot of alternates characters or ligatures allows the user to vary each letter (until tree alternates for single letters) in each word of a text . Likewise, the words may be easily underscored or intersected by a few stains looking like paint spots, substituted to the following standards characters: [greater], [less], [dagger], [backslash], [bullet], and [underscore].

A universal typeface for books, magazines and newspapers must be economizing, quiet, strong in drawing, but original and peaceful at the same time. Type "for all weather" must resist also many difficulties of printing on different surfaces. Therefore, the basic design "Text" is slightly darker and legible from 6 point size even in a dim light, whereas "Book" reduces the effect of running ink and saves toner cartridge. In offices of smaller companies these lighter fonts are welcomed as toner-savers. Andulka also need less space on the page than other text typefaces and saves paper too. Medium and Bold designs keep the original grace, changing its weight only in shadows. Italics may remind humanistic inspiration and forcing the horizontal of x-height with robust horizontal serifs, whereas Roman lower case maintains the baseline. Basic numerals are non-aligning proportional, but there are available upper case figures as well as special numerals drawn for the same height as small caps, which is just about a hairline above the x-height. The characteristic feature of Andulka is a squinted eye in letters 'a', 'c', 'f', 'r', 's', 'k', and softened diagonals through all characters in family. Diagonals were always disturbing and gripping attention extensively. Serifs are stressed trapezoids reminding small beaks at curved endings, descenders 'j' and 'y' may evoke tail feathers of budgerigar. Andulka [budgerigar] sings lovely and is everyday quiet companion. The whole family consists of 24 separate fonts for graphic studio, office or home.

These are: Reina Words, a set of the most common words used in english, german, italian, french and spanish; Reina Capitals, which consists in a big set of ornamented capitals; and Reina Fleurons, those little friends which always help to embellish our work.

Sheet music featuring a song from the 1933 film "Torch Singer" starring Claudette Colbert was the basis for Dine and Dance JNL. A multi-line Art Deco design, it epitomizes both the typographic style and the night life of the time, when supper clubs featuring big bands were at their peak. Torch Singers were female vocalists who typically sang melancholy love songs of lost love and heartbreak.

Lush was a formal script until it had a few too many drinks and, as a result, loosened up a little bit. Harkening back to the handlettering of the 40s and 50s, Lush has evolved into a casual, but well-dressed script that maintains a rather aggressive rhythm. Transitions often whip back quickly, forcing the letters to reel from the movement and resolve efficiently. It is not as warm as some scripts, intentionally so, so as to distinguish it from its predecessors. Type and lettering fans will revel in the options afforded to each character—in some cases there are up to 15 different variations with multiple glyph recipes available to produce the most unique and fluid lettering combinations possible. An often overlooked segment of contemporary script fonts, the uppercase letters have at least 3 options to work with that mesh well with the 36 ornamental flourishes to add even further embellishment. In total, there are over 1,650 glyphs in the typeface that includes these OpenType options: Stylistic Alternates, Contextual Alternates, Swashes, Titling, Historical Forms, Initial Forms, Oldstyle Numerals and 3 additional Stylistic Sets. With this release, I have tried to provide as much flexibility and 'forgiveness' within the typeface so the lettering enthusiast can have fun and explore thousands of iterations… and it's pretty easy math to figure this out: with over 970 alternates and 270 ligatures, I intended this typeface to be one that keeps on giving. One important fact to note… this marks the first release of a smooth, non-brushed, non-textured script from me—but it won't be the last. That said, I will have to admit that the brush has influenced many of the characters and their construction. Enjoy :)

It you haven’t set your draft picks for this next round of projects, think hard before passing up Mirantz. A capable serif like this one is a guaranteed asset to any team of fonts. Magola is a creamy flavor font family whose purpose is to season with emotions the reading of words and phrases formed by puffy glyphs coated with a caramel of empty spaces external and internal. Independently or in groups, members of the family serve to decorate and organize packaging or advertising material in letters apparently crafted for food or entertainment contexts. Its starting point was to draw letters like a ballon fish evolved into a black version with empty areas and microscopic contrasted with colorful inflated and filled areas. Then the challenge was based on the sum transferred between full and empty into a lighter caliber. In that vein, its overall design adapted skeletons of italics and Roman calligraphy. Therefore, its regular, bold and black files have great height "x" with upwards and downwards extremely short and large internal counterblocks to facilitate reading. In this regard, to strengthen its objective and capture the reader's attention, its kind of contrast and simulated auctions flat tip brush strokes, and amount of contrast between thick and thin in the black version is slightly inverted. Its sizes, smooth strokes and irregular lines reinforce its traditional spirit, so it is favorable to shine the information on posters or large-format media. In short, its optical conformation based on a non-literal way, in metrics similar in all family members to be easily exchanged without changing the ìxî height. It is therefore a striking and versatile tool, that besides being useful in large sizes, can be used in small sizes as well. And more importantly, its general concept is more profitable when its members are mixed to nest headings, subheadings and short paragraphs, designed according to size, position, color and location in logos, covers, posters, ads and flyers.

I dedicate this font family to Nima Yooshij (1896-1960), the great poet and innovator of Persian poetry. Nima is a new creation of Naghi Naghashian. Nima design fulfills the following needs: A. Explicitly crafted for use in electronic media fulfills the demands of electronic communication. B. Suitability for multiple applications. Gives the widest potential acceptability. C. Extreme legibility not only in small sizes, but also when the type is filtered or skewed, e.g., in Photoshop or Illustrator. Nima's simplified forms may be artificial obliqued in InDesign or Illustrator, without any loss in quality for the effected text. D. An attractive typographic image. Nima was developed for multiple languages and writing conventions. Nima supports Arabic, Persian and Urdu. It also includes proportional and tabular numerals for the supported languages. E. The highest degree of calligraphic grace and the clarity of geometric typography. This typeface offers a fine balance between calligraphic tradition and the Roman aesthetic common in Latin typography.
