Faddy is always fresh, smiling, slightly crazed, sometimes angry, often fuzzy, and can also be very funny. You can write with Faddy in multiple languages. For our modern/futuristic fonts collection we wanted something truly science fictional, so Dave Nalle designed the Alecto font, an original design with a futuristic look, but some echoes of the type designs and lettering of the Arts & Crafts period. It looks much more modern, but you can see echoes of some of our other fonts like Semiramis in the design. Alecto features multiple versions of many of the characters to make it ideal for designing logos and titles.

Ukrainian humanistic sans of universal purpose. Thanks to humanistic proportions and somewhat calligraphic sharpness, the typeface unobtrusively disturbs the eye, while remaining at the same time a “strong” modern grotesque. Asymmetric motive, distinctive letters and alternative glyphs give the font a Ukrainian flavor. The character set includes Slavic Cyrillic, European Latin and Monotonic Greek. Gingham is a modern sans serif typeface. The unaltered version of the font is clean and classic. However, the font has multiple different options for alteration. Each letter has up to 8 different versions, which the user can choose from to make connections between letters and words, creating a completely new shape. The font also includes two stylistic sets, nr. 01 gives the overall feel of the text a more modern look and nr. 02 a more traditional one.

Reliquaire AOE is the historical revival and elaboration of the "Memorial" typeface created by Boston Type Foundry in January of 1881. What began as a basic character set of Capitals, lowercase, numerals, and a small handful of punctuation characters has been expanded to a full character set including unlimited fractionals, superiors & inferiors, ordinals, tabular & proportional figures, and an expanded language glyph set. History has found new life.

The new Solomon Sans type family includes 14 unique design styles. I designed this font a few years ago to address a direct problem. My work demanded small paragraphs of text to be screenprinted in a varsity font style. The house varsity was rather uneven and created small blobs of ink at sharp angles when printed. I designed Beau's Varsity to address both of these problems. The new font eliminated the blobbing, and I like to think my original design is a step up in evenness from the other options.

Italix is an easygoing font family with mainly 4 script styles (Fineliner, Brushpen, Marker & Fatstick) and 7 supportive AllCaps fonts. Each script has its own unique personality, and come with optional ink splatters. These are attached to several ligatures, so don’t forget to activate the “OpenType Features” and the “World Ready Composer” in the application settings. The cool thing about Italix is that you can have a lot of creative fun with it, and its multiple features. Brushpen has a more classic look, Fineliner is a bit quirky, Marker is the chill one, and Fatstick is a total badass!

In much the same way that the leading character in Scott McCloud's first full-length graphic novel has given his life to art, Comicraft's John 'JG' Roshell has given HIS life to sculpt a unique font to suit it. Well, not his LIFE, but at least a couple of days. However, unlike the eponymous hero of THE SCULPTOR, you don't have to make a deal with Death to get your own copy of The Sculptor font! You too can letter anything with your bare hands! And a keyboard. And a computer. And some operating programs and software, obvs. Because creating anything is always going to be harder than you think, especially when you have only 200 days to live. Not you, The Sculptor. Weekly: a slab serif that wants to be a sans. The font was created under the premise that it can be used as a sans: a fresh design without that retro feel typical of slab fonts. As a result, we developed an Egyptienne font—more simple compared to others of its kind, a feature that gives it its unique personality. Weekly was based on fonts with humanist proportions, such as ‘Oficina’ and ‘Caecilia’, both created in the ’90s. Typefaces like these give designers the possibility to use them in books or magazines, in contrast to geometric slab fonts or early 20th century fat faces, which are mainly used for advertising or display text. Another feature that reminds us of humanist sans fonts is the small difference between x-height and cap-height. Some characters in Weekly like ‘a’ or ‘g’ lack serifs and some like ‘c’ or ’s’ have short serifs, giving it a semi-serif air. Weekly comes in both light and heavy weights. The heavier ones bear resemblance to Egyptienne slab serif typefaces with strong personality. These variants are ideal for use in posters and big, powerful headings.

Boxcase is inspired by pixel fonts from the 20th century. Instead of having sharp corners, which was a limitation back then, Boxcase comes with soft touchable corners. Diagonally chopped pixels/boxes, merges smoothly with the rest of the shape, giving a slide like feel to the letterforms.

Toronto Gothic was developed from a headline in a 1920s issue of the Toronto Star. In a previous life, it was probably Condensed Titling Gothic #11, but in this form its rounded corners and irregular lines are meant to make it look worn from years of use.

Batam brush - Is pure handwriting using a brush which we dipped in ink and then scratched on paper naturally and I made these letters as they are without being repaired in the slightest. this font looks like life in the harsh wilderness still has to survive.

I like posh English words - the ones you read in books, but actually never use. Erstwhile is such a word; it means ‘former’, but if you use it while talking to someone, it sounds quite odd. Erstwhile is a classy font family - crafted in Holland (with love!).

I've had a lot of lovely cakes through the years (My wife is a great cook!) But I've also tried some really...ehem...not so good cakes. Actually, the worst cake I ever had, was at work - if you didn't know, I work as a kindergarten teacher - and the cake was made by one of the kids! Anyway, this font was made as a sort of tribute to that cake - the font may not represent something that is smooth and lovely, but it was made with lots of personality and love - just like that cake from that kindergarten kid!

The lettering for Stencil Box JNL was found on the packaging of a children's toy stencil set circa the 1940s. Popular for years, Pencil Stencils were a series of "connect the line" stencils where a series of dashed lines were traced from the cutouts and the lines connected to complete pictures of animals or other subjects. Although the packaging itself was often updated to reflect the current times during the life of the product, it was this hand-lettered example of stencil-meets-Art Deco from the 40s that proved worthy of saving as a digital typeface.
