The new font I was working on had a squarish look - almost computer like, so I decided to call it technojunk. Peter Schmidt, well-known designer from Hamburg, browsed in a fashion magazine on a return flight from the United States. At that time he was thinking about a logo for a philharmonic orchestra. I really loved it - actually I wish I had the recipe so that I could reproduce that particular consistency.
