A new 100% handmade brush script font family with lots of swashes, alternates and extras. Stretto (Italian for narrow) is a revival, correction and expansive update of an Aldo Novarese reverse-stress font called Sintex, which he did for VGC in 1973. Bayer Sans, is based on the typography of the Austrian-born artist Herbert Bayer. Bayer worked as a teacher and graphic designer at the Bauhaus, a revolutionary German art school, during the 20's. By chance I stumbled upon an unfinished font in my fonts folder (while looking for something else). It had a stupid working name, but when I opened it, the font looked really nice! I have no idea why I never finished it. I renamed it Ukiyo Mind, because the font looked a bit like Japanese brush strokes. Ukiyo is a Japanese term which roughly translates as ‘the fleeting/transient world’. In mediaval Japan, the word was associated with Buddhism, but later it was used to describe the urban lifestyle and the pleasure seeking aspects of it. Nowadays it refers to a ‘living in the moment’ state of mind. Ukiyo Mind is a really nice brush font, which I probably made using Chinese ink and a brush. It comes with extensive language support and a set of alternates for the lower case glyphs.

Generous amount of OpenType features allows various localization options, automatic fractions, super- and subscripts, oldstyle and tabular figures, small caps and ligatures to suit almost every need. There are 15 Stylistic Sets available to customize the font (some of them duplicate locl-features in case they're not supported by applications): ss01 (Traditional glyphs): changes modern shapes used by default to old-style forms; ss02 (Alternate historical glyphs): changes the shape of several characters to a more obscure historical form; ss03 (Catalan middle dot): replaces middle dot between two l's by Catalan variant for better spacing; ss04 (German ligatures): activates historical ch, ck and tz ligatures used in German blackletter typesetting; ss05 (Dutch IJ-acute): replaces j after i-acute with j-acute; ss06 (Marshallese cedilla): replaces commas under certain letters with cedillas; ss07 (Romanian/Moldovan comma): changes cedilla-glyphs to comma-glyphs; ss08 (Turkish i): replaces regular i with dotted Turkish variant; ss09 (Cyrillic alternates): changes several Cyrillic glyphs to alternate variants; ss10 (Bulgarian Cyrillic): activates Bulgarian shapes; ss11 (Serbo-Macedonian Cyrillic): activates Serbo-Macedonian shapes; ss12 (Double-story a): replaces default glyph with it's double-story variant; ss13 (Alternate asterisk): replaces default asterisk with 5-pointed shape; ss14 (Enclosed figures): replaces standard figures with enclosed variants; ss15 (Slashed zero): replaces default zero with slashed variant.

An unadorned Grotesque with a refreshingly personal touch. If “Grotesque” mainly means “industrial, mechanical, anonymous typeface” to you, Klainy might redefine your image of the genre. Yes, it’s a Grotesque—but with a contemporary look and a lot of personality. Klainy’s apertures are more closed at the top and more open at the bottom, creating an informal rhythm that sets Klainy apart: a confident, optimistic voice with a clean appearance. So far the Creator Campotype standard version known in the form of free font (published on several websites by license: free for personal use). The font takes the basic form of modern typography, but some user feedback consider it in the medieval look. Whatever it is, the inspiration of the font was originally set off from the logotype of internal student magazine where the designer had studied in the late 80s. Creator Campotype is a pure display font. This fonts do not have faces lowercase, but all caps. Nevertheless forms of different characters can be accessed by pressing the uppercase and lowercase on the keyboard. Maximum usage can be made by combining them as necessary. Some forms of characters were made more stylistic such as slash and backslash which “out of” the conventional form. In addition, the circle effects on several glyphs were created by default (as found on the free version) so that the glyph was enough to generated with the keyboard access as usual. An inkstone, a brush, ink, and paper. In China, one speaks of “wenfang sibao” — the four treasures of the scholar’s study. With these centuries-old hand tools, Werner Schneider created a calligraphic type trilogy of the highest aesthetic order; he named this typeface family after Buddha’s stepbrother, Sunetta. Sunetta is an outstanding choice for contemporary display type purposes. Its combination of lively forms overcome sterile text passages, lending them a more personal note and feeling. But Sunetta is not only recommended for documents bestowing distinction and accolades; the fonts are superb for shorter text passages as well. Sunetta’s spirited flow raises it above the fray that so many generic letterforms find themselves mired in, creating an unforgettable impression. Sunetta’s three complementary styles, Sunetta Flair, Sunetta Charme, and Sunetta Magic, offer three varying degrees of calligraphic verve. The family’s base font, Sunetta Flair, harkens back to the showcard lettering styles of the 1950s, while remaining distinctly European in taste. Maracay is a tropical typeface that works for texts or headlines, mainly as a display font and designed to work in layers of overlapping texts. Maracay is a unique design with nine fonts based creating a particular style of design and the combination of a couple different looks can be obtained eighteen. Thanks to the versatility of coloring matter, together form a coherent and attractive ideal for a variety of different projects such as invitations, menus, magazines, brochures, packaging, design, etc. Maracay provides alternate characters, swash, ligatures, icons, ordinals and fractions. Maracay has 4 shape styles : Regular Maracay base as essential as Tooled variations of brightness or wood with the appearance of a WoodType vintage wooden texture . Inner font as serves as Light or inner contour of the foregoing. Follow three fonts contouring as Outline, Shape and Umbra as a 3D projection. For decorative purposes Shape that there is a textured lines or Half as a split in the top half letter. Maracay has been carefully studied to provide the best combinations of the most of pairs and trios of glyphos avoiding undesirable extensions between ornate characters through its Opentype programming.

WEG* font is an experimental type system where legibility isn’t the focus. This project studies how glyphs are constructed and how their ductus can be modified. I explored how far I can move the limits if I don’t worry about the legibility. In Weg, letters are built by a single line that connects them, along with words and paragraphs. When weight decreases, the legibility of the signs increases. This is the first stage. It’s a project in expansion. The set contains uppercase, lining figures and basic punctuation in three weights: Regular, Light and Thin. The current supported languages are Spanish, Guaraní and English. If you need any other language, please let me know. I would like to expand the character set. Second stage project WEG is an experimental in-expansion font family. Here I present to you the second stage. I’m planning the first upgrade for middle 2021. I’m preparing a pattern set for July 2021. Here you can see the first four patterns.
