Koala was originally designed in 1999 by Eric de Berranger with an individual, independent character. ITC Florinda was designed by Luis Siquot in 1997 and consists exclusively of capital letters. Georges Peignot designed Cochin based on copper engravings of the 18th century and Charles Malin cut the typeface in 1912 for the Paris foundry Deberny & Peignot.
