Refresh was inspired and partly based on handwritten text from advertisements for a popular cola-based soft drink from the 1950s. I designed the missing characters in the handwriting style of the original. The Refresh family comes in three styles: - Lite- possibly the most elegant of the three styles -- use at larger sizes for greater legibility; - Med -of intermediate weight - more legible than Lite; - Blak - for bolder statements and best readabilty. Refresh, with its three styles, is ideal for any display work needing a feminine, handwritten effect. Use it for product branding, book covers, invitations, greeting cards where you're looking for charm and movement. Refresh has not been designed to be used with capital letters placed next to one another: it is not advisable to use text in "ALL CAPS". The best effects for headings and subheads are obtained with an initial upper case letter followed by lower case characters. If you are using upper and lower case then it is not necessary to use kerning. Refresh contains over 250 characters - (upper and lower case characters, punctuation, numerals, symbols and accented characters are present). It has all the accented characters used in the major European languages.

A script font set based on the writings and sketches of Post-Impressionist artist Paul Gauguin. This naturalistic writing font was based on Gauguin's notebooks from his travels to Tahiti and the South Seas. Irish Penny is based on the lettering from Percy Metcalfe's beautiful and influential pre-decimal coinage of Ireland, the Barnyard Collection. The font is more monoline than is conventional for Irish insular styles, almost giving the feel of a modern soft sans, and perfect for small and large scale display purposes. Irish Penny contains a full complement of Latin Extended-A accented characters, Irish lenited consonants with the dot accent, and the tironian et which is commonly used in Ireland instead of an ampersand. Lowercase characters are provided small caps style, slightly reduced in size and subtly thickened in weight. Introducing Promenade – a calligraphic serif that started on paper with a flat nib pen (see the 6th image), and blossomed into a full serif with italics. At its core, this font is just... beautiful. It's elegant, it's crisp, it's delicate, but can still hold its own. As I was creating the graphics, I just couldn't get over the flow of the letters – especially the italic. It's got class, but also isn't afraid to rock a pair of Doc Marten's. Funny enough, Jen from Tonic (they make beautiful websites) saw a preview of this font and said, "I'd take that font to prom." Which of course spurred a conversation about how this font would take a Mercedes G-Series instead of a limo, and wear Doc Marten's instead of heels, but still wear the most gorgeous dress, and that is 100% Promenade (and inspo for the name – thanks, Jen!). I've also been loving combining the regular and italic, especially for logos (see the "Friendfolk" logo) One thing to note about Promenade is the letter spacing. It was spaced for clean reading and intentional balance, so I recommend setting the spacing a little tighter if you want to create the display look found in many of the logo mockups(around -20 to -40 should do!).

Acarajé is a grotesque font that stands out thanks to its versatility. I have actually never had a sherbet. When I made this font family, I wish I had one, as it was a whopping 38 degrees (Celsius, not Fahrenheit…) outside. Those who have grown tired of text typefaces insensitively blown up to the size of a poster or a building facade should from time to time try out extreme display styles, which are designed precisely for this purpose. They look best in dimensions from around 32 point out to infinity, and they rise to the occasion when a strong impression is necessary. This is especially true for the extreme weights Hair and Black, which don’t allow for any compromise. The sharp hairline and brutal contrast of the strokes test the most extreme possibilities, without having readability suffer in continuous text, as is characteristic for all the typefaces of the Tabac superfamily. Tabac Big Sans has the distinction of having most of its styles hold up not only in giant sizes, but also in smaller texts, where it’s an obedient little doggie. It actually works like a narrowed linear grotesk with an increased x-height. There’s no limit to fantasy.

Here is my font with carved out letters, like a really bad stamp. Each lowercase letter has 3 different versions, and that makes your text more natural, organic and handmade. Normally I kern my fonts throughout, but this time there is no kerning at all...and that's odd, when we're not talking about monospaced fonts. Anyway, Bottle Fork has its flaws and jumpy x-height...but that's exactly the charm of it all! :)

Enchanted is a unique contemporary font that mimics the style of handwriting and brush scripts; yet it is neither. Great for logos, captions and large bodies of text. Paragraphs set in Enchanted are easily read since the letters do not connect; aiding in its legibility. Enchanted contains seven stylistic alternates.

The letters in Bouncer are round because they all begin as a ball and then have parts of the ball cut away. Bouncer was one of the earliest typefaces from Ingrimayne Type. Lower-case letters are smaller versions of the upper-case letters. BouncerTwo, designed twenty years after the original Bouncer, continues playing with the idea of making letters by cutting out parts of a circle, but in this case the circles are interlocking. All letters are upper-case but some of those on the lower-case keys differ from those on the upper-case keys. BouncerTwo is eye-catching but not highly legible.

Allektra is a humanist sans serif with a modern feel. It is not as whimsical as many of my fonts, but there are many special dingbats for bullets, and so on. It has oldstyle numbers and the small caps versions have lining numbers and small caps numbers. The Fat version is especially interesting and useful.

Monster Truck is a dominant looking bold italic font inspired by extreme sports. The 'in your face' presence of this font is ideal for use in designs looking to snatch people's attention especially in serious competitive sports, fitness, bodybuilding, toys and car wrap designs. The non-apologetic sharp edged spoiler like serifs, straight edges and bevel corners have made this one of the foundry's most popular fonts. The font is all caps and fufills MyFonts character requirements that include a large number of characters including numbers, punctuation and Latin international characters.

Albany, from Monotype Imaging, is a typeface family whose fonts have the same metrics as Arial. However, in contrast to Arial or Helvetica, Albany's letterforms are more open, with more generous apertures and counters. Also, punctuation is not square, as in Arial, but round

Cross Stitch Elaborate is based on upper case characters 25 stitches tall. It is not intended for text use. It was designed specifically for use as fancy monograms or initials. Cross Stitch Majestic has an uppercase alphabet located under the shift+character set keys.

Alinea is a typeface in 3 styles (Sans, Incise, and Serif) conceived for being mixed in the same document. Alinea sans, with its neutral shapes, can be used everywhere. Like many recent sans serifs, its italic is a true italic and not a sloped roman.

If you find Vincent Figgins’s variety, do not discard. You'll find plenty to choose from in his specimens, some of then with unexpected vitality an enviably condition, despite it’s age. As aging wine, they had improve their quality with time. Cut Didones into thin slices and add. 2. In a blender, whisk the strength of these Slab serif with highly contrasted strokes from Bodoni or Didot’s neoclassical types. Adjust the mix to get a sweeter or spicier taste, but do not forget to emphasize the contrast to avoid the dressing off. 3. On the page, set the wide variety of weights as your menu demands. If you want to feed fill the stomach of the hungriest holders, use Bridone Titling as main course. If you are serving a traditional menu, starter, main and dessert, then simmer a combination of weights and sizes according to your space. It will not disappoint, much less your guests . 4. Spread thoroughly the page, serve and enjoy . If you like natural, switch to Bridona, your pages will thank you.

Spy Royal is a junctionless script typeface and comes in 6 styles. It’s a hybrid between script and so called streamline fonts. The origins are based on an advertising by Japan Airlines, dated around 1954, offering flights to San Francisco, Honolulu and Okinawa in the new DC-6B “Pacific Courier” airplane. Only the letters for the words “JAPAN AIR LINES” were used, so that the creative part was to reimagine a full font out of just a handful of uppercase letters. Originally released in 2004, Spy Royal was now undergoing a major rework and is now republished with additional styles like shadow-lines and 3D-shadow. Its charm is manifold, we think everything related to cars, racing, hot rod, vintage, cocktails, retro, restaurants, gasoline and of course airlines will look great in Spy Royal. Spy Royal includes alternate characters, ligatures and West European diacritics.

Sharpe Variable is a stylish serif typeface family. The original type was drawn between 2018 and 2019, and the variable font and its updated styles was created in 2020. The English typographer Robert Harling created Tea Chest in 1939 with the Stephenson Blake foundry. Today, this classic design is available in digital format from Linotype GmbH. Tea Chest is a bold stencil face. The font's narrow letters are all caps, and they sport small, slab serifs. Harling's design was most likely reminiscent of the old industrial lettering painted onto boxes and wooden crates that used to be shipped all over the world on the high seas. These letters had to be simple to reproduce, easy to read, and not take up too much space! Try out Tea Chest for large signage displays, on exotic product packaging, or in magazine or newsletter headlines.

I want to create a font, which is very elegant. So I made Danizatti Script, a kind of classic decorative script with a modern twist. This is a display font intended for vintage logos, fashion labels, custom card headers, badges, food packaging designs, especially wine labels. Cindie 2 is an update of the optical type Cindie Mono. It retains the monospace-stacking system of the original, but some letters have been redrawn. It also now includes a lowercase and Cindie 2 has a script accompaniment (which isn’t mono and should be used with Contextual Alternates turned on!). Koehler Sans JNL was inspired by a set of cardboard sign kit letters made by the Koehler Sign Company of Missouri (presumably) in the late 1940s or early 1950s. Not much is known about them, other than the letters looked interesting enough to turn into a font.
