Penzance is a display monospace handwriting font. The typeface is a distinct hand drawn font using a fountain pen quill ink style. The Penzance name means "holy headland" in the Cornish language and is derived from the town on the English coast of Cornwall. Penzance is great for display work, invitations, writing, books, posters, logos and headings.

LTC Spire with alternate caps was designed by Lanston’s type director Sol Hess in 1937. Spire Roman was designed without lowercase. But it includes alternate rounded caps which transform this extra condensed “fat face” into more of an art deco titling face. Spire Roman has been used within department store logos, luxury hotel signage, perfumes, etc, etc.

Here’s a techno typeface with a difference. Its monoline stroke and sharp terminals are softened by rounded corners, and its perceptual monospaced widths have been subtly altered and strategically kerned to improve the visual flow. Novella has always been one of Fonthaus' more popular period (Art Nouveau) fonts. The style of Novella captures the essence of typography that was popular at the turn of the 20th century (1890-1905). Manito was designed by Garrett Boge in 1989. He employed a wide pen and angular, sturdy forms to simulate rough-hewn woodcut letters. It is named after a native American word for 'Great Spirit'.

Neon is an experimental, retro display typeface designed by Superfried. Neon features two styles which can be toggled via shift. As the name suggests styling for the typeface started with classic neon signage, but quickly took a new direction of its own leading to a very distinct and versatile display face. Neon has been featured in Computer Arts magazine.

Theater Tickets JNL was inspired by a photo of the marquee signage for Detroit’s Majestic Theater (built in1934), and is available in both regular and oblique versions. The theater was renovated and restored in 1987 and its marquee replicated the original one. What’s interesting is that the signage actually resembles squared pen lettering with rounded corners.

WIP Macho Man depicts the handwriting of man with a strong need for independence combined with spontaneity and high potential. The (lower case) characters are joined as it is usual in German speaking countries. Originally designed in 1995 the font has been extended by a lot of new characters such as accented characters, punctuation, symbols and currency symbols.

Here's an offering from the Blackfriars Type Foundry of London that's perfect for commanding headlines. Wood Type Bodoni JNL is a variant of the popular ultra bold version of the classic Bodoni design, with variants in character widths and shapes. “News Gothic” has been a reliable workhorse of a font since it was created by Morris Fuller Benton and first offered for sale in 1908 by American Type Founders.
