Screeech! Ack! Ack! Mantisboy was created by Chank Diesel in 1995 as a custom font for the Cartoon Network's Space Ghost Coast to Coast web site. This font represents the printed voice of the talk show's bandleader, an evil alien mantis.

JY&A’s most distinctive calligraphic font, Yan Series 333 is usable at all resolutions and remains legible. Even though it has a strong calligraphic influence, the Yan Series is ideal for text settings that have to appear special. Designed by Jack Yan, the family was developed between 1987 and 1993. Yan studied the effect of a nylon-tip, rather than steel-nib, pen on paper.

Because of the need for a new condensed serif font family, Jack Yan created this individualistic style of typefaces complete with one of the largest collections of unusual ligatures available at the time of launch in the mid-1990s. As well as the usual selection of double-f and ct, JY&A has provided gr, gt, ty, and other ligatures for JY Integrity Roman and Italic.

I wanted to create a "handwriting" font which could be used professionally. Waypointer is a font of arrows. These can be used to indicate direction or emphasis in documents, signage, or websites. The arrow sizes match the standard cap height of most fonts making it simple to use within text. The arrows are accessed with the standard keyboard keys. Make your own arrow of any length with the 1 to 9 keys. Use uppercase (A to Z) and lowercase (a to z) for pre-made arrows that point right, left, up, or down. It’s a brand new year, but I have been going back in time. To the seventies to be precise. A ‘bubblegum’ font was on the top of my to-do list, so when it was finally finished, it reminded me of seventies posters. As if by magic, a catchy bassline started playing in my head and before I knew it, Boney M appeared - all dressed up in Purple and singing Daddy Cool. Don Sans is a sturdy display sans which evokes the invironment of old-day industrialism, steamers, locomotives and other machinery; dusty back-yard workshops and the glamorous air of backstage life. It has been inspired by various letterings crafted by former graphic workmen who would have had an idea of simple letter construction but did not really wanted to bother with detail sophistication. Newsprint JNL has its origins in an online auction image of wood type. Only the lower case a-z were shown and the type design included an extra-wide 'g' and 's'. Expanding on this idea but narrowing the 's' a bit, Jeff Levine created a capitals set and all of the necessary additional characters - even adding a generous selection of accented characters not usually found in his display fonts. Regular, oblique, narrow, narrow oblique, wide and wide oblique versions are available. All styles offer crisp, clean lettering for headlines, window signage and other display text applications.

LTC Athena brings a somewhat “lost” hot-metal typeface back from obscurity into digital Opentype format. In fall 2012, printing historian Rich Hopkins contacted P22 type foundry regarding some inked type drawings he had just uncovered from his acquisition of the Baltimore-based “Baltotype” company some 20 years ago. It is a rare face whose original matrices were destroyed and thought fully lost. The drawings included a full upper and lower case set, numerals, basic punctuation, and alternate forms of some letters. The design is a narrow deco-flavored design from the 1950s with a curious avoidance of straight lines in the stems and main strokes. The face has been expanded to over 340 characters by Miranda Roth and includes ligatures as well as a full Pan-European character set. It is released through the Lanston division of P22 in consideration of its earlier incarnation as a metal typeface.

Univers and Helvetica Compressed are most often used for movie posters, but they lack variants. Therefore I made a compressed family with seven weights for more versatility.

A crispbake is a kind of cracker or rusk you eat for breakfast. At least, in Holland we do. They are called 'beschuit', they are round and they come in a pack of 13 (which is a baker's dozen). It turns out that this odd number of crispbakes in a pack comes from the fact that the ovens they were baked in held 13 crispbakes in a row and it was easier to pack them like that. So, should this question pop up during a game of trivial pursuit, you now know the answer! Crispbake font is a crunchy brush font. Completely handmade using a brush and Chinese ink. This fresh all caps font comes with a set of alternate glyphs and extensive language support, including Vietnamese and Greek.
