Polyline is based on a small 3x5 grid giving it a rather crude and technical look, further emphasized by the monospacing. ‘Polyline’ is a command often found in CAD-software that is used to create a series of connected lines. The typeface can also be installed as an AutoCAD .shx font, included in the download along with the .shp source file and the stroke shapes for all characters as .pdf

Nick Belshaw designed Belshaw in 1980 as a nostalgic tribute to Jugendstil mixed with a 1980s feel. Belshaw is a headline font and should not be used with a smaller point size than 12. It is a good font for initials in magazines or on posters as well as for very short texts. It combines well with sans serif fonts. Belshaw gives a strong and lively feel to any text.

Herzchen is a well developed sans serif font. The curving and swinging letter forms remind a little of serif fonts, on closer inspection, however, they rather remind of upright italics. Playful details give charm to the typeface and make Herzchen lively and distinctive. With four cuts the typeface is suitable for simple corporate and editorial design projects. In addition there are many ligatures in the expert-set for individual use.

Brushin is an handwritten display font inspired by the straightforward rigidness of Grotesque sans-serif fonts. Montix is a narrow, constructed type family that developed by the German designer Diana Fischer in 2003. With five weights (light, light italic, regular, regular italic, and bold), Montix is a particularly effective small family, especially when used for headline or display purposes. Montix's letterforms have relatively long ascenders and descenders, which compared with its horizontally compact body gives it its unique style. Words or lines of text set in Montix would look best when some amount of white space is left around them. Because of this, the faces are well suited for logos and corporate identity uses.

Puggu is ideal for headlines or posters where slightly unusual or unrefined type is required, though paragraphs of text are quite readable. The font includes 57 ligatures of fairly common letter combinations (such as at, ee, ss, tt, Ar, RD,) with alternative letter-shapes used, to give some random variations and avoid having too many repeat letters looking identical. (The full list is included with the zip-file.) And there's a wide range of accented characters giving compatability with many European languages. The zip contains OTF and TTF versions - only install one version of a font on the same machine, either the OTF or TTF, but not both as that could cause various conflicts and erratic behaviour.

Donald DBXL Beekman lives on a ship in Amsterdam’s waters (well, the Amstel river, actually). Living on the water inspired him to design this ‘cruise ship’ typeface VLNL Decks. Available in several variations, it’s a fabulous cocktail of freshly caught fish typography. Decks is recommended for seafood restaurants, speed boats as well as slick city boys wearing overly expensive sunglasses or Ibiza sunset parties. Decks is the tiger prawn amidst sea foods. Willard T. Sniffin deserves the credit for this charming little stationery and greeting card typeface developed for American Type Founders in 1930. Avenue is an eleven font family with five synthesist serif faces, five humanist sans serif faces, and one old style face. It is designed as an extrememly versatile body copy set. There are many special dingbats for bullets, and so on. It has oldstyle numbers and the small caps versions have lining numbers and small caps numbers.

IngrianaCasual features a hand-drawn sans-serif family with an italics that has semi-script lower-case letters. The five upright weights are relaxed and informal and the five italics styles are decorative and elegant. The family is very legible and can be be used for many purposes including brochures and advertising, though probably not for book text.
