My beautiful mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2011. Our family's resolution was to love my mom through this time- to stay by her side and remind her each day that she is not alone and that she is loved as she walks this difficult road. This font was made in her honor.

Originally I planned to call this font “pegefinger” which is index finger in danish. Due to the obvious reason that I drew the letters using my “pegefinger” :) Most letters mimic a loose (perhaps even childish) handwriting, but the legibility is never out of hand. I’ve added 5 different versions of each lowercase letter, and they automatically changes as you type!

State Of Love and Toast is a retro typeface reminiscent of the early 90’s. It’s certainly the Seattle of fonts. The font features auto ligatures for duplicate letters, quite a few graphical elements & shapes which can be accessed by shortcuts (lowercase letter + number form 0-9) and smallcaps (alternate versions of the lowercase letters).

SPECX Stencil This is my #11/12 Font a slabserif typeface. In fact it’s a very, very basic and extreme strong typeface! We gave this new Font a special touch by adding an extra family-member: a stencil-version of the SPECX. My inspiration for the SPECX is based on the cover of a 1955 French School-Notebook. Well, that was 30-something years ago, but the memory of those jeans lives happily in my mind :) The font, Friday Jeans is a happy-go-lucky sans font with inky edges and lively lines. Playful as a Friday night out!

Leprechaun Vomit is just a pretty way of saying Lucky Charms, which I had to use something else besides the name of a cereal anyway. Leprechaun Vomit is a ding bat of luck including images of rainbows, horseshoes, clovers, diamonds, moons, the number 7, japanese "lucky" calligraphy, The Maneki Neko (the Beckoning Cat which is a lucky symbol), and some shooting stars (make a wish). You can use these images to create Irish themed designs like St. Patrick's Day art, or you can use them for lucky purposes. Bellafonts' user license allows for commercial use, so you can make products for re-sale, including services offering graphic design. You can choose from a variety of clovers for your own version of a "Kiss me I'm Irish" T-shirt, and you can add some shooting stars and rainbows to make any design for any occasion extra special. This calligraphy script used a Japanese calligraphy brush to create its unique texture.

To canoodle means to hug and kiss passionately. I leave the rest to your imagination. Canoodle is also a very adorable font - some would even go as far as calling it kissable. It is an all caps typeface, but upper and lower case differ and love to mix and match. I won’t guarantee a spot of canoodling if you use this font, but who knows, maybe you’ll get lucky. Canoodle speaks many tongues.

HANNAH & CLAY | handwritten serif font After the love that MILK & CLAY received, I thought I would make a serif version for all you serif typeface lovers out there. It is the handwritten version of one of my favourite fonts 'hannah hannah'. I absolutely love how this turned out and the unpolished warm feeling this font has. It feels very high-end, but still approachable, inviting and grounded because of its soft edges and human feel. I hope you love it as much as I do xx

Hello, friends! I recently bought myself an old game console, the SEGA Mega Drive 2. For a long time I couldn't understand why, when I was a kid, it seemed incredible to play it. Nowadays there are a lot of games with stunning graphics and realism, but still there is something warm and light in old games. Maybe it's just a memory of a carefree childhood. After playing it, I decided to create this font so that everyone could do something in the style of old games that an army of designers and programmers hadn't worked on yet. A chunky dressing may not sound very delicate, but I remember my grandmother used make a very chunky dressing for the mashed potatoes. I really loved it - actually I wish I had the recipe so that I could reproduce that particular consistency. But instead I made this font in memory of that lovely chunky dressing! :) Chunky Dressing has got a little Garamond in it, Baskerville as well - and even a touch of Times... Each lowercase letter has 5 different versions and they magically cycles as you type, leaving your text very lively with a natural twist of energetic and organic look

Let me tell you a secret: This font has got absolutely nothing to do with nougat or France. I just love nougat, and I actually ate some while finishing this font! My wife is a good at making cakes, and lucky for me is that she too adores nougat - that way I often get delicious cakes with nougat :) Well, back to the font - a handmade rounded sans-serif, comic, organic, all-purpose with a playful attitude. Goes very well in both UPPERCASE and lowercase. I'd say you can use this for pretty much anything, but categories such as organic, packaging, kids product or sweets come in mind!

Meet the new font family! This font came to my mind while I was sitting in line at the dentist. There are often different magazines at the front desk to read and pass the time while waiting. One of those magazines turned out to be about fashion. When I opened it on a random page, I saw beautiful pictures. But you know what the first thing that catches my eye? The font! The font in which the headline or quote is written. After you read it, you look at everything else. And I wondered what my font would be in this case. Due to some grease on a menu, I misread "Spicy Avocado" as "Spacy Avocado" which led me to the name of this font. I love Avocados and I love things that are a bit spacy, and I love the combination of these two! Space Avocado is my handdrawn, layered headline font. Mix the layers or use them as a single font - you choose!

I love going to flea markets and second-hand stores; in fact a lot of the furniture in our home is second hand (or pre-loved, a euphemism I find rather peculiar). I personally believe that buying used products is a good way to help this planet, as no new stuff needs to be made and the old stuff gets a second life. Fleabitten is a ‘western style’ serif font. You could use it to pimp the posters for your line dance festival, but hey, be creative! I am sure you’ll find some good use for this very nice pre-loved font. Yes, pre-loved: I loved it first!

Catskin is a fairytale by The Brothers Grimm. The story is about a king who has a beautiful wife and daughter - you know, the basic fairytale stuff. Long story short: they all live happily ever after (except for the wife, who dies…). Catskin is also a nice, handmade font. I like making fairytale fonts, especially since I have three kids, who love books. And when I see one of my fonts on the cover, I can tell them: ‘daddy made this’. #prouddaddy ;-)

Lettering found on the cover of the 1923 song "I Love Me (I'm Wild About Myself)" can take on various graphical possibilities. Although its design is Art Nouveau in concept, it is somewhat reminiscent of the "bubble letters" most school kids used to doodle on notebook and portfolio covers; yet the lettering style also evokes the 1960s-70s Hippie movement. As a sidebar, a couple of lines from the song's lyrics were used by Jeff Levine's late mother to chastise him as a youth when he got "a little too full of himself". The lyrics were: "I love me! I love me! I'm wild about myself! I love me! I love me! My picture's on the shelf!"

In Luc(as)'s case this has often meant designing more typefaces. In the early 1990s, while working on Thesis, Luc(as) drew several display faces which were based on the shapes of TheSans but were either de(con)structive versions or experimental variations. Jesus Loves You All is a heretic thorny typeface vaguely based on the outlines of TheSans. Jesus Loves You was given a remarkable three-dimensional treatment in Abbott Miller's Dimensional Type project.
