The PIXymbols™Baby Blocks font is designed to create both single color, and two-color titles or initials. Each package includes a document showing the full character set with key codes. The font package includes both TrueType and PostScript versions, and is available in either PC/Win or Macintosh format. In order to avoid serious problems, be sure not to install the same fonts in both TrueType and PostScript on the same computer. The font offers opportunities for various color treatments, with either single or double characters.

Streeters is a hand brush typeface, created for a specific project, where one of the assumptions in creating it was to combine the appearance of a manual brush, liquid paint but also a spatial effect. Uppercase and lowercase letters create a slightly different effect with the same character height. They are created in such a way that, in addition to writing with one letter case, it is also possible to mix and create many different combinations of uppercase and lowercase characters, for example, a unique look for the same repetitive words. The font is best for works where a non-standard, strong and distinctive form of communication is needed.

Smallstep - One geometric sans serif with a free spirit. If we presume that geometric typefaces play with the idea of what typography would look like in the future when all unnecessary elements would disappear, than most of their designers seem to envision the future in a rather metropolisque kind of way. We love geometric faces, but the cold and heartless feelings that most of them leave is just not our cup of tea. That is why we are happy to bring some optimism in that genre with our new typeface. We called it Smallstep. Smallstep is a typeface that follows the traditions of classic geometric sans serifs like “Futura”, but is at the same time friendly and whimsical. We took the liberty to deviate from the standard sans serif glyphs while drawing some characters (such as ”a” and ”r” ), others (“w” “k”) are completely redesigned. Probably the biggest trademark of this typeface is the way vertical lines in most lower case characters are “cut” so they end in a 60 degree angle. Smallstep is over all a expressive face, which means it brings some emotions to your design and feelings in itself, and should be used accordingly. Other than that, it is suitable for both headline and body text, print and web. So what kind of name is “Smallstep”? We view the type design process as a form of evolution: There can be no typeface that differs drastically from the current standards, since its characters would be unrecognizable and thus unreadable. But at the same time there are hundreds of faces that differ a little, and still manage to make a difference by moving with small steps towards better and more refined looks. Smallstep consist of 4 weights, that cover all the features, that are expected of a modern Opentype face: kerning pairs, ligatures, true italics and alternative characters, plus a set of symbols, that will help you start off your designs more easily.

The 1907 Barnhart Brothers & Spindler type specimen catalog called this unique typeface simply "Umbra". Since that name is already taken, it now has another. Due to the highly ornate nature of this face, the font has a limited character set (all accented characters, but no math operators or fractions). The Opentype version of this font supports Unicode 1250 (Central European) languages, as well as Unicode 1252 (Latin) languages.

Berlin Sans is based on a brilliant alphabet from the late ’20s, originally released by Bauer with the name Negro, the very first sans that Lucian Bernhard ever designed. Assisted by Matthew Butterick, David Berlow expanded this single font into a series of four weights, all complete with expert character sets, plus a dingbat font. Decorative font Shaltai was developed by young Russian designer Katya Galuyan. The letters slightly resemble rolling, falling and broken eggs. Egg-shaped appearance of the characters determines the name of the font. Shaltai Boltai is a Russian cousin of English Humpty Dumpty, French Boule Boule and Swedish-Norwegian Lille Trille. It’s cherry season, so I bought 2 kilos of cherries at the local cherry farm. The cherries I bought had been in a cooling cell, so they were quite cold. As I was eating them, the name for this new font popped up! Chilly Cherry is a handmade serif. An entry in the Palmer and Rey 1884 specimen book named, somewhat prosaically, Geometric Gothic provided the inspiration for this rectilinear romp through the alphabet. As apt as it is for a period piece of its time, it's also oddly and equally comfortable in a retro space-age environment. Shadowland was a magazine dedicated to the arts, and was published from 1919 through 1923. The lettering for its masthead was hand lettered in a then-contemporary Art Nouveau style. Although the photoplay (movies) was just an incremental part of the magazine’s overview of the arts, the digital version of the type design has been named Cinema Nouveau JNL, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Weber Company of Philadelphia and printed in England by Dean. The book’s stenciled title was hand lettered in a bold Roman design in the Art Nouveau style. Being a lefty makes it challenging to write in cursive. Unlike righthanders who pull the pencil across the page, lefties must push the pencil as they write. As a result, the letterforms created by pushing instead of pulling the implement are different from each other. The lefty’s cursive script is seen here in Yellabelly, the fontified version of Chank Diesel’s left-handed handwriting. This one’s named after a cowardly cowboy.

Here’s a not-often-seen variation of Milton Glaser’s 1968 creation Baby Teeth, distributed by Photo-Lettering Inc. as Baby Teeth Baroque. Actually, the sinuous swirls suggest, rather, an Art Nouveau influence, which is why this version has its name. Well, that, and the original design didn’t need any fixing. This font contains the complete Latin language character set (Unicode 1252) plus support for Central European (Unicode 1250) languages as well.

Cerulean comes from the Latin word caeruleus, meaning dark blue. I have always liked this color, so I decided to name a font after it. Cerulean Blue is a handmade brush font family, consisting of a nice handwritten font and a caps font. Both fonts come with their Italics. Cerulean Blue can be used for just about any design, but product packaging and book covers come to mind.

The hand lettered Art Deco title on the cover of the sheet music for “There Must be A Bright Tomorrow (for Each Yesterday of Tears)” inspired the font Incarceration JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions. Incarceration JNL earns its dubious name from the fact the song was written by Prisoner No. 3223 (Wallace Wysocki) who was held in the Marquette State Prison, Marquette, Michigan (1931)
