The long awaited full version of Poster, a recreation of Bodonian/Didot excess designed by Iñigo Jerez. The family has been finely improved with more styles. The family consists of: Poster and Poster Italic, a bolder version named Poster Monster and Poster Monster Italic– a virtuoso exercise in counter forms and contrast to be used with power unleashed, as the name suggests–; and finally Poster Display, Poster Display Italic, Poster Display Monster and Poster Display Monster Italic: four styles designed for even bigger sizes, with more contrast and splendor.

This family was inspired by an engraved plate from Diderot & Dalembert's Encyclopedia (publication beginning in 1751), illustrating the chapter devoted to letter engraving techniques. The plate bears two engravers names : "Aubin" (may be one of the four St Aubin brothers ?)and "Benard" ( which name is present below all plates of the Encyclopedia printed in Geneva ). It seems to be a transitional type, but different from Fournier or Grandjean. Small caps are included in fonts for TTF and OTF version, separate files are included in the family sets of the Mac TT version.

Favela is an experimental, geometric and sans serif type family. It is characterised by scalable construction of glyphs – hairline version is at the same time condensed, regular is normal, and black is super extended, with short ascenders. Favela was made mainly for branding and display purposes but middle weights are prefect for short texts. Caffe was originally designed for the Artz Gallery Cafe in Budapest Hungary. The design is a contemporary handwriting style adapted from examples in lettering exercise books. It has been redrawn and expanded into six styles. The four weights were created by drawing the style using different mediums: Cappuccino in pen, Pastry in felt-tip, Lemonade in brush, and Tobacco—the original—in pencil. By 1915, all the major foundries offered families of sans serifs, sometimes called Gothic in the USA. Franklin was a response suitable for countries in the vanguard of the machine age. Designed by Morris Benton in 1903-1912, Franklin has preserved its own personality ever since. The ITC Franklin Gothic font family is a redrawing by ITC that keeps the original strength intact, meeting the demand for a strong typeface. ITC Franklin Gothic is better read in display sizes and considered a standard in the newspaper and advertising fields.

New Alphabet was created as a four weight family in close collaboration with Wim Crouwel. His response in the late 1960s to the first device for electronic typesetting was a radical experiment designed to follow the underlying dot-matrix system. With his strong interest in grids, Crouwel worked within the constraints of existing electronic technology, to produce characters that worked with the mechanical means that conveyed them. His original New Alphabet experiments have now been further developed by The Foundry into a typeface family that also includes the dot version.

JollyGood Proper Condensed is another member of the JollyGood family. It is an informal, hand-lettered font with a narrower weight so you can fit more text while still being fun & legible. Welcome my new typeface family Turkuaz. Funny and stylish, creative and distinctive Turkuaz is great in headlines, premiums and web sites + blogs. Being a super readable it can be used in texts as well. Three fonts are included into the family – Turkuaz Regular, Turkuaz Deco and Turkuaz Italic. Special ligatures that you can switch on/switch off make headlines and texts sooo cute, I love them! Both OTF and TTF are included for each font. Fonts are Latin multilingual and have uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and basic punctuations.

The first cuts of Trade Gothic were designed by Jackson Burke in 1948. He continued to work on further weights and styles until 1960 while he was director of type development for Mergenthaler-Linotype in the USA. Trade Gothic does not display as much unifying family structure as other popular sans serif font families, but this dissonance adds a bit of earthy naturalism to its appeal. Trade Gothic is often seen in advertising and multimedia in combination with roman text fonts, and the condensed versions are popular in the newspaper industry for headlines.

This variation in the Tangential series (see also the Standard & Rounded families) continues with the angles that give the typeface its name, however a semi-serif is applied wherever appropriate to create a more open, softer variant. The Tangential style I envisaged for the family is complemented by the prominent use of negative space throughout, most apparent on the drop shaped ‘o’ which is a key feature of the typeface and a letterform I'm particularly pleased with. Available in 2 weights, Regular & Bold, in both OpenType OTF & TrueType TTF formats.

Maver is a 7 - style font family designed by Ani Dimitrova. Maver containing Regular, Italic, Round, Round Italic, Modify and Modify Italic weights. All weights contain standard ligatures, proportional figures, tabular figures, old-style figure, numerals, and arrows, matching currency symbols and fraction. The fonts are carefully hinted and its wide proportions make them a perfect choice for screen usage. This style palette offers a flexible range for display typography. The Maver type family is ideally suited for magazines, branding, posters, as well as web and screen design and more.

German type designer Ole Schäfer created this slab FontFont in 2001. The family has 10 weights, ranging from Regular to Black (including italics) and is ideally suited for editorial and publishing. FF Zine Slab Display provides advanced typographical support with features such as ligatures, alternate characters, case-sensitive forms, super- and subscript characters, and stylistic alternates. It comes with tabular lining and proportional lining figures. This FontFont is a member of the FF Zine super family, which also includes FF Zine Sans Display and FF Zine Serif Display.

Contane Text is the text optimized version of the Contane family. More solid, more robust, it repesents the down-home addition to the more subtle Contane family. Stronger hairlines, solid serifs, and slightly more comfortable proportions make it appropriate for bold headlines, as well as for small text sizes. 20 styles offer fine graduation of the weights. All weights contain small caps, ligatures, superior characters, proportional lining figures, tabular lining figures, proportional old style figures, lining old style figures, matching currency symbols, fraction- and scientific numerals, matching arrows, and alternate characters.

German type designer Norbert Reiners created this sans FontFont between 1996 and 2010. The family has 7 weights, ranging from Book to Extra Bold (including italics) and is ideally suited for book text. FF Tarquinius provides advanced typographical support with features such as ligatures, small capitals, alternate characters, case-sensitive forms, fractions, and super- and subscript characters. It comes with a complete range of figure set options – oldstyle and lining figures, each in tabular and proportional widths. As well as Latin-based languages, the typeface family also supports the Cyrillic and Greek writing systems.

Baskerville Display PT is a type family intended for large and extra large point sizes. It was inspired by the faces of John Baskerville and designed for expressive display typography. Two weights of Baskerville Display with matching italics are much lighter than the existing text versions of Baskerville. Each of them is an ideal partner for ITC New Baskerville. A good addition to the family is Baskerville Poster which will look great in very large sizes. The font was designed by Arina Alaferdova under the supervision of Dmitry Kirsanov and released by ParaType in 2016.

Designed by Les Usherwood. Chelsea is a ‘modern’ Old Style serif font family designed by Les Usherwood (Typsettra) in the early 1980’s. Steve Jackaman (ITF) digitally engineered the family exclusively for ITF’s Red Rooster Collection in 1993. Usherwood drew influence from Frederic Goudy’s 1911 creation ‘Kennerley Old Style’ when designing Chelsea; Chelsea, however, tends to be wider with a taller x-height. Chelsea has the clean and upscale feel that is present in all Usherwood creations, and its legible design lends itself to projects of any size.

American type designer Christian Schwartz created this display and sans FontFont in 2005. The family contains 3 weights: Light, Regular, and Bold and is ideally suited for advertising and packaging, music and nightlife, poster and billboards, software and gaming as well as sports. Egon Sans is a geometric sans serif typeface family built in ten styles (extra-light, light, regular, bold and black weights all in roman and italic). Egon Sans is an extension to the Egon (Slab Serif) family, designed in 2008. The typeface is designed with industrial and architectural flavor, as homage to Egon Eiermann, one of Germany’s great architects of 20th century. Egon Sans is ideal as text and display font for publication use. Egon Sans is released as OpenType single master with a Western CP1252 character set.

Povetarac Display font family is part of Povetarac Superfamily together with Povetarac Sans and Povetarac Didone. Fruitos is a funky font family with loads of interlocking ligatures. Fruitos is great for packaging, posters or any display use. Fruitos is divided into two families: Fruitos R (regular) is bouncy and has wider “serifs” whereas Fruitos S (straight) makes clear blocks and has straight forms. Both versions have a standard fill version, an Inline version and a Line version that can be used together with the standard version for colourful inline. Europa Grotesque is a condensed sans serif font family that was originally designed by Sam Ardell (TP) in the 1950’s for the Techni-Process Collection. Steve Jackaman (ITF) acquired the rights to the TP Collection in 1991 and produced Europa Grotesque in its digital form in 1994. Europa Grotesque has impressive impact at display and subhead sizes, and its geometric forms sustain that distinctiveness in both all-caps and lowercase. The family is flexible and freeform enough to support both a laid-back feel while still feeling tight and controlled.
