Dante was designed by Giovanni Mardersteig. Mardersteig started work on Dante after the Second World War when printing at the Officina Bodoni returned to full production. He drew on his experience of using Monotype Bembo and Centaur to design a new book face with an italic which worked harmoniously with the roman. Originally hand-cut by Charles Malin, Dante was adapted for mechanical composition by Monotype in 1957. The new digital font version has been re drawn, by Monotype's Ron Carpenter, free from any restrictions imposed by hot metal technology. The Dante font family was issued in 1993 in a range of three weights with a set of titling capitals. The Face2Face (F2F) series was inspired by the techno sound of the mid-1990s, personal computers and new font creation software. For years, Alexander Branczyk and his friends formed a unique type design collective, which churned out a substantial amount of fresh, new fonts, none of which complied with the traditional rules of typography. Many of these typefaces were used to create layouts for the leading German techno magazine of the 1990s, Frontpage. Branczyk and his fellows would even set in type at 6 points, in order to make it nearly unreadable. It was a pleasure for the kids to read and decrypt these messages! F2F Monako Stoned was inspired by the Apple system font Monaco, and is one of 41 Face2Face fonts included in the Take Type 5 collection from Linotype. Branczyk designed 16 of these himself."

Dearest is a distinct flowing script based on handwritten characters found in a 19th Century German book chronicling a history of the Middle Ages. Originally released in 2001 as a set containing two styles, Script and Swash, Dearest is now expanded in 2014 as a pro font with several hundred new characters including support for Central European, Cyrillic and Greek languages. Other Opentype features include ligatures, fractions and figures, Roman numerals, alternate letterforms and more swashes to expand the possibilities of this designer-friendly font. In addition to the Dearest Pro font, a new companion font has been added- P22 Dearest Alternates. The characters contained in this font are part of the pro font, but are also designed to be used with Dearest Script and Dearest Swash and is intended for those who have applications that do not support Opentype features.

This family was inspired by the sets of fonts used in 1543 by Michael Isengrin, printer in Basel (Germany) to print the splendid New Kreüterbuch...(New herbal...), with numerous nice pictures, the masterpiece of Leonhart Fuchs, father of the modern botany. It is a Schwabacher pattern, with three different sets of fonts, small (± 4mm for the upper case) in the main text, larger for titles (± 8mm for the upper case) and large Initials or lettrines (five lines of main text). This font contains standard ligatures and German historical ligatures (German double s, long s, tz, ch,...) and diacritics (special umlaut "e superscript" and "∞" unstead of dieresis with letters a, o and u,) naturally, we have added numerous letters lacking in the original to permit a contemporary use of the font. It can be used in complement with 1538 Schwabacher or/and 1534 Fraktur.

In this way, it contains all the typographic materials you will need in your design and offers full support to the Latin alphabet. This font family is a new version of the first font I designed while studying college in 2018. This version includes many new glyphs that were not available in the first version, and all bugs found in the first version were fixed and kerning settings were reconfigured.

PODIUM Sharp is Extended version of DUDU typeface designed in 2012. After many years I’ve decided to rebuild and develop this typeface by adding new masters and weights. Finally PODIUM Sharp consist of 234 styles: from ultra compressed hairline to extra expanded heavy. Main purpose of this project was idea to make hybrid between different modular and geometric woodtypes that I found in old polish specimens: Rex, Blok, Bacarat etc. Thanks to big range of different styles, PODIUM will be perfect choice for visual identities, posters and display usage. For better comfort of using PODIUM I’ve prepared new idea of styles naming based on Frutigres’s Universe and Climbing evaluation. First digit means width and the second weights of style. (So for example style 1.1 is ultra compressed hairline, 6.5 is something like regular and 9.13 is ultra expanded heavy.

The Seol Sans design offers a fresh palette for designers working with the Korean alphabet, particularly those looking to pair Latin and Korean alphabet (or Hangul) forms without creating typographic friction. Leroy is a font family of 5 members designed from geometrizing Roman and Gothic skeletons. Its purpose is to provide optimal reading of titles and paragraphs with strong mechanical flavor. Because of this, its variables are designed to sort information in media such as labels, signs and industrial atmosphere packaging related with the Soviet Union’s fonts in 1920. This idea matured white horizontal lines superimposed on alphabets drawn with an ancient architectural team known as “Leroy K & E Controlled Lettering System”. Then that evolved into a family concept unifying its proportion to the same X height for its members, resulting in a versatile type system. Therefore, Regular and Bold variables have low contrast between thick and thin strokes. Its upstream and downstream are extremely short, generating a suitable interline that clogs the vertical area. Its overall width equal to its X height, supports its tight spacing that compacts the horizontal area. Therefore, the variant with black caliber has plenty of contrast between thick and thin strokes. The light variable has a “blind” effect radiating light halos, ideal to propose hierarchies and combinations with orthogonal projection. In that sense, Leroy’s modular character reminds constructivist ideology merged with typographical variants suitable for graphic design with geometric look. To achieve this, I studied the softening of forms and counter blocks into a typographical system specially designed for composing useful information to attract attention. In that sense, the dingbats were obtained through a careful process of research and testings done with drawings that provided full and empty visual strategies that with the passage of time helped to forge the major decisions of a metamorphosis from industrial tools, birds and humans from pictogram mixing various genres.
