Sommet Slab Round is the latest in the Sommet series, designed as a slab serif companion to Sommet Rounded. The typeface features slightly wider counters to accommodate the serifs and this more generous whitespace allows the typeface to display well on-screen and as a webfont. Rounded serifs give the face more warmth than the original Sommet Slab, which is strong, rigid and technical. Sommet Slab Rounded’s serifs are not just blunted, but slightly obliqued, giving the face dynamic forward momentum. This geometric typeface is based on bold and clean rounded rectangles. It’s soft and friendly look lends itself to a number of applications. It would be a fine choice for tech company logotypes, magazine headlines and can be used for body copy. The typeface family also includes some alternate titling forms. These alternates can be accessed by activating OpenType features and style sets. In order to use these OpenType features, you will need a program with advanced typography capabilities such as the Adobe Suite or Quark. While the even strokes of most sans serif types eventually tire the eyes in long texts, the marked stroke contrast of Nautilus Text lends the face its legibility. The characters were drawn with a broad tipped pen. Like serif typefaces, the forms of Nautilus Text display a variety of elements. Its characters are narrow, with relatively large spaces between them. This helps create an overall open appearance, and allows a large quantity of text to fit into a small space. Nautilus Monoline's letters share the same overall proportions as Nautilus Text's. But as their name implies, they are monolinear. Their strokes do not have the calligraphic modulation that Nautilus Text features. This allows them to set another sort of headline, making Nautilus Monoline a refreshing display type choice to pair with body text set in Nautilus Text.

ORIGRAM PRO is the full version of ORIGRAM Free Font, a font with over 100k downloads, and counting! This font was already featured in dozens of websites and Design Blogs. I decided to remake this font, smoothing out a few rough edges - so to speak - and adding value to the end result, with several different interesting tweaks and updates. Inspired in the Origami and Tangram tradition, the basic shape is an octagon. Geometrical and regular, resulting in a neat and captivating display font. Not particularly conceived to be used in common text, this stylized font will add value to any large scale image within the realm of logos & branding, outdoors, packaging, titles, magazines, posters, signs, shirts, scrap-booking... He turns the pages, reading about a bank heist over on Third Avenue, a scandal involving a baseball player, a small ad for a general practitioner and a large spread about a famous law firm. What do the bottle of booze and the majestic facade of the bank have in common? The elegant baseball uniform and trustworthy attorneys? - Copperplate Gothic - When Frederick William Goudy created his legendary typeface in 1901, it went on to literally become the symbol of early 20th century America. Tiny serifs, characteristically broad letterforms, and particularly bold titles decorated calling cards at 6-point size, enormous bronze-cast logos, newspaper headlines, restaurant menus and more. This was the golden age of Copperplate, lasting up until the arrival of die neue Typografie and monospaced grotesques in the 1960s. Then the typeface almost completely disappeared. It made a partial comeback with the advent of the personal computer; digitizations of varying quality appeared, and one version even became a standard font in Adobe programs. This may have played a role in Copperplate later being used in DIY projects and amateur designs, which harmed its reputation. Copperplate New has been created to revive the faded glory of the original design. Formally, the new typeface expands the existing weight and proportional extremes. The slight serifs are reduced even further, making the typeface sans-like at smaller point sizes and improving readability. In contrast, at large point sizes it retains all of its original character. Decorative inline & shadow styles have been added and both have been created in all five proportions, making it easy to adapt the typesetting to the format you need. Despite these changes and innovations, Copperplate New remains true to Goudy’s original design and represents a snazzy way to evoke a golden era in American culture. For more than 70 years the 10-foot tall letters displaying the word FOSHAY have illuminated the Foshay Tower in the Minneapolis skyline. However, the typestyle has never been made into a font before. This new modern font family, dubbed Fosho Book, is optimized for book print usage as well as functioning as big bold display type on screen. The Fosho fonts are available in three styles: Outlines, Dotted Bulb Inlines and Composite with both. You can use the three styles in overlapping colors for dramatic chromatic effects.

Glotona's Black & White are four modernist typographies written by hand and combinable with each other by layers to create multi-colored typographic headlines. Glotona is my tribute to Bodoni fonts, revolutionary fonts when they appeared in the S XVIII and still in force today. The great contrast between antlers, give foot to the design maintaining the elegance of the modernist typefaces, the manual writing and the roundness of the serif and antlers bring freshness and empathy, the careful configuration of the kerning and the proportions give maximum readability to these fonts.

GHEA Granshan is a super font family. It has 9 upright weights and their Italics. It supports Latin Pro, Armenian, Greek, Cyrillic, Bulgarian & Ukrainian alternatives alphabet systems. The weights from Regular to Bold and their Italics can be used as text fonts. The weights thinner than Regular and thicker than Bold can be used as Display fonts. Geometric sans fonts in the Bauhaus tradition were the inspiration for the design of FF Mark®, for example the Universal font by Herbert Bayer, Erbar® Grotesk, Kabel®, Neuzeit Grotesk and of course Paul Renner's Futura®. From an aesthetic point of view, FF Mark is a descendant of these classics of German typeface design that intends to meet the needs of modern communication. Hannes von Döhren and Christoph Koeberlin had the support of the entire FontFont Type Department in the design of FF Mark, including Erik Spiekermann, who took over the artistic direction of the project. The teamwork resulted in carefully planned, balanced forms, which are responsible for the harmonious overall impression of the font. The capitals are not based on Roman square capitals; rather, they have a uniformly wide letter form in a comfortable ratio to the x-height. Thanks to the x-height, which is significantly larger compared to the historical models, FF Mark is also very legible in small sizes. This makes it a very flexible font in terms of its range of applications. A contrast in the stroke width is barely noticeable. At the same time, light modulation supports readability, especially in the bold styles in small sizes. The uniform line ends are obvious for a contemporary sans family nowadays (unlike some of the historical precedents, which evolved over years). Other details from the predecessors are consciously maintained and provide for added individuality in FF Mark. For example, the limbs in the uppercase "K" and "R" are offset slightly from the stem. Alternative characters with crossbars are available for the numbers "0", "1", "7" and the uppercase "Z" and the lowercase "a" also has an alternative with an open form. German typesetters have the option of uppercase umlauts with points that are set lower, as well as a long "s" from the Fraktur. And last but not least, FF Mark has the very characteristic ft-ligature of Futura. FF Mark is available in ten finely tuned weights ranging from Hairline to Black. A Book style for text setting further emphasizes the well-rounded features of this contemporary typeface. When the font was published, it also included ten carefully designed cursives for all weights. Users also have the option of various numeral sets with old-style and uppercase numbers as well as small capitals. FF Mark also has some geometric shapes and arrows based on the features of Futura.
