In the 1946 French lettering book “100 Alphabets Publicitaires” (“100 Advertising Alphabets”) is a hand-lettered “Western” font called “Italian". This served as the basis for Cattle Town JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Arnica is a display font based on a simple geometry that uses circles (and modules) as a structure. It is an experimental project where, in place of upercases, has alternate characters and swashes. Furthermore, arnica has 50 discretionary ligatures which, when activated, give a totally different touch to the font and also has the bold weight, which reinforce the experimentalism of the project. Combining lowercases with upercases, plus discretionary ligatures and bolds, you can write the same word in several different ways. The character set offers more than 400 glyphs and support for many languages.

Amidst the pages of the 1946 foreign-printed "100 Alphabets Publicitaires" ("100 Advertising Alphabets") was an example of a beautiful vertical script type design with a somewhat calligraphic look. This became the work model for Script Spot Initials JNL.

Silly Behavior JNL is based on a hand lettered alphabet found within the pages of the vintage lettering book “100 Alphabets Publicitaires” (100 Advertising Alphabets). The fun, haphazard arrangement of the letters and numbers convey a casual approach to titling.

Mountella is a beautiful serif family that includes many visual details, adding uniqueness that looks incredible in both large and small settings as a display and body text. Mountella can be used in high-end branding, logo designs, magazines, product packaging & invitations. One thing to note about Mountella is the letter spacing. It was intentionally for clean reading if you wanted to use it for the body type, so I recommended setting the spacing a little tighter for display use (around -10 to -50 should do!). The starter point of the Wienerin typeface is based on the work of Austrian designer and artist Carl Otto Czeschka who was part of The Wiener Werkstätte, an early twentieth century association of designers, architects, craftsmen, ceramists, jewelers and other graphic arts in his country. This collective of artists was influential for both Bauhaus, art deco and Scandinavian design. Wienerin is a revision and expansion of the Olympia typeface designed almost 100 years ago by Czeschka but adapted for contemporary use with the inclusion of numerous alternative signs and ligatures. Variable font technology allows a greater variety of weights to be achieved. One of the features of the original design was the inclusion of "eifassungen" or modules to create frames. Wienerin presents a repertoire of 500 in 3 weights. With an upward elongated design we have decided to also create a version of the typeface with a larger x-box that allows for a wider use of the typeface family. Because of its contrast it is ideal for use in delicate design pieces such as editorial design, elegant labels, stationery and fashion. The Gabriela project is of great importance to us since it is the first font published by Latinotype México which is our brand-new sister foundry in Mexico. This font is an adaptation of the cyprus syllabic script to a Latin-based font. I tried to assign as many correct letters as possible, but there were too many characters so I had to fit them. Please review the alphabet table of Cypriot syllabic to use the Font. To see all the characters, you can see all the characters and add them to the text by selecting this font from the add character section on the word page. Cypriot syllabary The Cypriot syllabary was used in Cyprus from about 1500 and 300 BC and is thought to have developed from the Linear A. The earliest known inscriptions from between 1500 and 1200 BC are in an unknown language called 'Eteo-Cypriot', or 'True Cypriot', and the script in which they are written is called Cypro-Minoan. From around 1200 BC Cyprus began to be colonised by Mycenaean, Minoan and possibly Cretan Greek settlers, and they probably adapted the existing script to write their own language - the oldest known inscription in Greek dates from the 11th century BC. Cypriot Greek had much in common with Greek dialects of Arcadia and Pamphylia, which corresponds to the province of Antalya in Turkey.

A very light, elegant, condensed typeface, which must be used very large (at least 100 points).

Camelot was the first of over 100 typefaces designed by Frederic Goudy. The upper case characters were drawn in 1896 for the Dickinson Type Foundry. Goudy was so encouraged by his check for $10 (double what he asked for the drawings), that he spent the next 50 years designing type. The lower case was added by the Dickinson foundry. This Lanston digital release includes a Text version based on the smaller point sizes of the metal type and a Display version based on the larger sizes. The two appear different in size but share the exact same line weight when at the same point size.
