Copperplate Wide is remotely based on the traditional Copperplate typeface that can be seen on many business cards. I have completely redrawn the typeface in a much wider version and without those stubby little serifs. In the place of the lowercase letters I put a very slim version of the font to give you more options. You can either use the wide letters or the narrow ones – or – you can mix both to get something completely new. It works great! Your forever inventive type designer - Gert Wiescher

Tritura is my personal take on textura fonts. Several methods of drawing were used, both analog and digital, to bring its overall rough feel. Each and every character was designed not from historical references, but from my view on this very peculiar typographic style. Instead of following established rules of character construction, I preferred to just keep in mind the mechanics of the pens used in textura drawings, as well as the little I already knew from the style, to create my own characters from there.

Chump Change is a fun chunky serif ALL CAPS display font. I wanted it to look blocky and loud, So it can scream from Posters and Headlines. It has over 300 glyphs, several variations on the standard alphabet and all those extra pesky foreign features. OpenType coded, it has various letter pairings that interlock automatically to create a more randomized, bespoke feel to your copy. It also has some extra characters available directly through your glyphs palette. Play around with it, I hope you like it.

After a few months my new typeface "Bankal" is here! To create it, I always tried to keep a 90 degree angle. In French when you say that something is "bancal" it means that it's not right. I’m not trying to be sarcastic or ironic. But after looking at fridge magnets, postcards, posters and stickers with clever words about love and happiness, I suddenly found them all cheesy. You may have guessed it by now: I’m not into clever words like those…but I do respect if they brighten someones’s life. This font, however, was made to brighten people’s life by being great as a soft, handmade and organic headline font! Use for your favourite quotes, or whatever needs a legible and clear presentation!

Twentieth Century was designed for the cover of 20th Century French Poetry and was drawn with pure geometric shapes. It is the distillation of a broad variety of styles loosely known as Art Deco but, also categorized under such terms as Moderne, Streamline, Machine Age, Futurist, 70s Art Deco, Memphis among others. If there were a source in particular that I would cite as my inspiration, however, it would definitely be the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. I mean, look at the "W" for cryin' out loud!

To design the font Pekora I was inspired by a You And Me Monthly published by National Magazines Publisher RSW Prasa that appeared from May 1960 till December 1973 in Poland.

Drummer is a large futuristic font family inspired by the Expansion TV series, old science fiction book covers and Honda Prelude and Porsche logos. The fillets on the symbols have been well worked out and tested for a better visual and practical experience. One day, when I was walking with my daughter Greta, I stopped in front of the windowshop of a bookshop, that caught my attention, but Greta was pretty irritated, as always when it comes to books: she is dyslexic. All things written are basically a nightmare for her!So one thing came to my mind: if the great Louis Braille, with visual impairment, invented an instrument that allowed blind people to read, write and play,there had to be a tool that made it easier for dyslexics to do the same things. So, I proposed to Greta to create together a font to help her and other dyslexics. We worked on it, becoming a bit of graphic designers, inventors and guinea pigs at the same time.We brought some initial changes to the mirror letters "pq bd", based on some examples already available on the market, that improved reading times, strenghtening our willing to go ahead. That's how "GretaDS" is born, a completely new font, from the "handwritten" family, which marks a difference on the mirror letters, making them easily recognizable, as well as the lowercase couple rn (RN) which can be confused with the letter "m", not to mention the capital "I" (vowel i) indistinguishable from the lowercase "l" (L)We hope, that other graphic designers will follow its flow, modify and improve the path, and make the most of its energy, to offer dyslexics a tool that make reading as easy as drinking a glass of water.
