Slipstream font was developed by Letraset Type Studio in response to the growing need to convey competence and speed through typography. It is based on an italic sans serif letterform and its horizontal lines look like streaks left behind letters speeding to the right. Limoen means 'lemon' in Dutch. Why did I call this font Limoen? Well, I guess I ran out of meaningful names, so I had to work with whatever popped in my head - which happened to be Limoen. Don't ask… Limoen is a very cute, very threedee-ish typeface. It works great in poster ads and as a display font. It comes with upper and lower case letters and a whole bunch of diacritics. Enjoy!

Kroppen Round is a geometric, stencil-style font based on Talbot Type Kaleko Round, and is available in four weights. Kroppen is not strictly a stencil font given that several characters, notably the O, are not stencilled. The design has more to do with achieving each character from a single stroke, or series of single strokes. Kroppen Round features an extended character set to include accented characters for additional Central European languages.

To canoodle means to hug and kiss passionately. I leave the rest to your imagination. Canoodle is also a very adorable font - some would even go as far as calling it kissable. It is an all caps typeface, but upper and lower case differ and love to mix and match. I won’t guarantee a spot of canoodling if you use this font, but who knows, maybe you’ll get lucky. Canoodle speaks many tongues.

This font is based on the handwriting of Norwegian painter Edvard Munch. Using his many letters, drafts, notes- and sketchbooks as reference, this font characterizes the elegant yet sometimes quite irregular writing style Munch had. The chestnut ("castanea") is one of my favorite trees. I used to collect the chestnuts and made chestnut-figurines out of them, using bamboo sate skewers. Castanea font is a calligraphic typeface with an uneven baseline and some messy characters - not unlike the tree. It is a highly legible, highly enjoyable font and could be used for children's books and postcards. Castanea comes with various alternate glyphs and speaks most Roman-based languages!

Muffin is a soft and rounded humanistic low-contrast sans serif based on broad nib writing. It comes in five weights ranging from Regular to Black. The friendly character of the font becomes even more pronounced in the darkest styles. Muffin is well suited for food packaging, menus, children's products, while Regular may be easily used for long runs of text. The font was designed by Natalia Vasilyeva and released by Paratype in 2017.

Modulair is a dot matrix based font with nice typographic features. Various figures, complete punctuation and small caps in three weights makes the Modulair a very usable font for subtile typographic solutions or headlines. Since autumn 2023, the Modular has been expanded with italics in three weights. The first sketches were made in 1979 on my father's Olivetti typewriter. Forty years later I used these sketches as the basis for the Modular.

A powerful handmade font with a crunchy outline and a lot of attitude. It’s slightly based upon my own handwriting, when I really really concentrate on making each letter both legible and related to the other letters. Otherwise my handwriting is really garbage! :) I’ve added ligatures of repeating letters, such as bb, cc, dd, ee… and more - a great way to sparkle a little more energy in the font and the design it’s used for.

Lookey Here JNL is an "Alphading" - a term coined by Jeffrey N. Levine to describe dingbat fonts containing both images and letters and/or numbers. This one - partially based on the classic "Kilroy" icon from the World War II era is a newer, cleaner reworking of one of Jeff's early freeware fonts. The typeface used inside the images is Casual Lunch JNL, so you can match this text for a particular project. Limited character set.

Quebra Ex Cn (Extra Condensed) is an extend display sans-serif font family, available with four widths (Extra Condensed, Condensed, Normal and Expanded) and ten weights, italics versions are available. The main strokes contain small breaks simulating modulated variations on the letterforms, these details are more present on large body sizes. Keltichi typeface is based on the Book of Kells, the Irish uncial manuscript, the most beautiful European medieval style of writing. Keltichi contains many Opentype features, which make this font absolutely awesome. It looks great, specially titling uppercase sets, simulating the real Book of Kells scripts. Work on this project lasted 1 year, and now, I believe, Keltichi it is the best font simulating the Book of Kells scripts. Glory, glory to the Celts!

Antique monumental incriptional majuscule, originally carved in stone, and sometimes called “Roman Capital”, is the origin of the upper-case part of our latin alphabet. Its narrowed form, derived from handwritten originals used between the first to third century A. D., served as the inspiration for the Mramor typeface, which I drew with ink on paper in 1988 under Jan Solpera’s leadership. After composing negative letters on a strip of film it was possible to use Mramor with the early phototypesetting devices. In 1994 with the help of Macintosh IIvi I added the lowercase letters and bolds, and issued this typeface as 14-font family. After some years of using Mramor for various purposes, I realized a need of modernization and humanizing its very fragile appearance, as well as removing numerous decorative and useless parts. Besides that, type design made a huge technical progress in past few years, so I was able to finish the remaining approximately 9600 glyphs contained in the present font system named Amor. It is already usual to combine sans and serif fonts within one family in order to distinguish (e. g. in a book) historical part from contemporary, a plain chapter from a special one, or, in quotations, to divide speaking persons. Sans-serif typefaces don't arise by simple removal of serifs; they have to be drawn completely separately, when occasionally many declined forms may be made, considered to the serifed original. Nevertheless, both parts of this type system appear consistent as for proportional, aesthetic and emotional atmosphere. Usage of type is often closely linked to its original inspiration, in this particular case with architecture and figurative sculpture. An inner “order” was also text setting in smaller sizes. A smooth scale of weights enriches the possibilities in designing of magazines, brochures, exposition catalogues and corporate identity. Economizing, but opened shape of characters is well legible and antique hint comes into play after longer reading.

You may recognize the looks of Retroxoid - if not, then let me help you out: Retroxoid is actually a font I made back in 2007. I ran prints of the font, through a very bad copymachine, used a wet cloth to make the print look worn, scanned the prints and voila! Retrozoid, my very first Open Type font, was born! Now in 2010, Retroxoid has risen from the past, and is ready to burst your designs with clean, round and futuristic shapes!

Linotype Venezia Initiale is part of the Take Type Library, selected from the contestants of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. Designed by German artist Robert Kolben, the font is based on the classic forms of Roman writing in the 1st and 2nd centuries found chiseled on countless buildings and monuments. Linotype Venezia Initiale is a timeless, elegant font particularly well-suited to headlines or as initials in combination with other fonts, working especiall well with sans serif alphabets.

HS Dream is based on some modern lines of Kufi calligraphy which supports Arabic, Persian. The typeface has been optimized for corporate identity work and modern projects when a contemporary and simple look is requested. It is an Opent type Arabic font and features four stylistic sets. This font consists of four weights (light, regular, medium and bold) which can constitute a striking addition to the library of Arabic fonts models that meet the purposes of various designs for all taste.

This font is not overly distressed, nor is it overly clean. It is a typewriter font. It is perfect when you want a document to look like it was made on a typewriter. This font is primarily based on the typewriter used for a typographic conference document from 1966 in Mainz Germany. The model and age of the typewriter used is not known. Additional characters were sourced from other vintage typewriters and others were designed to complete the full character set.

As usual, I stumbled upon a great 1971 Italian movie poster when looking for something else. The poster for “La Morte Cammina Con I Tacchi Alti” (directed by Luciano Ercoli), was made by an unknown artist and comes with a great font. Cortese was based on this movie poster font, but as I started working on the glyphs, I figured they would even look better in ligatures. So here it is: Cortese font - complete with 135 ligatures, accents and even Greek and Cyrillic!

Circonia is a simple font, with a soft touch on serifs. It has clean lines and friendly shape, making it perfect for informal communication such as childrens' books, funny flyers and leaflets or food menus. Hyldemoer (in Nordic folklore) is a tree spirit, or nymph, who lives in elder trees. H.C. Andersen also wrote a story about Hyldemoer (‘The Little Elder-Tree Mother’ in English). Hyldemoer font is based on my Mysterious font and the first letters of the Beowulf manuscript (Hwæt! We Gardena…). Hyldemoer is a jumpy fairytale font, which comes with some interesting alternate glyphs and ligatures, plus a harvest of diacritics. Use it for your book covers, product packaging, posters and art work.

The name of the font is taken from the concept "Littoral zone" - this is the part of the sea that is close to the shore. The width of the shore varies as a result of the tides. Hence the idea of my font family — changing the width of a character from condenced to extra expanded. Litto is a modern sans serif geometric font, includes upper and lower case characters, Latin and Cyrillic. Graphically, the characters have uniform thickness for all family.
