Mountella is a beautiful serif family that includes many visual details, adding uniqueness that looks incredible in both large and small settings as a display and body text. Mountella can be used in high-end branding, logo designs, magazines, product packaging & invitations. One thing to note about Mountella is the letter spacing. It was intentionally for clean reading if you wanted to use it for the body type, so I recommended setting the spacing a little tighter for display use (around -10 to -50 should do!). Design Tips: combine the regular and italic, whether all in one word or body text for logo or quote. Adjust your letterspacing to add more groove! Tighter letterspacing for large headers.

Ligatures FS Rufus is an outgoing, likable sort of font with an eccentric streak. Wide letterforms and curious ink-traps make for an engaging personality, and a set of discretionary ligatures make FS Rufus irresistible to designers wanting to play. Not a small set, either: there are some 80 different options available. Wide The decision was made early on to make the letterforms of FS Rufus luxuriously wide. This generates a distinctive visual texture when the font is used for text. With other weights available for headlines, FS Rufus brings a curiously engaging look to editorial, magazine covers and advertising. Just look at my ink traps Ink traps are normally the preserve of fonts intended for printing at small sizes, in newspapers or directories – extra notches necessary to prevent ink from pooling. FS Rufus turns the ink trap into a beautiful eccentricity, flaunting it in both its lowercase and capitals. Take a look at the “h”, “a” and “k”, and the “B” and “N”. Attention-seeking? Moi?

This family was created inspired from the Garamond patern set of fonts used by S. Millanges "imprimeur ordinaire du Roy", in Bordeaux, circa 1580-1590. Especially for reprint L'instruction des curés (Instructions to parish priests), from Jean Gerson. The set contains two styles, Normal and Italic, the second one with a lot of caps and ligatures variants. The initials, except a few decorated letters (six in total) where only large caps, covering no more than three lines. Added are a few fleurons. It can be used as variously as web-site titles, posters and flyers design, publishing texts looking like ancient ones, or greeting cards, all various sorts of presentations, as a very elegant and legible font... This font supports strong enlargements as easily as small size (legible from 6 points when printed) remaining very smart and fine. Its original cap height is about five millimeters. Decorated letters like 1512 Initials, 1550 Arabesques, 1565 Venetian, can be used with this family without anachronism.

Fluted pillars… As for the name of "Cyceon", it is a "juice-drink" that they made in ancient Greece...! In this font the straight lines are not vertical but inclined like something from the Doric columns!!! There are two versions of letters. In the first version, it is of a normal character, while in the second version I have mixed some capitals with lower case letters. I have given them the acronym Msc "miscellaneous". I tried in this way to give another version of the small capitals and I think they show a different view from the purely small capitals… And in this family, the “Strap”/“Strap Msc”/“StrapIt”/ and “Strap MscIt” with “Solid”/“Solid Msc”/“SolidIt”/ and “Solid MscIt” engage in the same way like… “Layered font families” as the previous series. This series is composed and includes twenty-four fonts with 642-658 glyphs each, with true italics and supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.

Majora Pro is a slab serif typeface which derives its name from a Portuguese historical toy manufacturer. Reliant is a free interpretation of the classic design from fonts "BernhardSchoenschrift", originally designed by Lucien Bernhard and "Liberty", designed by W.T. Sniffin for ATF in 1927, following the original designs from Lucien Bernhard. Espinosa Nova is a revival based on the types used by Antonio de Espinosa, the most important Mexican printer of the sixteenth century and very probably the first punchcutter anywhere in the American continent (1551). In 2010, its main fonts were awarded two certificates of excellence: one by TDC2 (Type Directors Club Typeface Design Competition), one by Tipos Latinos (Biennial of Latin American Typography). According to Robert Bringhurst, it is “an unusually intelligent family of type, reaching back to one of the most exciting moments in typographic history and reaching forward to the typographic future”. All of the fonts intended for setting text include small caps, five sets of figures (oldstyle and lining, both proportional and tabular, plus tabular small caps), many f and long s ligatures, and capital sharp S (U+1E9E). In addition, the Capitular fonts allow to create interesting effects by overlapping layers. This family feels very comfortable in books, but it can be used everywhere a touch of classic & elegance is required.

Street Tag vol 2 is the second version of Street Tag fonts. Inspired from realistic caligraphy tagging style in many big cities. This style is more bold and readable, perfect for your “street art” designs style. I combined the real graffiti experiences into computer fonts, I think it will be different with other fonts if you can feel it, cause I draw graffiti, tagging and throw ups since I was high school. The real tagging style is never be tidy, but don’t worry, I already adjust the kerning and spacing in the best possible way. Wasabi is one of the key ingredients in the Japanese kitchen. Also known as japanese horseradish, it is an extremely spicy condiment made out of the graded root of the Wasabi plant. Its spiciness is different than that of a chili pepper though, more like a hot mustard. The spicy taste shoots right through your nose, but does not last for long. Wasabi is traditionally used in sushi and sashimi dishes, soba noodles, and in a number of Japanese snack foods. Equally sharp and stingy, VLNL Wasabi Turbo was designed by Donald Roos. Despite its japanese outward appearance, the font has its origin in lettering found on a German book. It is hot, and edgy like a samurai sword. Wasabi Turbo will stand out as headline and logo!

Leipziger Ornamente is another font inspired by the architecture of my home city. I draw inspiration from various buildings of the 1920s to the 1950s. The majority of motives in this font is adapted from sgraffitto ornaments found on residental buildings in the northern borough of Gohlis. The Leipsic Ornaments offer a delicate range of both floral and geometric embellishment pieces, to create fresh and lively designs from. You can use this font for smart and cool borders, frames and textures as well as for sparkling headpieces or vibrant eye-catchers in magazines, brochures, leaflets or personal stationary. Introducing Falkirk Script, a three-font suite that is excellent for product branding, logos, t-shirts, high-end food and beverage labels, and much more. This collection includes the main letter body font (Falkirk Script Bold), an extruded shadow version, and finally a horizontal line engraving version that highlights the upper half of the letters. Stack the font variations in alignment, assign different colors, outlines, and/or gradients to each layer, and you'll see a wealth of versatile design possibilities opening up. This script has a unique topheavy wedge effect in the lower case, and lyrical old-world script detailing in the capitals. Think of Garamouche as Garamond's drunken cousin. This font replicates a long lost document ravaged by time and the elements (with a little sloppy printing for good measure.) Unlike the fake bolding option found in software programs, Garamouche Bold is a variant with more appropriate thick and thin features. The "dancing along the baseline" that has made Garamouche a favorite, is also a feature in Garamouche Bold, but the letters align and tilt in on their own terms. Nosegrind is a bit of a departure from our usual more traditional font offerings. It's based on skate-culture graffiti gleaned from various samples of similar style found on walls in Austin and online. The font includes two character sets, one which is plain and one which is enhanced with outlines. In normal usage the characters should nest, with slight overlap from one character to the next as shown in the sample to the right, but the lower case characters in the font are spaced evenly but not pre-nested, leaving the degree of overlap up to the user - nesting is easily adjusted with the tracking option in programs like Photoshop, Quark or InDesign. Ultimately Nosegrind will be added to our Modern Fonts collection, where it ought to fit in nicely.

Why Baka Expert? There’s actually a simple answer. The original Baka was done as an experiment of sorts. I wanted to quickly capture a rough, frenetic handwriting style that broke normal conventions. Commercially, it was successful, received some accolades ... but I wasn’t completely satisfied, so I went back to the master art and the lettering explorations and produced Baka Too. This addressed some of the line items I wanted to refine in Baka. I liked it. Each font has been out for a few years now, and I have seen them in use. I’m very critical of my work, and I could still see things—modulations of strokes, angle of the nib, ink swell, and so on—that I wanted to change, refine, and reorder. For me, it is typographic indulgence, but I wanted to take this handwriting ‘font’ and turn it into a robust ‘typeface.’ So I did just that and a bit more by adding back more of my initial flourish concepts; attaining tighter, consistent control of the modulation; optimizing points; adding titling options; and expanding the character language set. Delightful is a whimsical and cheerful handwritten font family of varying weights and widths. This typeface is like if Comic Sans had a cousin who studied abroad one summer and now wears scarves to look more grown up, even though inside she's still the same, sweet marshmallow she always was. The letters were inspired by my handwriting on a good day - slowed down, legible, and intentionally drawn. I even threw in some of my favorite doodles as alt characters because the set wouldn't be complete without them. And the name was inspired purely by how it feels when I see it - and by my word of the year, delight. There are two versions of this font.
