This is a free abridged edition of the full-featured Gutenberg B and Gutenberg C fonts. Although (as the name suggests) it was originally conceived as the first release in the B42-type series, it actually represents the colophon to this series. In addition to having a narrower scope, the font differs from its full-featured predecesors in both letter and word spacing, as well as in glyph design, using exclusively straight lines for every glyph and providing a significantly rough appearance at medium to large point sizes. I've been learning to read Cyrillic and Greek letters lately, mainly because I've been playing the game GeoGuessr. (If you haven't played it, I highly recommend! It plops you down somewhere in the world in Google Street View, and you have to figure out where you are.) Cyrillic shows up in so many more places than Russia! You can see it in Bulgaria, Mongolia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kyrgyzstan, and more. Because of that, I made sure to include a fun double-uppercase version of those alphabet sets in Sleepy Bear. They're styled the same way as the Latin characters: all uppercase height, with some lowercase-styled letters thrown in at that same height for a fun look for all ages. I've also made two weights of Sleepy Bear: a plump and smooth regular weight, and a lighter weight that's built to stack on top of the regular (though you can use it on its own). Just type out a word in Sleepy Bear, copy it, and then change the copy to Sleepy Bear Light. You'll get a great outline look in seconds! The set of vintage brass alphabet stencils that inspired Stencil Mark JNL was manufactured by the Chicago Firm of Meyer and Wenthe. Pete Skoglund of Unadilla, NY was selling a set of these stencils on Ebay, and was nice enough to provide Jeff Levine some images to use as models for the design of this typeface.

Here's a great old face from the H. W. Caslon foundry in London; a real workhorse. The lowercase is eminently readable, so you can set entire paragraphs to good effect. We don't recommend it for setting all caps, but we did take time to kern it well; so you won't get a jumble of ovelapping letters if you do.

Geomee is a modern and square type family which works for headlines as well as for copies. It is influenced by modern pixel typography but the typeface still relies on the basic rules. Very special are three basic cuts which are set up on the same upper case character set but differ in the x-height.

Kidela Sketch is an energetic and eccentric serif typeface rendered in a sketchy style. ITC Farmhaus is the work of British designer Tim Donaldson and is, in his own words, Neil Young meets Paul Renner." This font came to be when I was creating a cake topper mockup (see the promo images) and didn't have a thick script font that I liked for it. So I got to work writing out some fun chunky cursive letters that could top a cake! The concept of breaking bread is an old one, often meaning two parties working together. In the Breaking Bread font, I've combined that heavy connecting script with a hand-lettered sans-serif uppercase set. It works in all lowercase, all uppercase, and title case with equal ease! New Age Gothic is an original design by Alex Kaczun. It is a contemporary gothic design based on generous proportions and clean crisp lines. Ideally suited for easy reading and long lines of copy. The concept for the design came from a previously successful font family Contax Pro. Alex felt that the skeleton for Contax Pro was ideally suited to modify the design into a true gothic companion typeface series. Numerous modifications where made to the body proportions, stems and shapes. Serifs where added reminiscent to Copperplate Gothic to solidify the overall design. The result is a truly unique modern gothic font. Unlike other typefaces, New Age Gothic incorporates uniform stems throughout the capitals, lower case and figures. This gives the design a uniform appearance in overall color and strength. There is a perfect visual balance between inter-letter spacing, stem weights and proportions. The 1960s was the most tumultuous decade of the 20th century. Sixties Symbols JNL collects twenty-six icons and phrases from that time of change and unrest including the peace symbol, a dove, a daisy—even the militant 'power fist' that signified rebellion against mainstream society. Initially inspired by an untitled typeface from an old hand-lettering book, Berber has been extensively developed over two incarnations to function as a very strong and confident sans. The 2011 Berber revisions have enabled Berber to be used across longer settings as well as its more conventional use on larger applications such as signage. Berber was used as the text face for issue 46 of Eye, the graphic design journal. The typeface now features both king caps and small caps. A FEW THOUGHTS Indie is a trendy script, result of the wide range of possibilities that can be achieved using a pointed brush. (1) “You Only Live Once” say The Strokes, (to me, symbols of indie music) so, what would represent that sensation of volatility better than a brush? As you may already know, this time inspiration came from hipsters and indies around us: We may sometimes criticise them, we may sometimes want to be like them, but the truth is that the universo gráfico they generated these past years is gigantic, full of colour and variations. (2) Brush lettering and Sign painting are fields I've been fond of since I started as a designer. Nowadays, these styles are getting a lot of attention and maybe it’s due to the undeniable mark of life that is materialised when using a brush. This tool is so expressive that shows the passions and fears of the artist, and materialises that idea of “living the present”, so popular in this era. When you see Indie, you think of skaters, rollers, surfers, hiphop dancers, street artists, summer, and why not? California beaches. So if you feel life is only one, it’s high time you got Indie into your fonts' collection! STYLES Indie comes in 4 styles plus another one which consists only in capitals. OpenType TrueType TTF (.ttf) font file include installed OpenType features: Access All Alternates, Localized Forms, Fractions, Alternative Fractions, Ordinals, Superscript, Tabular Figures, Proportional Figures, Stylistic Alternates, Stylistic Set 1, Historical Forms, Historical Ligatures. Include also kerning as single 'kern' table for maximum possible backwards compatibility with older software. INTRODUCTION When I started the first Selfie back in 2014 I was aware that I was designing something innovative at some point, because at that time there were not too many, (if any) fonts which rescued so many calligraphy features being at the same time a monolinear sans. I took inspiration from the galerías’ neon signs of my home city, Buenos Aires, and incorporated the logic and ductus of the spencerian style. The result was a very versatile font with many ligatures, swashes and a friendly look. But… I wasn’t cognizant of how successful the font would become! Selfie is maybe the font of my library that I see the most when I finally go out, (type-designers tend to be their entire lives glued to a screen), when I travel, and also the font that I mostly get emails about, asking for little tweaks, new capitals, new swashes. Selfie was used by several renowned clients, became part of many ‘top fonts of the year’ lists and was published in many magazines and books about type-design. These recognitions were, at the same time, cuddles for me and my Selfie and functioned as a driving force in 2020 to start this project which I called Selfie Neue. THE FONT "Selfie for everything" Selfie Neue, because it’s totally new: All its glyphs were re-drawn, all the proportions changed for better, and the old and somehow naive forms of the first Selfie were redesigned. Selfie Neue is now a family of many members (you can choose between a Rounded or a Sharp look), from Thin to Black, and from Short to Tall (because I noticed the feel of the font changed notoriously when altering its proportions). It also includes swashy Caps, which will serve as a perfect match for the lowercase and some incredibly cute icons/dingbats (designed by the talented Melissa Cronenbold, see also Selfie Neue Rounded for more!) which, as you see in the posters, make the font even more attractive and easy to use. You'll find tons of alternates per glyph. It's impossible to get tired with Selfie! Like it happened with the old Selfie, Selfie Neue Sharp was thought for a really wide range of uses. Magazines, Book-covers, digital media, restaurants, logos, clothing, etc. Hey! The font is also a VF (Variable Font)! So you can have fun with its two axes: x-height and weight, in applications that support them. Let me take a New Sharp Selfie! TECHNICAL If you plan to print Selfie Neue VF (Rounded or Sharp), please remember to convert it to outlines first. The majority of the posters above have the "contextual" alternates activated, and this makes the capitals a little smaller. I'd recommend deactivating it if you plan to use Selfie for just one word. Use the font always with the "fi" feature activated so everything ligatures properly. The slant of the font is 24,7 degrees, so if you plan to have its stems vertical, you may use Selfie with that rotation in mind. THANKS FOR READING

Dx Slight a new fresh & modern Sans with a Ultra Condensed style. The font it’s look good in posters, it is ideally suited for setting titles. However, the font has gained wide popularity among designers, and now you can find Dx Slight on the covers of magazines, on restaurant signs and on the main pages of websites. Dx Slight Display Typeface is the part of a strong and modern display family. This typeface both impressive at display sizes and easily readable in text size, while the sharp shapes of the triangular sans and the distinctive letter shapes show their strength in logo design and impressive editorial use. Dx Slight comes with elegant style, strength, and contrasts, with features an extended Latin character set of 366 glyphs covering over 88 languages. Katastrofe is danish for … well, catastrophe - you may have guessed that! This font was almost a catastrophe to make! I cut out all the letters in a cardboard, and went outside to spray the letters with a spraycan. Everything went smooth as planned, but suddenly the wind started to blow and the papers started to fly away! Luckily I found some stones I used to make the papers stay in place. Lucky for me - otherwise it would have been a catastrophe! Seconds after finishing this font project, it started to rain…I just avoided a catastrophe! But is this font really a catastrophe, or does it just mimic punk/spray/grunge/riot? Make your own statements using Katastrofe, or perhaps your very own punk sayings like “Punk is not dead”, “Anarchy Rebel” or what suits you the best. Whatever you choose to write, you will definitely get that real punk look! Perhaps you could even do a t-shirt print that says “Katastrofe” :) Comes with different upper and lowercase letters along with alternate versions of each letter - and of course a lot of foreign letters, because punk is not dead and punk is universal!

The FF Meta® design is a sans serif, humanist-style typeface that was designed by Erik Spiekermann for the West German Post Office (Deutsche Bundespost). It was subsequently released in 1991 by Spiekermann's company FontFont The FF Meta family, initially released as a commercial font in 1991, now comprises over sixty fonts. Emulating real handwriting has always been an aim of font designers in the digital age. The standard mainstream scripts and doodles that were available for the longest time have not successfully reached that goal. A letter always looked the same wherever you placed it. Some workarounds, such as letter alternates and ligatures, were used in many fonts, but they were a bit inconvenient to use, and in some cases didn't work correctly because they had to be placed in separate fonts from the main character set. Not until now, with OpenType technology, have we been able to emulate real handwriting, by including multiple character sets in the same font and programming it for smart form changes through letter sequence counting. Secret Scrypt was the first Canada Type font to make it to the bestseller list in the summer of 2004. In early 2005 a New York restaurant chain picked Secret Scrypt to use on its menus and internal signage, but they wanted to look even more like real handwriting, where two or three instances of the same letter used in one word would automatically change and look different from each other. Using OpenType technology, Canada Type produced a Secret Scrypt Pro for that restaurant chain under the direction of Mucca Design in New York City. That initial version contained three different character sets in the same font, and some intelligent programming that determines the sequence of the letters and change their shapes accordingly. Now the retail version of Secret Scrypt Pro is available, with four character sets built into the font for even more variety on the real handwriting theme.
