Dorriss girls were the dancing troop at the Moulin Rouge. I had the idea for this font while trying to come up with an alternative to beveling. I thought it would be interesting to create this sort of stepped effect as I've never really seen this treatment on a font before. Then my need to create chaos shows up again with Doriss Girls informal. A hand drawn take on the forms. This seemed like it would appear on an old art nouveau poster by the great Toulouse Lautrec, so there you have the genesis of this font. I've been somewhat compelled by the letterforms so I may expand and create a more normal version of this font someday with a range of weights. That would be the bees knees.

Elettra is a completely new type, primarily designed for display or titling. As you can see, Elettra adopting a transitional style between the nineteenth century printing typefaces and the new fonts at the beginning of the twentieth century: in particular serif are elongated, but the oblique or round shapes continuing softly on the horizontal line instead of staying vertical. Furthermore, two more glyphs were designed for each capital letter: a swashed form, which tends to embrace the following letter, and a backswashed version, that instead embraces the previous. The swash version is accessible from swash or from stylistc set 01 OTF features, while the backswashed version is accessible from stylistc set 02 OTF feature. Be aware that the stylistic set OTF features are not available on Photoshop or Illustrator.

Pounder Fonts were designed by Tom Nikosey / CozyFonts Foundry. This font, as all my fonts started with pencil sketches based on the letter O. Once I arrived at the comfortable shape I worked out the C, G, & Q. The H, M, T matched the visual weight and so I moved on to E & S. As the E & S are 2 of the most repeated characters in fonts' I wanted a little bit extra here. The font is obviously heavy weighted yet very legible and almost architectural in presence. There are flashes of Art Deco yet futuristic style. After sketching the feel of this font I was excited by the possibility of the numerals styling. I can see these used for many applications. Why the title Pounder? Why not it seems to fit.

Dramaturg is the most complete style, it contains over 600 glyphs, 7 stylistic sets, contextual alternates and ligatures. Every lowercase letter has six variations (uppercase letter has four). When the font is used in OpenType-savvy applications, the 3 variants of glyphs are automatically alternated to achieve a random-like effect. Dramaturg A and Dramaturg B have less glyphs than the Regular one (no stylistic sets), they only contain some selected alternates and ligatures. Language support includes Western, Central and Eastern European character sets, as well as Baltic and Turkish languages.

Columbia Titling is a titling-caps display family based on wide Clarendon-style wood type and industrial signage design from the late-19th and early-20th Century. Columbia Titling includes a small set of OpenType features, including both tabular and proportional figures, special superscript ordinal suffixes, underlined superscript alternate letters, and OpenType fractions. Columbia Titling can have a ‘period feel’ depending on its use, but is fresh enough to use in contemporary designs, like magazine headlines, invitations, or stationery. Bizzle-Chizzle is an expansion of lettering sketches initially made for my personal website. Each glyph is drawn by hand and inked by brush to simulate the texture of letters chiseled out of stone. Bizzle-Chizzle is meant to be used for dynamic layouts and prefers to be as large as possible. Bizzle-Chizzle is an OpenType font package that consists of four individual fonts: 1. Bizzle-Chizzle Outline 2. Bizzle-Chizzle Front 3. Bizzle-Chizzle Sides 4. Bizzle-Chizzle Solo The first three combine to form Bizzle-Chizzle’s three dimensions, while Bizzle-Chizzle Solo can be used individually. Feel free to mix and match for fun effects!

TapedUp, Tinkerer, and Rumpled are based on the template I used for several letterbat fonts—fonts made of wrenches and bolts, hammers, or paper clips. TapedUp can be thought of as a font made from masking tape, and Rumpled is the same design but the tape pieces are wavy. Tinkerer is the same design but with elements that resemble what might happen if one constructed letters from Tinker Toys. All are caps only, but some of the shapes on the lower-case keys differ from the corresponding shapes on the upper-case keys. The Rumpled family has four members, the regular, an oblique, a shadowed, and an oblique shadowed.

Galavant will take you anywhere you want to go! Enjoy three font looks in one; a fun, chunky lower-case, a bold, animated upper-case, and in all-caps with discretionary ligatures turned on, Galavant is tightly interlocking. To explore the interlocking possibilities, turn some ligatures off and others on until you settle on the best combo. There are over 260 two, three, and four-letter ligatures available. Discover interlocking ligatures featuring lower-case "i" along the road as well. In sentence-case, turn discretionary ligatures off, except to add more handmade variation in double-letter pairs and to access a fine "ft". However you roam, Galavant aims to entertain.
